While in Saratoga New york. James and son to back honest is a must stop beautiful shop inside and out comfortable smoking lounge. In the aroma is to live for. Customers and staff are superb and a lot of help. A must stop for Saratoga.

Great place with an endless selection of cigars, majority of them from Nicaragua. You can find whatever you need there and guy is very helpful if youre not sure what youre looking for. Theres a few tables for customers to enjoy their cigars on site and even outdoors. One of my favorite spots in Saratoga.

Quintessential cigar lounge. I love that you can enter the humidor from the retail floor, the members only lounge and from behind the counter. Fine selection of cigars and accessories. Staff was engaging and informative.

I was very excited to spend my time at James & Sons tonight. Very good atmosphere, helpful staff and friendly people. The selection of cigars was very satisfying. I was able to enjoy a Kristoff Vengeance Cigar and also purchased a Hemingway Signature. I plan on going back before my trip is over to have an espresso and cigar. If youre in Saratoga and enjoy cigars stop in.

James & Sons Tobacconists has been serving Saratoga Springs for more than a decade. The shop is in a historic 1866 building that was originally a bank and the vaults now contain cigar lockers. The selection is great, with all of the most sought-after brands as well as the standards. The dark wood, stuffed leather chairs, and decor are reminiscent of exclusive gentlemens clubs of yesteryear. In addition to the welcoming lounge in the front of the store and several window seats, all overlooking bustling sidewalks, James & Sons has three plush private smoking lounges for dues-paying members. Two of these have 24 hour access for members, including the English lounge overlooking historic Broadway and the Cuban room, which transports smokers to the home of fine Habana smokes. Lastly, the tobacconists and customers are a friendly crowd. James & Sons is easily the finest cigar community in Saratoga Springs and hard to beat anywhere in upstate New York.

A great smoke shop, nice selection, very knowledgeable with reasonable prices. The private rooms upstairs are very comfortable.

A throwback to yesteryear. The first thing you meet walking into the store is that wonderful smell of cigars being smoked and the hint of tobacco wharfing throughout the store. Great staff, very helpful. Lounge areas available to relax oneself and enjoy a smoke.

I called the store and they were extremely pleasant and accommodating. They let me order a gift certificate over the phone and I received it within 3 days! Wonderful customer service!!

Really nice place and the guy seemingly running place was super friendly and helpful. I did leave my sunglasses there, and will have to come back to grab those, if not just to come back and grab another cigar!

If i can give this place a 10 star ranking i would! As an avid cigar fan, I have to say James and Sons is the best, and most beautiful cigar shop Ive ever been to. I had drove from Montreal to Saratoga just to visit this shop. The have a very big, and fantastic array of cigars, and anything tobacco related products. The prices are extremely fair, Ive bought a variety of cigars from this shop ranging from Gurkha, davidoff, Aston ect and also their house blend of cigars (fantastic by the way... Im actually smoking one now as I type haha). I gotta say they are the most fair priced cigar shop around. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, all around nice people. I will definitely make a trip down to this shop a habit of mine!Great job guys!Definitely be stopping by soon!!
