So painless! The associate who just now helped my sons and I was super nice and very helpful. The only issue is that Google shows this store open at 10am and it wasnt. They open at 11am. They should update their hours, but a very positive overall shopping experience. Thanks Seth, at least thats what my receipts say

As always Great staff in this Game Stop. René the store manager has incredible customer service skills. He was actually the prior manager at the route 1 location. But that one closed. So they moved him to the Mall location. Again an asset to the company. I was also helped by Jeff and again great customer service and helped me add to my purchase a screen protector and a 128 GB card for my wifes gift. I had to get her the Animal crossing switch.

In out smooth transaction they wasnt trying to sell me the store

I purchased a gift card and it did not work went to return for one that works with receipt and gamestop could not would not help me even after speaking to a manger of the store. Spent over an hour with no resolve. Had to pursue the reactivation through the gift card online assistance which took another hour. Dont know where the issue falls but the customer service was not there at GameStop and I shopped there frequently and used them for gift cards for occasion along with game purchases and will not in the future. And the holidays are coming there loss.

Now its $20 for the physical magazine subscription with the points club. Games and other nerd swag

The sales gentleman was of tremendous help.

I called the store the other day to ask if they had an item in stock. The associate said “whats the item?” I told them, he said “let me put you on hold a sec.” Seconds later I hear the guy talking to his co-worker instead of helping me out. I was on the line close to 10 minutes and all I hear is them talking back and forth. I hung up and didn’t call back. I called another gamestop and they were very helpful and they had what I was looking for. I don’t shop at this gamestop as much as I did in the past, the service I experience isn’t great.Another time I went, there were 2 guys behind the counter and there was a guy in front of me and the 3 of them were talking about a new game for almost 5 minutes. The guy had already paid and I was waiting to pay for my item. Neither of the 2 guys said to me “Can I help you?” Or “Are you ready to check out?” I had to flag one of them down just to pay and neither apologized making me wait. The line got bigger and neither associate said anything, I would seriously consider shopping somewhere else. Years ago I remember the gamestop here being friendly and unfortunately it’s not anymore.

The mall gamestop opens at 9 or 10 but stoneham It doesnt open till 12 and they dont give not too much at all for games or consoles or whatever they buy a new game I want is 55used lol 60 new like what???

Came in tonight around 8pm to return a game I literally bought 2 days ago. The quality and the reaction time was extremely poor and I just wanted to exchange for something else. The guy at the counter refused to even hear me out or help me in any way because the package had been opened. I guess hed rather lose customers than take care of them. Being a retail manager myself, I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service. Wish I got this guys name but I was too disgusted to look at his face any longer.

Me and my brother and my friend was trying to get the game that we wanted . my brother ask a 18 Year old guy can you help us get the games that we wont he said sure I got you dont worry. the counter guy staring at us the whole time because my brother was asking him.my other friend was staring too at him because he was staring at us.. then the 18 Year old guy got us the games that we wanted we thank him so much he said your welcome no problem. Then as soon as he left. the counter guy was being totally rude to us. he threw the controller on the counter with an attitude. then my friend had to put him in his place. he was mad because we ask a older boy if he can help us get us the games with the ID. Worst Game stop I ever been too.

The gentleman at the counter was very informative and made genuinely helpful recommendations. Looking forward to trading/picking up more games at this location!

I was at Gamestop and I got very annoyed. One of the counter people was bragging and boasting about what a great job he does, so much and for so longn got really offensive to me.Just answer my questions. let me buy my game. And simply let me leave.

I hate the service they have the lady was getting rude. I bought a PlayStation vr for 200 and bought insurance but they didn’t let me use it. Then I asked to trade it in and I only got $50 back and I returned a controller for $100 and I only got $6 for it.

The people in there are so nice and they always give you information on a game and they always give you pre order bonuses! Go here instead of Chelsea!

Went to return an online order and they processed my refund, got a call a couple of days later saying my refund request was “denied.” Customer service has been no help at all and have done nothing to help me. I don’t even have the physical item i bought in the first place since I returned it and they still have not issued my refund. Lost $800.
