The worst customer service. The cashier was an old lady, the rudest person I have met in my life. No thank you, no please, and an attitude like she was doing me a favor.

I had a great experience and they were extremely helpful.

This is the absolute worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to, if you have another one close by I would go there instead. The employees here clearly don’t care about the customers. I was trying to ask if they had a product in stock. The I walked up to the lady at the register (no other customers around) she said can you please wait. I waited 2-3 minutes before finally going to find someone else. Today I tried calling to see if they have an item in stock before dropping by I was put on hold again for over 5 mins before hanging up. Absolutely terrible

I gotta say shopping with Sally’s during COVID has been a night mare. I receive 5 different shipments not including the main items (the hair dye both times) and not being made aware they’re not coming until everything else already arrived. BUT I called Sally’s in Saugus and spoke to the nicest women who set aside everything I needed for me with no rush. So that was really cool

Don’t say you’re open until 7 if you’re gonna close at 6:30. drove from malden just for them to be closed when i arrived. not to mention they didn’t answer the phone.
