NAPA has great costumer service! I came in for parts and the auto technicians John and Bob were very helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed for car. They had all parts in stock which was a big plus as I was crunched for time. I would recommend if you need parts shop here first.

Just had the best experience at Napa Saugus. John went above and beyond to help me get the right parts for my Jetta. I wasn’t able to get the promo to work online for some reason and he went out of his way to take care of me and recommended some better parts for better prices. Helpful, friendly, courteous, and honest. At least from my experience. Came here looking for reflecting tape for our dump truck with my dad. After looking it up, the man said there were no more in stock but he could order it for us and have it in for us by 11. Told us the price and also mentioned we may have better luck finding something at a cheaper price online. Said everything is cheaper on the internet. My brother and father returned there later that day to purchase the tape.

This is the first review I have ever written but I have to share the incredible customer service I received at Napa Auto in Saugus!! On Friday afternoon, after a particularly stressful day, I stopped in to buy some much needed new wiper blades. I was offered assistance immediately and a young man helped me find what I needed and was in the process of ringing me up when “Bob” who appeared to be the owner or operator approached to tell me that if I came back tomorrow, during the first day of a sale, the product would be discounted to $4. Considering the blades were close to $20 each I took his advice and returned the following day. Bob was behind the register and recognized me from the day before. I proceeded to pay $8. for what would have cost me about $40. the previous day. I asked Bob if changing the blades were self explanatory and he told me that while they generally don’t install parts, he would put the wipers on for me at no charge. He replaced them in a flash and I was on my way just in time for the morning rain. A big thanks to Bob for all his help!!! PS: The sale is on through Friday 1/31 I believe. Check them out!!!

I am writing to tell of amazing customer service I had with Napa Auto Parts, the Saugus location. Cleaning my basement I came across some parts that we had never used, unopened with the receipt purchased quite awhile ago. In need of a battery a few days later I called the store to see if they could accept the return. I spoke with John who was so helpful, and he assured me they could do it. Went there later that day and met with the store manager Dave. I was so impressed with his kind easy manner. And Sean who rang me up was more than happy to carry the battery out to my car for me. This group of guys are top notch and anyone in need of parts please use them. They arent the closest parts store for me to use but I promise they are worth driving too. Thank you guys again!!!!

Very nice guys n u can feel that there not ripping you off up the who ha! Well bought some pretty good brakes n they have not stopped squeaking for 5 months.Went to napa they looked on line with me. N showed me which rotors n brakes for my vehicle .U have to order ceramic brakes from Kia as well as rotors.They saved me a couple hundred dollars n the same problem again.thanks guys!!! Brian K.
