Very bad service, i came to return shoes i got online, the guy/manager on counter avoided the return not to decrease his sales, he said cannot be returned in store and i showed him my email also which stated i can bring to any footlocker store to immediate returnThey suck, i wud even gave zero star if i cudThey were just standing nd talking as a group

Amazing service! The prices are great. Got my fiancé all his sweatshirts a adidas hat and socks and my daughter a pair of Vans for less than 140. I was so pleased with the customer service. It’s hard to find!

As of 11/4/18 5:10 susan and another ladie with big curly hair didnt greet me nor asked if needed help! But approached my husband with a great and smile

GO TO THE NORTH SHORE MALL INSTEAD ITS 10 MINS AWAY THE MANAGER SILVIA PROMISED ME AN EXCHANGE WITHOUT A RECEIPT AND WHEN I GOT THERE THE STORY CHANGED I COULDNT BELIEVE SHE WAS A MANAGER BY THE LOOKS OF HER SHE HAD FOOD ON THE SIDE OF HER MOUTH AND SMELLED LIKE SHE HADNT SHOWERED IN A WEEK .SHE HAD NO INTEGRITY OR ANYTHING THAT RESEMBLES MANAGMENT AND AS I WAS LEAVING I SAW EMPLOYESS STEALING SNEAKERS 3 BOXES AT A TIME OUT OF THE STORE!!!
