My friend lives here. They are happy. Roads are clean and cared for.

So quiet and peaceful here I almost forget Im in a mobile home park full of other people everyone is so friendly

Nice mobile home park with some unique addresses.

Major rodent problem, stones and bacteria in the well water. Staff is difficult to work with. Small lots that are infested with ants and termites. 328 Pyramid Pines.

Excellent mobile home park..everything appears nest and clean and the park looks to be well cared for.

Park is in a good area but with them changing the prices for everyone to pay different each month and the rules and aisnt worth it

This is not a trailer park, this is a manufactured home community. Learn the difference. Trailers, while transported in on wheels, retain their wheels with skirting adding on after it is anchored down. These fortresses are anchored down, then the wheels are removed (so they dont dry rot, duh). So these are no longer trailers, they are in fact trailers, I mean manufactured homes. The HOA is glorious in this place. Walt and Tracey may walk around with a ruler in their pocket measuring individual blades of grass but they do it for a reason, to keep this looking like the most high end trailer park, I mean manufactured home community in all of beautiful Saratoga Springs NY. Just wish they would work on some additional community events like shed sales (similar to a garage sale but nobody here has them), bingo night or even shuffleboard. All in all, a great plot of land. Will definitely visit again.

I visited here to see my aunt and uncle. It was quiet and it looked to be well taken care of. The people there were helpful in helping us to find my aunts home. Id love to visit here again soon.

When I was there tonight visiting a friend there was people all over the street with firecrackers going off kids screaming couldnt get through with my vehicle unsafe dogs running around pitbulls, scooters didnt used to be like that when I used to go there to visit place is going downhill!

The park is well maintained by the staff. It can be difficult to find your way around the park since the lots are not in consecutive order throughout the park. However, there is a map at the entrance to park that shows where every home is.

I love that theres no crime are punks hanging out around the place and I have an older gentleman that lives there he likes living there he likes the rules and regulations and they seem to keep the druggies and the bums out

Typical upstate NY trailer park. The roads have names and street signs, which is a nice touch. Mostly newer trailers. Some older ones, but they have been kept very well.

Overpriced and continue to raise the lot rent every year. Do you really want to buy one of their junk trailers for 50,000 and then pay 450-500 and going up every year lot rent? Do you want office manager trailer park Tracey with the 80s hairdo coming over and measuring every blade of grass in the yard and then sending out an ultimatum cut, clean or get out!!. Do you want to have a cup of coffee on your porch and have one of their low IQ goon workers lurking around. Then you have goofy looking Walt desperate trying to sell you one of these junk boxes and this is what you get. Fair warning
