This is a cute little place that offers a small selection of Richardson ice cream and quite a few varieties of soft serve.Everything you would expect, with an outside window and an inside dining area.

Friendly staff, large selection of flavors and types of various summer frozen treats for all ages and tastes. Everything from Richardsons super premium to richies slush and ice cream truck type choices to diet things. It has a soda shop feel inside thats clean and well lit. Prices are certainly fair for what you get. You can order inside or at the walkup window.

The staff was so nice and helpful even with the chaos of the rush that was happening. There were so many people waiting to get ice cream. I got a milk shake and it was delicious.

Busy place with parking, decent prices, friendly staff, great ice cream/selection/toppings and they have Richies Slush. When I was there a few days ago they had 2 different Sorbet flavors....just wish they had Lemon Sorbet *hint hint* They have a few picnic tables outside so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. I live in Saugus, closer to a different ice cream place but I wont go there...Id rather drive to Banana Splitz, everything is way here! Definitely recommend coming here!

They make a pretty good extra thick coffee frap in the service is pretty quick

The Banana Splits wonderful and I say is because I could not finish it yesterday and I had some today and still couldnt finish it finish it up tomorrow and the Chocolate Monkey wonderful

$13.86 for a Banana Split is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous. No Banana Split should cost that much money.

Make sure you tip those workers they make the ice cream experience awesome!!!

Best shakes in town.

Had a bad experience here. It took them a really long time to serve us, even though there were only a few people in line. They didn’t understand our order, and they only take Visa and MasterCard. Then the soft serve was gritty and left a disgusting film of fat in my mouth. Prices were ok, but the experience and products were bad.

Awesome! First time there. Caramel sundae with coffee ice cream and all the works...it was terrific. Best coffee ice cream Ive had in a long time.

Just go to dairy maid in Everett its worth the extra few minutes to drive there

Excellent ice cream. They have kids specials on Tuesday which is great for families. The employees are very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of tables inside for families to sit and enjoy their ice cream. Banana Splitz is kept immaculate. The tables are all clean. Great place to go for delicious ice cream for the ice cream lover and families!

Customer service is horrible. Attitude like a grounded teenager. If the server had a bad day she should have gone home.

My son made me promise to take him before heading back to Montreal. They have flavors but the customer approach is a little off and thats why the 4 stars rather then 5. But overall its a cute place.

We love coming here! They serve Richardsons ice cream so the selection is consistent and reliable. Over all the quality is good, good range of toppings. Prices are reasonable and the staff are well trained and friendly. Good option in Saugus.

I love Banana Splitz! I walk here after dinner and I always have great service and the ice cream is always fresh and delicious. They are actually open pretty late, which is a huge plus. The prices are decent and the portions are huge. I cant say enough great things about this place.

The ice cream products were good, the service sucked. As my family and I went to visit for the first time, we were made to fell as though we were inconveniencing the workers by asking for service. They didn’t seem to want to help us at all. If it wasn’t for the quality of the ice cream, and the fact that my child was excited to eat sweets, I would have left. I had a bad experience

The staff is super friendly and willing to make any and all special requests if they have the needed ingredients.While its hard to go wrong with ice cream, these guys do it better than most

Ok so the main reason Ive stopped by this place was for their milkshakes. Highly recommend them and they have alot of other things on their menu worth visiting for. Ive had no complaints anytime Ive ever stopped by here and the shakes and food is worth paying for. Just a little bit pricy for some things but giving 4 stars because of that. Overall worth the visit!

I just received the worst ice cream in my life from Banana splits. I called to discuss with the owner who 2 minutes ago was in the facility now he is not there. The girl that answered the phone could not care less. I was trying to help a small business with a possible bad batch of soft serve. Gritty and no flavor something went wrong. The only reason Im posting is the owner could care less. Dont visit this establishment. I was only trying to help. I never asked for my money back and was poorly treated on the phone what a shame!

Little local ice cream joint had both soft serve and hard ice cream 4 stars because for some reason the soft serve melted super quick despite it not being hot out at all.
