Bought some fortnite decorations for my sons party. I have to say it was a very limited supply and a bit expensive. I think I will have to check target maybe. I hoped to avoid crowds but it was very overly crowded. The check out line ran all of the way down the second to last asile so I was unable to get to the items there. There were about 7 employees behind the counter. 3 on registers, 3 doing nothing, and 1 filling balloons. This store actually charged the lady behind me $1 to put balloons in a bag!

Staff is very helpful and friendly! Great selection of what ever you need for your celebration. Prices are reasonable too.

I usually go to this party city to buy a balloon for my baby so we can take a picture every month since she was born. Today I went to the store and it was completely empty at 4pm on a Thursday. At least 2 employees there but one of them told me I had to wait at least 45 minutes to get the balloon inflated. It literally takes 60 seconds to get this done but he refused it. This Party City is in route 1 in the middle of nowhere so nothing to do in the meantime so of course I left without my balloon inflated. Sad this is the closest to my house but I will try to find another place that I can get 1 ballon inflated without wasting the whole evening because they can’t get this done in 1 minute. He couldn’t care less.

The ladies that did my balloons were amazing! Very nice, down to earth chatting with customers! They had EVERYTHING for an amazing Paris theme my daughter loved! Of course the balloons matched too!This would be a 5 star review if..... the young lady at the check out counter was even a tiny bit nice - she was rude not only to me, she was also the same way to all the that customers after me while I waited for my ballon order.

This place is terrible. The store never has anything. They’re not even blowing up balloons right now?! Just close this place down already.

Ordered balloons online and picked them up a few days later.The staff was busy, but helpful and I got through checkout quickly.The store itself is unremarkable, but has most party items that youd need.

Un-happiest place on Earth... Miserable people who never say hello or are helpful. This is based on many trips here! The selection is very good and shelves are neat, and you can often find an online coupon.

If youre looking for halloween/party items, this is the best place to go. The workers are very nice and helpful. 10/10

Actually extremely disappointed with my recent party city experience. I went to party city, in Saugus, to buy a wig and mustache so I would look like Brian Fantana from the Anchorman, and they didn’t have sticker mustache packs.the employees there were very understanding, and told me it was a seasonal item that comes in after Halloween. Apparently It’s “fiesta season”. Frankly I’m confused as to why they don’t have this standard party item. It doesn’t make sense to me. Like, if I were to open up a party store, I would carry these mustaches. It’s like if I were a grocery store I would carry basic produce like apples before I carried more exotic produce like papayas. Now that just makes sense now doesn’t it.

Place is absolutely disgusting. I came here during the Halloween holiday and there was a massive amount of people in there. There merchandise was thrown all over the place, packages opened and probably used, damn security up front like giving you the evil eye. Its like walking into a mosh pit. The place is dirty and needs to be redone badly. Carpet have god knows what on them. Very bad vibes. Reason why I havent been there in YEARS.

Would rate 4 stars of it werent for a no so pleasant employee who showed awful customer service when I asked for help finding a specific product. Cashiers were awesome.
