This was a bitter sweet trip to Bed Bath & Beyond. At first I thought I was in the wrong store but shortly realized I was in the right store but that they were closing their doors. Yes the savings are great but no the atmosphere was not. Its sad to see the shelves mostly empty & the workers not smiling but concern on their faces. Sure I got great deals but at what cost? This pic of their bag says it all!!

Im fortunate to have them so close by and Im able to get all my supplies from them at reasonable prices.

THIS BED BATH & BEYOND ISNT A BIG PLACE & YET IT OFFERS SPECIAL, CLASSIC ITEMS TO ALL NEEDS FOR EVERY ROOM IN A HOUSE. THE STAFF IS CORDIAL, HELPFUL & AT HAND. PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I ENJOY VISITING BED BATH AND BEYOND. WISH IT WOULD BE CLOSER TO THE HOME 👌

They were Closing this location down in Saugus. They would not honor a return that i had. But I did get some great buys.

I had a great experience and the sales people were very helpful, especially Natalia! Got the Sealy firm mattress for an excellent price, and even better deal than I initially anticipated! I am so super thrilled to finally have a mattress I can truly get a great night sleep on. Love BBB but sad that they are closing the Saugus store. As of today, 1/12, there are alit of items to be purchased. I just bought myself a Homedics sound machine. Now I can fall asleep to rain or summer night or thunderstorm a babbling brook or listening to the ocean. BBB is a great store for all your needs.

I love the variety they have. Was surprised by how many as seen on TV items they have which is great. The staff was very helpful and they werent hovering over you either. They gave you space and time. When the line was long they quickly brought up more people 👍 I have no complaints.

I used this place for my wedding registry 5 years ago. There are many things that did not last long or were of poor quality. For example the bed linens are piling and ripped, the duvet cover had poor stitching, the everyday white plates & cups are staining because they are not glazed enough, the towels gave off so much lint when I washed them I thought they were going to fall apart. Things are made so poorly these days. I would say on a positive note the curtains, Shark vacuum, Mikasa Cameo Platinum fine China set, wine glasses, the Henckel knife set and silverware have lasted. I dont shop here to much anymore but the people that work there are very helpful.

It was a great experiance, had a very helpful store employee. He took us to exactly what we were looking for and showed us all of our choices. He even took down display pieces to we could see it better and even measured it to make sure it would fit..

I went to check out a couple of items that were in their flier, a Shuffling Snoopy for my granddaughter & a Harry Potter Hogwarts fleece throw with arms for my daughter-in-law. The Snoopy is a riot, it plays the Charlie Brown theme song & shuffles to the side as it plays. My daughter-in-law is big into Harry Potter so she will like the fleece. Both items were priced right & should go over well with the recipients!

Picked up a Keurig coffee machine. I was at the counter paying and the cashier was able to save me $ 70 without me even asking, such a deal. LolSeriously they do take care of there customers, so I do highly recommend.....

I just love Bed, Bath & Beyond. If you cant find what you need for your kitchen, bath, or bedroom here, you probably dont need it. This location was easy to get to, just off Route 1, and the staff was quite helpful. A very kind, older gentleman helped me find some non-stick pop-over tins. Give it a try.

Store is going out of Business soon so there were nice sales until Feb.

Kind of a mess because they are closing down the Saugus store, everything is 20% off, you cant use any coupons and no returns .....

Like the products a lot even though is a litle pricey.

They have everything you could possibly ever want for a bedroom or a kitchen. Thats if if you want to spend all the money you have in your life. Extremely overpriced but convenient because they are everywhere and you can basically get anything you want just like it was Alices Restaurant

Well it started out fine finding all the things I needed.. then at check out when my husband put all the bags in car he noticed that one of our bags were not in the car I was already in other store shopping and he called me to come back to the store with receipt one of the cashers said oh maybe when you bought the rug you left it there so I go walking down end store to look and no its not there it was on the receipt so she then says go back look in car again as I came back in again she says of it was behind the counter talk about a run around I was so pissed!!! Running around when it was there the hole time I spent 240 dollars in there think they would of said because of all the trouble we caused you here a coupon Nope!!!!! Pissed off customer

Good stuff but make sure you bring your coupons!

They have so much to look at from cleaning,decorating,cooking so much more and look for coupons for 20% of usually a single item.

Thanks to price match guarantee I got a $129 Keurig machine for $67.99. I couldnt use the 20% coupon with it, but the price match was a better deal than using the coupon.

This place is a rip off bought a comforter for 39.99 returned it for the exact same one but cost 20.00 for a white one this is a perfect example of large chains ripping people off.

Damn this place is expensive. Over $150 for a duvet cover. Just wanted to buy sheets. If you go here make sure you bring a platinum card yall gonna need it.

Ive spent close to 1800 hundred dollars in last two months preparing for my daughters college dorm. I had Several returns and new purchases though out this process. I went to that Saugus location to make several returns and a new purchase of the Irobot vacuum this week. The girl Claudia who was working the sales desk was so extremely rude to me, I had two storage bins that werent purchased at bbb but with the amount of shopping it was my mistake, instead of her just saying Im sorry this were not purchased here she gave me a horrible attitude. I went back to select the vacuum which was on sale from 799 and 20% off, they arent displayed on shelf so I looked for an associate to help to no availablibity so again returned to sales desk where Claudia told me she had no idea about what I was talking about? Thanks but no thanks I wish I could return all 1800.00 dollars worth of items and start over based on how she treated me.
