Awesome staff. They were literally driving their cars out the exit gate when I arrived and as soon as they spotted me, they immidiately parked and unloaded me although they had already closed.

It has been a week since our fence was installed and we couldnt be happier. The whole experience from start to finish was so pleasant. Saugus was an interesting place to visit to see what goes on behind the scene of making a fence. We will certainly recommend N.E. Fence Co for quality, price and knowledgeable people working there. Im pleased with the result and will be ordering more product from them soon.EDIT 1: Ive adjusted my review and added a star because: 1) prompt response from the company; 2) offer to refund the restocking fee (Im not interested in the refund - like I said, it wasnt a lot of money - but the offer is nice...although more transparency would have been better); and 3) overall it was a decent experience and I would purchase product from them again.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The good:- I stopped by to ask questions about fencing options and they were very knowledgeable and helpful (short of the very limited hours they are open - even before COVID issues mentioned below).- I scheduled a free at home consultation. The appointment was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and the person that came to our house was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.- They provided a quote for two fencing options (aluminum and steel). They are not cheap, but the price was fair when I comparison shopped.- When I decided to order I was able to do everything over the phone. The fencing was ready within a reasonable amount of time (the gates are custom made so that takes a week or two).The bad:- Pickup and obtaining additional parts (hardware and connectors) was difficult because of COVID. Obviously the pandemic is not their fault, but given the already limited office hours there should be more structured availability. I can understand first come first served for walk-ins, but if youve ordered and paid then you should be able to schedule a time for pickup - instead of having to wait in line for an hour.- The steel fencing looks nice, but its far from the rigid, strong, life-long material I was expecting. It feels more like a heavy duty aluminum. Im not sure it was worth the extra money.- Even though they measured the area that needed to be fenced in, and then wrote a quote according to their measurements, at the end of the job there was an extra panel of fence. The panel was returned and a refund was given, but minus a RESTOCKING FEE. This was not a custom item, it was a stock panel of fencing. They will 100% resell this panel for full price. The restocking fee was not mentioned in the quote, during the time of purchase, or anywhere on their website or marketing materials (that I can find anyway). When you spend over $3K in materials, I dont expect to be nickel and dimed when returning a stock item - especially when it was purchased based on their own quote/estimate. This is the main reason for taking a few stars off. It wasnt a lot of money (it was only one panel though), its the principal of it.

I used this company for a long time ago they built this great fence in the back and they added an extra security for this little side fence I really appreciated that.

Bobby and Dave in the Office are hands down the best in the business, and all the shop guys are on par making Northeastern fence and supply the go to for reasonably priced high quality product for all your fence needs. They also refer expert installers 😀

Terrible to do business with. I ordered a custom gate to install for an older woman that I take care of. I made a mistake on the size and asked them if they could salvage the parts and rebuild the gate for a fee. They would have nothing to do with that. I would have to buy a new gate. Instead, they referred me to their installer.
