Fun place to grab a drink or two. Enjoyed sitting outside on their spacious patio, sipping our beverages and people watching.

The food is always great. The atmosphere is friendly. Service is superb. Nice little place to get away.

I went there to see the Doug Villano Band. I had the best time with a great atmosphere! Servers were very attentive and courteous. The keyboard guy in the band was the best!!

Went here for drinks last night with a group of friends. Our waiter was either very new at this specific restaurant or did not have much experience serving in a setting like this. However slow service is not ideal but definitely tolerable. Whats not tolerable is that this place 110% over charged us for rounds because our waiter was very confused. I asked to talk to the manager to clear this situation up. Seems simple right? They SHOULD have itemized receipt histories in their system. The managers first response to my face when I requested that they not over charge us for rounds we didnt receive was OK LETS WASTE BOTH OUR TIME DOING THISMaybe if the manager was being over charged with his own money he would feel differently.Both our waiter and the manager did absolutely nothing to resolve this and refused to even try to help figure it out.Ive never been dismissed by a MANAGER at a restaurant/bar ever. I was not impressed by the lack of respect I was shown last night.

Great music, bar food and the staff is amazing. This place is def a saratoga local Hotspot to have fun, sit outside and enjoy your friends.

Food was good. Got the pulled pork that they make in house. Had outside seating which was nice for an unseasonably warm winter day. Service was a bit on the slower side but it wasnt busy season and we were in no rush. Staff was very friendly

This used to be one of my favorite bars... All the employees and especially the owner have turned so sour. They are obsessed with reminding you of the eminent threat of Covid and making sure your time there as unpleasable as possible. Bring back the old ice house.

The “manager” was at the door and he was unbelievably rude. I couldn’t believe how we were talked to let alone spoken to in front of other customers. Absolutely will never go there again while out in Saratoga

First time at the Ice HouseI walked through the door, without a greeting but rather Get Out, The Dogs Will Bite I turned around to leave and a fellow follows out Can I Help You?Nope Clearly not..I was trying to take my mother and daughter out for lunch on the patio, as it was the 1 year anniversary of her father, my grandfathers passing.Felt like I walked in on drugs being chopped up on the bar, by the way I was treated for walking into a bar/restaurant business at 2pm on a Monday..Talk about a bad taste in my mouth..Cant make this up SARATOGA

Rude staff and watered down drinks we skipped diner for these reason. There are to many other places In Saratoga to enjoy.

It would be nice if they tell us to make reservations and actually follow them. Extremely disappointed in how they ignored us.

Nice place to relax. Great food and drinks. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. For a great evening in Saratoga, I would recommend friends and family to come hang out.

We had to bus the table after the people before us after sitting there for 30 minutes then it took almost 2 hours for the food but we ordered the pulled pork Sandwiches and they just ended up bringing out chicken tenders and was told most of the bill was going to be comped but then was charged for drinks we didnt order and tryd to talk to the manager but was yelled at and was threatened to be kicked out by security

So much for a fun Saturday night! The DJ was absolutely awful, the manager was a jerk, and the COVID-19 rules were definitely not followed!

Our server/manager, who ever he was, was so rude. Felt extremely rushed, practically threw our bill down, and we were definitely spending money. Not to mention ordered a water with my cocktail and he told me husband “good luck” BUZZKILLL!

Horrible service, and no regard to new legislation. Served us beer without taking our food order, never offered menus. Staff was angry we had a wheelchair. Don’t understand how they keep a liquor license during Covid they don’t follow any regulations.

Heres something fun to do at the Ice House. Pick a random guy, and tell the bouncers that he spit on you. They will throw him out, no questions asked. Its awesome.

This is THE place to head to when going out in Saratoga. Whether your looking for great live band to enjoy/dance to or looking to watch the payperview ufc/boxing fight this is the place. Great owner, staff, and venue. Awesome outdoor patio with a spacious tent to enjoy rain or shine. I highly encourage people to check this place out.

I am a local Saratoga resident and The Ice House is the best bar in town. The atmosphere is fun and drink prices are very reasonable. They revised their menu in the Summer of 2016 and it is GREAT!

Icehouse was a lot of fun. Atmosphere and band was great. Drinks are expensive

Basic bar food we wanted some small dinner bites so it worked well for us. They had a band playing on sat night so that was nice.

Rude bartenders

The service was lovely as we were the only people in the place. The food, not good. Ordered the brisket and ribs as I love BBQ, but the brisket was old and warmed up, rubbery like it was microwaved and an unappealing gray color. Not good at all!

Much improved from its older days but its lost its blue collar feel. But still a great location.

Live music on Monday July 1st, made it feel like a holiday special night.

Friendly bartender, and they have the NFL Ticket, which is why we went there, but they play REALLY loud dance music the whole time when the games are going on. Very weird in my opinion. They have a nice selection of Bon N Viv.

Food was great, drink prices were great!! This night they had the band Maddhaus, rocked the house! Great time!!

Visited late on a Saturday night. No cover charge, good music from the band, drinks were easy and simple to get. Bartender did not know about Jäger mix drink ordered (not surprised) but allowed us to cash out less than the $25 minimum credit card charge. Would go back.

The outdoor seating with the couches is great, service, atmosphere, etc are all good and they have all the nfl games. But the food is so blah. I prefer to pay more for better food so sometimes i avoid icehouse to go somewhere id prefer not going to.

Icehouse has the largest outdoor patio of any bar in downtown Saratoga & its right off of Caroline Street in the heart of town. In the summer they set up lawn games & a POOL outside to get the party started!
