Hi,I had a my keyboard for my MacBook Air, circa 2015 replaced because the space bar wasnt working. Although I got a thorough consult from Apple, this place was cheap and they made amends when I questioned them about the keyboard being used and that they didnt clean up this MacBook air. The agent took time explaining and showing me my old keyboard and all went well. I got a $25.00 discount as a result.Very reliable and honest.

After using these ppl before my husband went to them again to get a screen repaired on a phone that he bought THERE. After choosing the lessor expense as we could not afford a new phone at this time they let the phone out of the store NOT FIXED and said it was. Next day we had to go back and we’re charged MORE money!! Because the repair wasn’t completely done the first time. They wiped out all contacts etc When I called they treated the situation like it happens all the time. Was told everything was understood and it was not. But they did it anyway. So saving money with them is costing way more. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t go!

These guys are the best.... Especially Tim... He went above and beyond helping me with my phone... I cracked it and he suggested I use clear packing tape to cover the broken screen... And I was going to do that when I got home and he taped it up for me so I can use my phone till the parts came in to fix it... Thank you so much...

Dropped off an Xbox One X for repair, was told that the repair was going to be $100. Three days later I get a call saying that the repair was over $200, and that they had already done it without asking me. Pretty much gave them a free console because of their miscalculation (or deceit) when I dropped it off. Would never have left the console with them if they had told me it would be $200 to repair, or I would have gone and picked it up if they said the repair cost was double what they initially said. Be careful here, take what they say the repair will cost when you drop off your electronics with a grain of salt.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICENot clear on warranty, buys phones from foreign countries. So you have no warranty with cell phone service either. No insurance to be bought either so If phone is broken or what not you pay half of the phone. Theyre warranty basically doesnt cover you. Please be aware of buying a phone from here. Theyre service is awful in store as well.

Found myself in a pinch....needed resolution asapAfter 3 hours of wasted time with Apple support, a friend told me about Mike & the team @ CPR Saugus (next to Harrows/Border Cafe) so I called Mike on the fly (Mike runs the store)I caught him off guard, he was busy, but took the time to talk and hear about my issue...he listed to my first sentence and said hold on, stop right there, the issue is XYZ and to fox it your options are ABC20 min later i was at the shop, 10 min later I walked out with a new/functional phone at a lower cost than Apple was giving me, and his service technician (i got Ross) was AWESOME as well...pleasant, knowledgeable, effectiveThey made the process easy, we actually just hung out and chatted about life/2020/etc...but from a customer experience perspective, Mike - You NAIL IT!Anyone needing computers, gaming systems, phones, etc fixed/repaired - I give Mike/Ross/CPR Team a 10/10 from an overall experienceMike - keep doing what youre doing, its working!

Im 38. I grew up with cell phones. I used to sell CELL phones in the green mountains, where there was never good service. We used to have to actually talk to our customers and fix their problems (and their phones). Can you do that anymore at Verizon, or any of the other stores? NO. You cant get help for anything, anywhere... EXCEPT HERE! I walked in, met Mike, who fixed my phone and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. It may have only been 5. All I know, and it sucks to say this, but Im always shocked when I actually get great service and someone actually helps me solve my problem in REAL LIFE, PERSON-TO-PERSON. So, THANK YOU CPR CELL PHONE REPAIR, and a big Thanks to Mike (not the owner, who I have not met, but the other Mike). Please give that guy a pay raise. Also, if you need help with your phone, do yourself a favor and go here first. Lastly, yes, I wore a mask and you should too. Dont be a jerk.

The worst service Ive ever had in my life.I was charged for a service that was not performed,I explained what the problem was, if it could not be corrected why you received my computer and charged me for it?When I asked for my money back, as they didnt solve my problem and called me 15m later to get my computer .. the attendant simply turned and hid in the back of the store. I went to there so many times with money out of my pocket and my phone still broken. I had to fix myself. They over charge with cheap Chinese parts. Screen scratches to easily. Expect what you would get from a mall kiosk, maybe less . Cheap and over priced! Garbage. Not Apple quality beware
