Theres a good array of arts and crafts supplies from papercraft and bead craft to yarn and standard childrens supplies. I like the new rewards program.My one complaint is that the stock stays fairly consistent for long periods of time. Ive seen the same yarn for years now.

The staff at the Saugus store are extremely helpful, but I had a terrific shopping experience on September 13th. At the register, Casey asked if I had found everything that I wanted. When I responded, No, she then called to the back stock room and asked that 4 packages of Play Doh be sent to the register. Casey also gave me the discount on all of the art materials that I bought. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. I was impressed with the efficiency of the staff.

Great selection bit privy clean organized store

This was my first time at the Saugus location, & I was quite impressed with the size of the store. The volume of crafting supplies was tremendous. The stores staff was very helpful when I required assistance. The only drawback for me was that it seemed to be a shortage of shopping carts. But even without the carts, shopping at the Saugus location was a pleasant experience.

Love it ! They have way more than just craft stuff. Its clean and the people I encountered were nice.

Tonya at the framing section helped me get 4 very old newspaper pages framed 4 years ago. She just helped me do 4 more this week. Customer service went above and beyond and the frames came out fantastic.

I asked an employee where the modeling clay that is air drying. She took me to an aisle that had molding clay. Not what I was looking for. As I was leaving I happened to notice the Crayola aisle. I found everything I was looking for. My twin granddaughters loved their 6th birthday gifts.

They have the nicest staff here. Everything is also well stocked and clean. My favorite location.

Alway find what I need. You may find the shelves needing products.

The prices are pretty high, you could find the same stuff cheaper someplace else

Michaels used to ve my favorite place to go.. they no longer have anything in stock. Never enough cashiers. Always a long wait.

Lots of parking, very large store, great prices and sales. Found exactly what I was looking for in a storage box, and photo, scrap album.

What can I say its Michael the best arts and craft store. I know. Me and my daughter have pulled through countless school projects, Christmas decorations, and arts supplies thanks to Michael. It is medium expensive. But you can find everything there pretty much.

I usually love Michaels but this visit I found the shelves empty. I was looking for paint this visit and the model car paint shelves had very little to choose from and what was there appeared to be all dried up. The craft paint section was very sparse also. All other sections I walked through were empty also

Went in looking for some stopper beads couldnt find the particular ones I wanted, but that doesnt mean I didnt find other things.I just couldnt go in the store and not purchase anything. I spent more that $140 on beads of all kinds that were on sale.A gem of a find.

I went here looking for tshirts, not a very big selection for most common shirts like white or black, they did have a great selection of other colors and they had them on sale 3 for $10, I left and found that Joanns had the same shirts on sale for 5 for $12

I love this shop. The aisles are spacious enough for a wheelchair. The people there are amazing! Friendly helpful courteous. They have the coupons at the register and a everyday senior discounts.

Good place to pickup art supplies in various forms. My favorite part is the custom frames. Great value and comes out perfect. A lot cheaper than other framing places. Plus, they have a pretty good selection.

Love Michaels, the only place I get yarn

This Michaels is OK, but unless youre in the clearance section (front left) I think prices are too high, and I also feel like I can never find someone to help me when I need help. Ive wandered aisles, impatient kid in tow, looking for an employee a couple times now, and I gave up both times. I dont know where they all go. Maybe theres a bar in the back? Or they might all sneak off to go shop at the dollar store a couple doors down, which you should also do if you just need basic stuff like posterboard or crayons. In this Michaels favor, they have really good selections of floral stuff, scrapbooking materials, and beading supplies. And if you come here in mid-January you can find awesome holiday clearance! (But please dont go until Ive had a chance to look through it myself. It sells wicked fast.)

Well stocked, great sale prices, but I ahve to say the customer service is much to be desired. Not very friendly, nor helpful. Think i might stick to another micheals.

Good place for home goods and plenty choice. Personnel is professional and always helpful. The only issue is prices. Regular stuff like toy cars, pencils, photo frames are more expensive than in any other places.

One of my favorite Michaels location. There is always a huge line but dont worry it goes quickly.

Place is great for art & craft product if you know what you are looking for. They have plenty of choices to select from. Staff is not very pleasant, I asked for help to two different employees and both seemed bothered. Same with the cashier seemed like a robot at checkout.

Style and fun for make home I like it

Always going to be my go to place for anything and everything to do with crafts, hobbies and entertaining the kids, art wise. They have the lowest prices with the best quality items compared to their competitor stores by far. They actually are even more than just a typical arts and crafts supply store. They have toys, home decor, seasonal, snacks, and the list goes on. The staff are very personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I cant even begin to tell you how many times I have been in here asking them how to create this or that and they always give me the best tips and advice. They even have hands on classes for all skill levels or no skill level at all and seasonally have art & craft days for kids, always free too. They also have coupons at least 20-40% of any time at any given time, which is great. Overall I just thoroughly enjoy this store and the one here in Everett is impeccably tidy.

The staff is very nice and the store is very clean but there is always a line to checkout. Does not matter if its 10am on Wednesday, theres still a line. In most cases there is someone available to help check people out but they dont bother to assist.

Bought yarn today. On the app said all colors on clearance. And did not say online only. Not so at the store. Going back to Joannes.

Went in there looking for a few things that the website said they had in store in certain aisles, which they definately did not have. Could not find a single employee to help me and half the store has only fake flowers.

Lots of options for crafting and they keep the store organized and clean

I went to Michael’s with my nephew because he needed markers for a project. The markers were so expensive you could’ve bought them at the dollar store for one dollar. But they had so many other things for crafting and DYI projects.

Lots of empty selves but that is to be expected since Christmas is right around the corner

As always it was great I got great deals on everything I needed and Maelenzee was working at the register and went out of her way to help me use my coupons and save quite a bit of cash

This michaels has a pretty extensive selection for arts and crafts, plus a very talented framing department. Ive gotten plenty of supplies here for a variety of projects from wedding decor to miniature gaming scenery. Prices are good with the unending flow of coupons.

Great selection of clay modeling tools, which is what I really was there for this time. Also very helpful staff at this location anyway.

Pad Thai was delicious, shrimp and chicken with a squeeze of lime. Quick take-out service.

I like going in the store and browsing. I find it to be to pricey

Great place to find great projects to create and make, specially winter. The store caters to most creatives like painters that use oils, acrylics, watercolor and even spray paint. Some things they carry can be on the expensive side, but youll have that from time to time at any art supply store. Theres a wide range of art and craft materials that can be found a their stores. Over all, the store is clean and organized. Plenty of parking spots.

Always a good place to get crafty items, and they also have some free and paid crafty classes for little ones. Good and fun

It was very crowded but the line was fast!

It’s not the best Michael’s I’ve been to, but it’s fine. The staff isn’t super attentive, and the checkout line is long and moves slowly. The selection isn’t great considering how big the store is. But there is plenty of parking.

Staff very helpful in reaching for what I needed, especially since Im very short. Lisa, my cashier was super friendly and engaging. This Michaels in Saugus is my new home store. Definitely coming back.

I mean, heres the deal. I bought things online to pick up at the store. I literally went around the store put everything in a cart to give them less work and I could be on my way. For some odd reason half of my order went to another location 1 hour away. A. The store I was in couldnt help me. B. She had no idea how to use the online feature. C. I called customer service they said the same thing. (I cant believe you cant just send a order from one place to anor) D. I called the store 1 hour away, the kid didnt know what I was talking about, how to get the online order. Hung up on me. I called again 2 times. Finally they picked up and was super rude as if he didnt care. People there Suck with a capital S. I mean, you dont have to fix everything but at leat be nice and try
