The anti-gentleman at this establishment, most likely the owner, is a real piece of work. He pretends to want to be helpful and proper, but then uses every opportunity to try to make customers feel less than especially women through his passive aggressive comments. Tells me multiple times to look only on the 1st three shelves, Ill look where I want buddy, my eyes! I Asked if one of their spiked teas were any good, makes a sarcastic comment back to try to make you feel stupid. Dont know if he thought I was underage, but Im in my early 40s, I just have great genetics, unlike you. He definitely has a hey Ive been rejected by too many women issue. Arrogant, passive aggressiveness at its finest, like everyone else in this town.

Great selection of bourbons and very friendly and helpful staff. Stopped by to pick up a bottle and the staff really knew their bourbons. Highly recommend. Easy parking too.

Nice selection of liquors and spirits. The owner was very informative and helped me choose very much what I needed for my family get together. The family really liked our choices. You could tell that he was very much into wines and their qualities by the way he talked about them. Good place to go for wines and liquors!

We have been customers here since it opened. The two gentlemen that own it and run it are great to deal with. If you are looking for something they do not have in stock they will do their best to get it for you. We enjoy going there.

I went into Spa City this weekend for the first time. It will be the only store I will purchase wine and liquor from. John was friendly and extremely knowledgable of the choices that are available. What I enjoyed most was his excitement in sharing his knowledge which is such a contrast to the big box stores that have created an impersonal purchasing.Thank you John.Buy local support your neighbors .

Dave really knows his Bourbon. Stopped by after dinner with my girlfriend. Picked up a bottle of bourbon and she picked up a bottle of wine. So Convenient. Parked right in front of the store.

Not a huge store but some very nice wines at reasonable prices. Located in the price chopper mall next to dollar tree.

Prices are more expensive than average. Selection is limited. Only plus is location while shopping in the Price Chopper plaza. Best bet is Purdys on Congress street near CVS.

Obnoxious, condescending sales associate (hopefully not the owner?) hid our IDs from myself and my fiancée - and made us recite our birthdates (in my case, twice) in order to purchase a bottle of wine. I’m 30. Not sure if alienating / intentionally humiliating customers is store policy, or if one associate was on some kind of power trip, but I definitely won’t ever be coming back here.

$13 for an $8 bottle of Freixenent is nothing short of highway robbery. Absolutely ridiculous prices, I will never shop here again.

Is John the proprietor or just an employee? He answered the phone and sounded very put out by my question of where he was located. And the answer he gave was a mile from SPAC. Why not be more direct and say youre located in the Price Chopper plaza? Oh! And I get there and the sign says under new ownership, like thats an improvement...not if you handle customers like John does.
