The knowledge of the employees and the selection of parts/items are great here! They definitely know what youre looking for and they dont follow you around constantly! Theyll ask what youre looking for or if they can help you with anything and then they dont keep bothering you if youre just looking around, but for any questions you have, theyre great for helping you find exactly what youre looking for or something else that is close to what youre looking for! Theyre also great at helping you install an item or checking out to see what the problem is that you might be having! I definitely give them a double thumbs up! 👍👍😁

AutoZone is my go to place for all my vehicle needs. All the staff are helpful and professional. Today, Johnta helped me pick out exterior bulbs for my new car. He was very polite and knowledgeable and made it very simple. I highly recommend AutoZone in Savage for all of your vehicle needs.Edit: 1/20/21- I removed 4 stars because I went in today to get my battery changed and the woman working said she couldnt do it because there are too many wires. Maybe she shouldnt be working there if she cant change a battery. Or maybe shes just lazy? So now Im at advanced auto parts spending my money on a brand new battery. Ill take my business there from now on.By the way, it took the employee at advanced auto parts literally about 3 minutes to switch out the battery.And nobody cares about her gender, get over yourself.

Very pleased with AutoZone overall. Had a gift card to use after changing plugs and wires from AutoZone online. Purchased oil and an oil filter for a future oil change. Got a manufacturer rebate on the oil and a parts counter guy got me the correct oil filter. They are my go to store for parts.

I suggest talking to one of autozones employees before you bring your car to the shop, they are super helpful and can save you a ton of money! i called three different shops and the lowest estimate was $650. I described what was going on with my vehicle to an autozone employee and he told me it was something I could easily do myself for $195 in parts. Saved me $450!

Matt and other staff here were extremely helpful. They searched for a battery that was available at Burnsville Autozone. We bought the battery at Burnsville Autozone but they said it was a 30 min wait to have them install a new battery...I decided to buy from Burnsville Autozone and quickly drove back to Savage Autozone and asked if they could install my battery. They said normally it would be the Autozone I bought it from that installs it. Matt was awesome and did it as a courtesy. Matt and the staff at this Autozone are awesome and provide great customer service! Thank you!
