Its funny how the reviews on their website are highly rated. I initially started trying to work with SKS last year to start up my small business. During this time, I have called several times and was unable to reach anyone or receive a call back. It seems as thought this company has closed for business. This is huge when it comes to depending on a company to provide you with supplies to maintain your own business. This would be a representation on your business if you decided to trust that the would deliver any product that you need. Trust me, there are other options out there that will provide much better service. Bad customer service from your supplier would pass that bad customer service to your customers. Also, the responses to the issues that people are having is just a copy and paste response.
This is a horrible company to order from. First their customer service ir horrible. If you call they have nasty attitudes and even over chat they are rude and dont care as well. Second, I placed an order that said it was backordered for two weeks. After I placed the order it stated next year 08/22/2022!! yes, you read that right! Why would it go from 2 weeks until late next week! insane!! I placed another order as well that actually stated in stock. Well after I placed it back in August the date changed to tbd! I still have yet to receive the items. I dont see how this company is still in business! just horrible and based off of their reviews this is common. I advise you not to place an order with this company.
I should have read the reviews because they are all identical to my experience. Customer service is either nonexistent or rude/not helpful. You never receive an order confirmation via email, though you certainly get all the spam marketing emails. I have tried to contact them SIX times now about the same exact item on an order that I made in the beginning of December - 4 months ago! The date I was given it would ship, it did not. And I contact them and they give me a new date - they never reach out or update your account or contact you by email to say it’s changed you have to contact them every single time. And the date has changed four times now!If you call you just wait on hold forever, nobody ever answers. I asked for a callback, no call back. I leave a voicemail, nobody calls me back. I try to do chat via their website and you always get the same apathetic woman who just gives you a new ship date and says egh, can’t do anything about it and no I’m not allowed to talk to her supervisor, I have to call and well you know what happens when you call .. nothing.After all my other outstanding orders are completed I’m going back to my old supplier. I don’t suggest anyone give your money to this “business.”
I seen a lot of bad reviews for this company which is why I wanted to leave a good one. I ordered jars on May 20th, received a confirmation email immediately after the purchase, a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it was shipped and today on May 22 I received my jars. They are good sturdy jars and I will be ordering from this company in the future 👍🏽 I’m happy
SKS is my go to for my jars & bottles.I have never experienced any delays & have only had one product sent that was incorrect however I called and it was handled promptly. Will continue to order for all of my bottling needsHSL HAIRCARE & WELLNESS
Customer service in nonexistent at this point. Used to be good. Also they deleted over 40,000 points last year. So reward system is scammy
I placed my order on April 11. Today on November 20th I still have not received my order, nor have I received my requested refund. I understand completely that packaging has been in short supply, but that does not excuse the company for 1. not keeping me apprised of my order status (had I not inquired several times, I would never have known about any delays 2. giving me the runaround and a curt response from customer service regarding the status of my refund once I finally gave up hope of ever receiving the merchandise (I am now just out of the 180 day time frame to escalate this with PayPal). I am sure they are fulfilling orders from larger companies before they are dealing with us nickle and dime types, but I will never order from them again. I want my money refunded promptly please!!Update- Dec 2 -Two more emails to Barbara in customer service. Still no refund and a response saying I have resent your request to accounting Im beginning to believe the accounting department and Barbaras trash bin are one in the same.12/10 Update - Refund was received

Its my firts time ordering bottles from them. The experinced was not good. I did not received any email confirmation after i place my order. When i reach out to them they ask me the order number good thing i screenshot my order if not i cannot give them the order number. When i ask about the status of it they said its out of stock. Its in stock in their website but its truly out if stock. The reviews are really true. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I placed an order over two months ago that was cancelled and refunded due to the supplies not being shipped or received. I spoke with two agents that confirmed the item didn’t leave the warehouse and they didn’t have a ship date for it. Upon checking my account tonight I was shockingly recharged for the same order they refunded me for TWO months ago. With no containers to show for it. I did not authorize them to charge my card today and I will be filing a dispute with my bank. This makes me worry as a customer they’re saving card information on file and randomly charging customers.Check your statements and account.
They have their shipping charts and confirmation that says 1 day shipping to Boston from NY. But they dont tell you that it can and will be shipped from the NV location and take 2+ weeks. I couldve order from dozens of other places that wouldve been faster. I specially chose SKS for the delivery speed not prices. Very disappointed will not use them again.Customer service doesnt return messages and arent friendly in their email.
The Skyward drive is not yet on on Garmin but Google will get you here right out of the state park off of 50 I slept overnight got unloaded first thing in the morning quick friendly service
I have been using SKS for years & within the past year seems like it’s had an issue. We may a hefty shipping prove for our orders to be went UPS ground which take forever! Orders come in separate shipments, sometimes 3. If you use them you need to order your stuff in at least 30 in advance. I’m sadly going to have to part ways from SKS due to the inconsistency.
The ladies over chat (Amanda and Carol M) Have been amazing! Weve had a hard time sourcing pumps, dispensers, weve even had very specific questions and they have gone above and beyond. In trying times with short tempers, it was a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend!
Fast loading
Used for years as a very reliable packaging source until recently when quality assurance went way downhill. The past year has been 1 bad batch after another. Clearly, something has changed at the company, but they keep making it out to seem like each bad case is a one-off occurrence. Avoid them for the time being if you like your sanity. Ive wasted multiple production nights due to their incompetence.
I have ordered glass jars, tins, and now paper tubes for biodegradable lip balms. I love the jars and tins.. however, IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS looking for a SUPPLIER of PAPER TUBES DO NOT USE THESE! The customer will not be able push the product back down with their lips, and if they do, theres no way to get the product back down without basically wasting/ruining it. I have let SKS know this and have asked for a refund. Super sad this is the case because now I have to recall several of my products and I had to find another supplier...

Slow as can be. No customer service at all. Have spent 10s of thousands of dollars with this company, good prices but running out of packaging has cost us in the long run. Used to be great, have gone downhill even before covid 19 . We tried with this company time to look elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. Shipped the wrong bottles multiple times. Tells you product is available one date, then once you order, its not available until months after.
I really don’t know what it is, but why is it taking forever for a package to even be shipped when I’m only a hour away from this company. The first time I ordered I thought the delay was because of Covid. months later still the same problem? Yea this is ridiculous I’m losing out on customers waiting on this company. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

They just moved to their new place on Geyser Rd. Its a very nice building. I went for a interview & the people were friendly & informative. This company is definitely growing. It also thinks about the environment. I want to say thank you to them for that. Good luck in your new place.

Update in response to owners request: INV1523163++++Ive reached out several times and talked to several people who said they would get back to me but have not in weeks. On 3/28 I had placed an order for (12) 1 oz spray PET plastic bottles along with 8 oz shampoo bottles. I then found out that the shampoo bottles were backordered until Sept. I requested to have my order canceled. I was charged $17.90 on both items but only one of the items had shipped. The subsequent item was backordered until Fall (which when I placed the order, the 2nd item was not on backorder). That subsequent order was cancelled due to lack supply. I paid roughly $12 for an item and was charged $17.90 in shipping. I am a very small business and would never have paid more for shipping on an item. I have talked with several agents who said they would either get back to me or talk to their manager and I have yet to hear anything. I am literally asking for a $10 store credit.
So Far So good, I have read a lot of these negative comments and it has me a bit concerned although I have been using this company for about a year now. But then again, I do live 20 mins away from their manufacturers which is probably why my items come in a lot quicker than most have that have complained. I do wish that the prices were a bit cheaper but so far this is where Im getting my jars for my business Skin Deep Naturals by OM. Get your packaging elsewhere. Another example of a business to business company that cannot deliver. Poor customer service and inexcusable shipping and processing times. I placed an order on 10/22 and it still has not processed. Their website says 3-6 business days to process, but this has been well over that. No response from the company. I ordered the same jars from a different company on the same day without any expedited shipping and received that order 2 days later. Do yourself a favor and not use SKS.
Ive never met a lazier more disconnected customer service team in my entire life. Save yourself the hassle and switch to a better supplier like Berlin, Packaging Options Direct or someone LOCAL. This company is not worth buying from. And if you speak to Barb expect that she will not help you at all because she is the a-typical lazy employee who goes to work to collect a paycheck vs. actually provide customer service.

When I finally got through to someone after having to call a bunch of times, the man was so rude over the phone. I will never buy from them again. There is too much competition out there than to deal with the nonsense from SKS.
I have ordered from SKS off and on for years. The last few orders I actually created an account so that track my orders. I re-ordered a part and when I received it, it was the wrong part. Returning was not the exact issue, the issue is the shipping (however, since I have yet been unable to return the product due to their website not working I am uncertain if they will in fact exchange the item) I requested that the company simply exchange the item for me and pay for the shipping as I did use the re-order option of their website. The company took the stand that it was my issue for not reviewing the final order closer. I do understand their point, however, since I used the re-order option I felt that there was no need. I was simply re-ordering a part ordered before and used the exact product from a previous order with a button that says re-order. Long story short, I will get my replacement, however, will delete this company from my options for packaging sourcing. I am too small of a company to pay for 50% of the products cost in shipping with no support of the company for an error I feel was a web issue. In the event it was my error I would gladly accept blame. To add to this situation, per company request in order to do the return I was directed to the website, which once again had a glitch. The company representative sent me an email saying the site was down and that he would send the appropriate return information when available. So there you have it. All in all I would say that the customer service is not customer friendly!

This is absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered! I called in mid November $750 order! Will it be here by the first week of December “yes, we are 3 hours from you it will ship in a week, we will email you the tracking number!” Week comes ohhh the truck broke down! Whats the tracking number? Well we are still working on it! Well it looks like we are only going to ship 7 boxes instead of 50! The rest are not coming until after February 1st! Ahhhh return my $$$! I have purchased supplies from SKS for more than 2 years & Ive always been impressed by their supplies, pricing & shipping. My storage area is super small so I tend to order just before running out of containers. Even though theyre out of NY, SKS has a warehouse on the west coast for us west coast customers. I order from many suppliers as not all my containers are carried by everyone & SKSs pricing, quality and shipping times are equal or superior to all others.
Been using SKS for about 2 years. Always high quality products and they usually ship faster than what they say. (maybe I get it faster because I live in NY where one of their distribution centers is located).

Update to review Dec 2 2019. Had to use sks once more. I stand by my claim that the Nevada warehouse is better than the east coast one. For that I have raised my review by a star.I will never use this company again. I placed our first order with them as a sample test to make sure they are like our current bottles from China. They are, but sad thing is they take longer to ship out your order than it takes an order from China to arrive. Will never use SKS again and you should look else where. Look at their more recent reviews tells you they are not a good company.Came to edit my review. The people that work at the Nevada location can do their job. They got my order to me within 3 days. Let your Nevada office do all the work. They can do it perfectly. Everyone in the NY location should be canned including the owners.I wanted to give an American company a chance and not have to pay tariffs on bottles. Ill stick to paying the tariff so I dont have to deal with companies like this one. Please sell to someone who knows how to run a business.This company has their drivers posting reviews for them. Missing order - refused to replace or refund. I called in and let them know that there was a missing order and they said they wouldnt replace or refund. I asked if there was anything they could do such as discounted shipping ect. since this was an error on their end and I was basically told no, they dont care. Their customer service is definitely lacking. I believe in exceptional customer service and thats clearly not their priority. They have lost me as a customer. I would recommend looking into a different bottle supplier.

Please if you are a business owner, do not waste your time with this company. I ordered some items and they arrived broken (literally a bag of smashed glass) and they sent me a replacement (also a bag of smashed glass) the replacements they did not pay duty on, so I now have 2 bags of smashed glass that were worth about $30 and with duty (paid twice) I ended up paying $70.00 I called them and they did not return my call. Terrible packaging for a packaging company and terrible customer service.
What happened to SKS? Been ordering for years, yet started to experience rude customer service and a lack of product transparency when ordering. I could always count on same day shipping and prompt delivery, but now it takes 3-6 business days. If there is a no-stock item, they will not tell you and you will wait an additional 5 business days...this is inexcusable. Dont bother trying to contact...the Live Chat no one there...phone...no one to answer...email...no reply. Very frustrating to finally reach a human and they reply we will do the best we can. That tells me nothing. Apparently my best and theres is a different standard. Get it together and I will come back, but until then, will shop elsewhere.

I ordered bottles from this company. The quality was too cheap for my preference. I will use the bottles to package product for friends to test for me, but not for consumer packaging. I did ask for a sample first and was told that they dont do samples. Not good policy, IMHO. The company I will be ultimately buying from (McKernan) sent several pumps and bottle samples, free of charge and no shipping. Nice quality, attractive designs. But not SKS. Ive also bought from Midwest Bottles, where I can buy single anythings to test and measure the quality without being stuck with a case of junk that my products dont work in, or are cheap-looking. I keep going back to the SKS website, but every time I do, I just get annoyed with their greedy, stingy ways of doing business, and I move on.

Good products and prices, TERRIBLE customer service, just pray that nothing bad will ever happen to your order. The one time UPS messed up my shipping, SKA opened an investigation then at the end of it one of the super mean customer service ladies told me she had to ask her boss if they would replace my order, I lost it, and they sent me a replacement overnight.Of course, 2 days later my neighbor who was on vacation found my box on his door, since I am an honest person I called them to return the second order. They told me I could pay to keep it or pay to send back.That made me regret trying to do the right thing but I then called UPS and they were happy to do the return for free since it had been their fault.They should fire the entire customer service and start new. Too bad because their products are nice.
Sloppy... Double Charged me for shipping and back-ordered an item for two months when the store said it was in stock.
This is the worst bottle company ever. They hardly ever answer the phone. They sent half my order to my address and the other half to another address?..... Then they charged me for overnight to get the other half to me and still sent it to the wrong address. Then they told me to overnight it from the other address to me and they would refund my money. They I find that the overnighted pieces were not even the right ones. Now they will not return calls or emails to correct their mistake. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Save your money.
I wish I would have read reviews before placing my orders with this company. I was so happy to find this company and excited to try them out because their pricing was very good for what I needed. I ordered 2500 tubes and caps on the 9th. I needed them quickly to fill a really big rush order that I had, so I paid for expedited shipping. The order was processed on the 10th and shipped the 11th and I was happy when I received my box on the 12th - however it was a partial shipment. The 2nd box came the next day - however the tops were too smalI to fit the tubes.By now it was Thursday afternoon and too late to call so I called early Friday morning.I had to pay an additional charge to get the right size caps and I explained that I needed them ASAP and they said they would send them overnight for free. The customer service agent did say she could not promise they would ship that day but said they may ship on Sat but worst case would be Monday. On Tuesday when I still had not received it I called and was told sorry they still had not shipped. I spoke to a manager and she said it was too late to ship that day but she would ship the next day. I received my caps on Thursday. I am a business and this means that my customers had to wait an extra 2 weeks for their order. Now that I had 2500 caps I called to see how to order the tubes to fit those caps and was told they dont make them anymore.
Terrible shipping speed and refusal to contact the customer in an appropriate timeframe. Ridiculous. Always switching warehouses apparently. Get a new supplier ASAP.
SKS is my go too for packaging for my small business, prices are great, service is great and I always receive my order in a timely fashion, have been ordering for a few years now and never disappointed.
Very unsatisfied with this company. Customer service is poor and price are expensive!. An item will be 0.46 $ but at the end it will cost you 3 $ after be delivered in Canada. DONT TRUST THEM !

Placed an order almost 10 days ago and still showing that it is in progress. I called to find out why there was such a delay and the customer service was not good. I was then told that my order is delayed because the company is moving. However there was no mention ed of this when they sent confirmation of my order. I didnt even know they were moving or that there would be a delay. This has caused major delays in my business and I have lost money due to the lack of communication and prompt deli wry of goods. I am not happy at all. If they would have told me of the delay, I could have ordered from another company so as to not loose money in my business.
I have had multiple packaging issues, one of which I was unaware of until a customer brought it to my attention. The pressure seal lids was shedding material into my product, I was outside of the 45 days and they refused to do anything to help me. As a small business owner this is damaging to my business, I will no longer be getting my packaging here.

This company has been putting out of stock items on their site without informing customers that it is out of stock or any notice for that matter that there will be a delay in receiving the items. I have gone through this issue countless times with this company and cannot get over how unprofessional and RUDE they are when it comes to them taking ownership of the issue. I will not be ordering from them again! They refused to reimburse me for the shipping costs for things that they did not even ship!
