The place is great. If you want top notch material Garden World is where you should go. The owner is blunt and to the point and that’s appreciated. I spend a few hundred every year and I’m treated as if I’m spending $10,000.Great place.

Set out to do my first DIY project in the yard. Needed some gravel so naturally I called Garden World among the other stores. Do they have decent prices? Yes. But their owner/manager/a**hole (with the heavy Bostonian accent) was incredibly curt and rude. Perhaps it was the fact that I was only spending a few hundred dollars, or perhaps it was the fact that he’s miserable—either way you lost a customer. I chose my dignity over saving a couple bucks, and I hope others do the same.

Clean friendly professional and reasonably priced

Ordered a cord of firewood, delivery was fast and the price is much better than everyone else in town. People are great as well, but....The wood is NOT seasoned as advertised. All the wood is pretty green and will be worthless for another couple months.

Dont use this company! I ordered 2 tons of 1 1/2 washed stone for my landscaped area, and 1 ton of 3/4 crushed stone for 1 parking spot and they reversed the quantities when they delivered, and he delivered 3/4 washed stone, not 1 1/2. My worker put the stone in the wrong locations because of the quantities being reversed.. I called and spoke to who I believe is the owner, told him what happened and asked if he would deliver me another 2 tons of washed stone and not charge me the delivery fee. He said he might knock some $ off the delivery fee on Monday, that he was not in the shop to review the receipt (even though their hours are supposed to be 8-4 on Sundays) and that I should call him Monday morning. Wow thanks so much. I ended up having to pay $150 for another day of labor and $100 more for the correct stone, but I got it elsewhere. I have more gravel projects to do at this property but wont be going to Garden World for it. Never again! Stay away!
