Most of The Pharmacy staff here is quite literally a joke.Not all but mostAn Indian pharm staff Once told me I had to pay 95$ for a medication that Ive never had to pay for before and was rude when I told her she was wrong. I advised her that she was doing something incorrectly and needs to look into it because I am covered. She argued and said I have to pay or I have to leave ?!?! I Asked for manager and they told me she had not entered my updated insurance info after I TOLD her I had a new Number / Mem IdI was very upset lack of knowledge and customer service she was also not very well spoken englishAnd was difficult to understand her most of the time . I believe here america we should have equal rights to be able to interpret / understand english especially at A medical facility lol….. so ya .they also do not answer the phone EVER .

Bathrooms out of order. Store nice and well stocked and clean. They need more help in the pharmacy. Man at checkout was very nice.

Says it’s 24 hours yet the doors were locked and two ladies inside told me they were closed at 7am…. Probably should update your hours on the door and online.

Was not open 24 hours despite online hours stating it is and multiple signs on the store itself saying open 24 hours.

Pharmacy is getting worse and worse. At first I came here because of the pharmacy and now I’m debating leaving because of the pharmacy. I shouldn’t have to call multiple times for DAYS just to get in touch with someone in the pharmacy. I would always call and immediately get disconnected. There’s enough of them around, I’ll just have to go to another one or the Walgreens just down the street.

They wouldnt let my 36-week pregnant wife use the restroom while shopping for our coming newborn. Lots of empty spots on shelves. Found some of what we needed before having to rush out to find another restroom.

Closed at 11 pm 🤷‍♂️

This is the only drug store near me that is open 24 hours and it is a real life saver when you need something in a pinch. I cant tell how many times ive had to run to hear in the middle of the night. Also the staff here are super kind and helpful!

This is my worst CVS experience EVER! My first and last time going to this location! Wayne, my cashier is so rude to me but so lovely and nice people in front of me!

Very horrible experience at this pharmacy. The cashier was so rude and took her sweet time to scan my items. She rolled her eyes at another customer’s question. Avoid this store!

Could not find any real reason to grade them down in the short time I was there. Picked up toothbrushes, hair color (not mine), preparedness meds, Peppertidge Farms chocolate chip cookies, and some chocolate covered cashews (mmmmm). Got coupons totalling $5 off. Staff was pleasant.

The pharmacy is awful... messed up my prescription when I asked to speak to the pharmacist she was very rude, and had no time to help me resolve the issue! After hours of dealing with the insurance company I found out the pharmacist actually made a huge mistake and said nothing I can do to fix it! Absolutely no customer services at all!! Also this is the first time I have ever put a negative review out there!

I have found this pharmacy staff to be excellent ! I have visited many times and it has been consistently a 5 star. A pharmacist went out of her way to help me get a loyalty card for a medication that my co- pay is $100, thanks to her it is now $15.

Oof @ these reviews. I didnt deal with the pharmacy but Pamela who checked me out for my item was very nice and gave me a great deal with the CarePass subscription thing.I wanted tape and actually some of the prices were cheaper at Joanns next door, sorry CVS! You guys should maybe pricematch. But CVS did offer some unique versions which is why I bought it here.

They always helpful.the other day I pick up my prescriptions .they let me return one that i didnt need anymore.which my doctors fault.I got home and found a prescription that was in the form of a powder high strength which was suppose to be a mist inhaler which i can handle better I returned to cvs they should of told me they sub the mist for power and the reason but the. Pharmacist apologize d and made a special order for the next day I always have good service an the pharmarcy is always helpfulThank You

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with! The pharmacist are rude, incompetent and make what should be an easy errand to run a 15 - 25 minute nightmare! No matter who “assist” me, it never goes smooth. To incorrect prescription pick ups that I never ordered, to the pharmacist not deleting old prescriptions or to the pharmacist not knowing where my prescription is in the pharmacy even though it’s there. I could go on and on about how horrendous this pharmacy is but I will finish in saying.. Who ever is “training” these people needs to read all of these reviews and fix the problem. This should be an easy errand to run, not one people loath.

Rude pharmacy technician but other than that usually the people who are at the registers are nice

I spoke with 6 different pharmacy employees and each one was incredibly rude. I did not have any wild questions - I just transferred my prescription and picked it up. One employee hung up on me b/c she had too much to do. One employee interrupted me 3 different times when I tried to ask how many refills because she thought I was going to ask a different question. One employee ignored me while she vacuumed and made eye contact with me. Another tall male employee was extremely rude. I will not return here to buy anything ever again.

Attempted to pickup my prescription twice and both times they lady at the window was entering the wrong ID number, good thing I had OptumRx on the phone so they could assist the lady to enter the correct ID number, they were very rude and didn’t seem to care at all, I will be going to Walgreens from now on!

I was told my prescription would be ready for the next day and when went to pick it up, it was out of stock.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 20 minute hold time, only called to see if they had an insulin pen my CVS didnt have in stock. Another 15 on hold. Called back and was hung up on. Very rude people in pharmacy, both I spoke to had nasty attitudes and my question was a site one. Very unhelpful and clueless. No resolution. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to a different pharmacy.

Never in my life have I dealt with rude pharmacist before. Most not all have been so rude to me. Sorry you hate your job but dont take it out on me. This one lady there Ive waited to hit clear as day in her face. As for the store part no problems just with the pharmacy itself, as I sear here on hold for over 13 mins!

There are 2-3 pharmacy female pharmacist cashiers that are rude and the rest are helpful. Very inconsistent there.

In the last year, I have come to this pharmacy a handful of times for various prescription pick-ups, Ive left every time with the same disappointment. The customer service is rude and combative. The employees come off as entitled and bothered to be doing their job. They act as though they are so busy, yet every time Im there the line is non-existent with maybe one car in the drive thru and a full staff of 5-6 people.Below are just a few of the things Ive encountered:1. The agent at the drop-off counter was yelling at an older gentlemen, because he was at the wrong location. He said multiple times he understood he was at the wrong location but just wanted to know if it were possible to get one blood pressure pill in the meantime - rather than saying no and explaining that she couldnt she just kept on saying youre at the wrong location2. I received my automated call that my infant daughters amoxicillin prescription was ready. When I arrived for a pickup, I had to wait over 20 minutes for it to be filled. Prior to getting my daughters perception, a woman before me also got amoxicillin. (To this day I wonder if they just took ours and gave it to them and made us wait for another one)3. When saying that I had a question regarding a prescription, rather than walking over to discuss with me, the pharmacist just calls out over the back counter whats the question? I had to wait for her to get my social que that I was not about to announce my question for the whole world to hear. She huffed and reluctantly came over to the counter to assist me.4. Forget about calling in - were talking a minimum of 15 minutes on hold. (For that oh so-busy line I mentioned above)5. This past Sunday (7.2.17) the pharmacist didnt show I waited 30 minutes past the opening time and then left. (This is after I showed up the night before for a pickup at 8:32pm and the place was already closed for the evening - of course this is my fault, but just adds to the overall impression)I have since changed to a different CVS pharmacy location and have had 100% better service. I will not be returning to this location.
