Was able to get all things I wanted. Likethe set up in the store. The older cashiers are very helpful. Some of the younger cashiers dont know where products are but understandable.

I would have rated a five but, over the last year or two they have began getting rid of some of their more unique products that others never had that I always purchased. Im afraid if they keep this up they will be no different than Cub to which whats the point of driving further to go there?

Ive been waiting 45 minutes for my grocery pickup and nobody has even came to my car yet. These employees are a joke. You need to have a better system for pickups. Shakopee is way way better. Im never coming to this location again

Ordered a cake and some food for my daughters birthday from catering service at Hy-Vee. Food was incredible good. My guests kept complimenting roast beef and twice baked potato. It was so much food!!! I ordered for 25 people, but easily could feed 40! Really happy with the experience and for sure going to use them again!!!

Tons of variety! I will absolutely be going back to try new things. Its a lot of fun going down the aisles and picking out some fun sounding things!Their brand of frozen orange chicken is also very good. Some of that over rice is a great quick meal.I will say it is a very busy / over stimulating. Go in with time to spare, because youll be searching for the regular non-organic vegan gluten free keto eggs.

Place gives me anxiety shopping here. The layout of the store is not conducive to shopping and extremely difficult to find anything. I only come here as a last resort because I can’t find what I need at Cubs, Fresh Thyme, Target or Walmart.

Their sale items do not ring up with the discounts. This isnt a one time thing, its probably happened to me over 30 times. I have now learned to take a picture of the sale item and ring it up first so they can call someone over and embarrass you in front of everyone as you slow the line up.Side note, the people at both meat counters are all awesome though.

Previous reviews about the grocery pickup is correct. Why are you sending Dashers to pick groceries up at :40 when the groceries dont get out there until :05 at the earliest. Do you like wasting our time? Can you please tell someone in charge that they can change what time you send Dashers..... Not that hard guys, its really not that hard

It is a little bit challenging to shop if you are new to the store. The way items are stocked makes it difficult to find what you are looking for. The plus is the staff is friendly and helpful. 😊

Ditto what other Dashers have said about sending us to pickup groceries WAY too early. Just got an order at 3:38. Employees said it might not be ready until 4:20. Well done hyvee! Thanks for wasting our time!Update on October 19: Instead of correcting the issue, they are now trying to send us to the store even EARLIER! What is the matter with you guys?

As a personal chef, I’m always looking for new grocery stores/farmers markets that satisfy my needs. Hy-Vee is definitely one of my favorites because of the huge selection and affordable prices. Thank you Hy-Vee!

They have a good selection but prices are high. For a store that is in a location a short distance from a Super Target you would think they would at least try to have competitive prices. I usually shop at Target. Hyvee is only for those few items I cant get at Target. LOWER YOUR PRICES.

Hy-Vee carries things that are hard to find at other stores. The fresh bagels are great. If you are having a Tea Party with your granddaughter this is the store for you! Wonderful bakery!

This store has been a bright spot in the grocery store market. At times pricing reflects this coming in as a employee owned store has held many perks. The attention to customer service is much better than you see in other stores. As well as the quality and freshness which these days is. Everyones priority!!!!

I am picky about my grocery stores. I go almost daily. This was my first visit to this store and I was impressed. The selection at the charcuterie was exceptional. The layout and offerings were really nice and the employees were friendly and far above average. I wish this store was near me I would go every day.

I enjoy doing my shopping here because the employees are all friendly & helpful.My household is very small & I do not have a need for a large quantity on some of the things I buy.I like to be able to go to the bakery department & get just two hamburger buns or whatever Im looking for & Id love the meat department.The butchers are very helpful.

Visit each morning really enjoy the settingSaw an osprey chasing a bald eagleMost people that visit enjoy and are respectful. However there some that visit leave their used baby diapers and trash thrown around. Parks workers do their best to keep up.

Layout of this place has much to be desired. Can be very difficult to find items and when Ive asked for assistance, the associates usually have no idea either. I also notice a lot of moldy fruit sitting out in very visible locations. If its easily noticeable while just walking by then it would also be noticeable to employees. It should be standard procedure for all store employees to be on the lookout for these types of things and to fix the situation immediately.

My experience with Hyvee is that 90%+ of their ad deals do not ring up properly or at all when you get to the register. I have found that if I don’t watch very closely as things are rung up, almost everything rings up not on sale. I have only used the self checkouts here for this reason. It sure seems to me like this tactic is intentional hoping that customers overlook the missed sales during checkout. To make it worse, when you call an employee over to report the issue, they make you feel ridiculous for asking. For example, today I was purchasing one of their “buy X, get Y and Z free” deals. The Y and Z didn’t ring up as free. When I called an employee over and explained my problem and showed him the sale in the ad on my phone, his response was “I don’t see any dates on there. How do I know that’s a current ad?” He made me back out of the ad to show him that I was looking at a current ad. I am done shopping here.

Clean, stocked, friendly/helpful employees, bag groceries for you, and no pallets of stock blocking the aisles.The only downside are their overall day to day prices are higher than some other local grocers.

Joined Hy-Vee premium plus; then the deals stopped...its of no value now. You could get better deals at Cub or Fresh Thyme without paying $99 per year. I have talked to the managers at Hy-Vee...they say its corporate. Obviously no one is solving the problem....

This hyvee is amazing! They have such a good selection of everything! The prices are great and the products are top quality. Loved the Basin section. I worked with the representative who was SUPER knowledgeable about the soaps and bath bombs and all things Basin. I love the concept of shampoo and conditioner bars and trying to use less plastic in day to day life. Wonderful store!! Highly recommend!

There is a very nice selection of meat reasonably priced however pricing of items not on sale is higher than other stores.

Love the store, great produce and meat department. Typically we dont get all the items crossed off our list due to things not being in stock. This is a pretty common occurrence.

Always a nice experience in and out. I like the fact I can grab morning bagels or donuts for students and staff.

As least a high end experience. Found an amazing poke bowl, and many excellent products to check off my grocery list

First time at this HyVee and we were very pleased with our experience, especially in the Joe Fresh and DSW areas where Annemarie was so personable and helpful. She greeted us promptly, explaining a current sale, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were getting the best discount available. We are visiting from out of state but will be sure to stop in again when we are in the area!

The younger guy wearing glasses working the grocery pickup yesterday October 2 at around 5PM is one of the most rude humans Ive ever interacted with. I had a cash tip ready to give him but he slammed my trunk excessively forcefully and walked away. Thats on top of not saying a single word to me when he first came to my window to get my name. Wont ever be back

I love Hy-Vee. Employees are great. Have about everything you could want (but for some odd reason not Plotchmans mustard) Great deli, salad bar, and bakery. Wish it was still the Hy-Vee grill though.

This is a very impressive store. It has a little of everything. Clothes, a massive cosmetics department, fresh produce, bakery, butcher, and much more. It even has a restaurant of sorts with deli, grill, Mexican, hibachi, smoothie, and sandwich style shops! There is also a Starbucks and a Caribou both. It has a fun, very clean, market feel. Pricing for groceries is about on par with Cub foods and Target, and more expensive than Walmart and Aldi, but it has more unique foods that you can’t find it easily other places. This store is well-stocked, even in very busy times. In addition, they keep everything very well organized. At peak times it can feel a little crowded. If I lived nearby I would shop here exclusively! Neat!

Impressive! The first thing I notice about this is the parking lot seems to be always full, but until I finally found a spot I noticed some parking spots that you dont seem daily. For example, the Have spots for veterans and electric hybrid vehicles.Once inside, you see variety. Choice produce, grocery selections, sit down restaurants, meats, pastries and more. What really caught my attention was the clothing and makeup area, as almost like the first time seeing a grocery store inside a target but the opposite. Overall, the store defiantly peaked my interest and will be heading back periodically.

Not really sure why there is so much Hy-Vee hype out there, this place isnt a revolution to grocery shopping at all. I am tired of Target and thats why I came to Hy-Vee, but I am not impressed. I will try again....

On the 4th of July we were looking for fruit to bring to a party. Forest ( an outstanding employee) asked if he could help us. Forest happily made us 2 fruit trays. They were fantastically put together and so fresh. Everyone at the party asked where we got the trays from. Forest made our day. Hy-Vee is lucky to have such an outstanding emploee.

EDIT: April 16th, 2021.The children working at the meat counter closed a full ten minutes early and ran away to hide in back when I walked up. A very nice lady from a different department had to stop what she was doing to help me. Pathetic. Stop hiring lazies.At approximately 9:30AM on 03/15/2021, the lady working at the Mexican Food counter was having a major meltdown. I was standing 20 feet back looking at the menu when she yelled we arent even open yet!.Another employee tried to calm her down, but she began yelling at them as well.Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing.We do a large portion of our company shopping here, but probably not anymore.I guess the obvious question here is....why was nothing ready if you have been open for several hours already?

Its a great store in general but today one older lady in the bakery bread area had her mask covering only her mouth and not get nose. I dont think I will get fresh baked bread there any more unless that person is either removed from the location or changes her behavior.

I now have shopped Hy-Vee for about 2 years I would have to say this is so much more of a super store than Grocery store ..with the addition of higher end products and niche food items including, keto, Vegan and Gormet I recommend going here if looking for hard to find and international items where others failed Hy-Vee Brings us into the 20th century and beyond I give this Chain 4.5 stars only because They are bound to impress and improve services there isnt much you wont find even a a well stocked Pharmacy I wont shop anywhere else it would not stack up against this mighty Grocery store.

I love hy-vee for all the great selection of freash meats and seafood. Not to mention the great selection of food to pick from to eat there or just to take home.

Whats not to say. Great variety of fresh foods. Friendly service. Only reason i didnt give it five stars. Had to travel a bit ro the nearest one in my area.

I always get good service at the Pharmacy at Hyvee, I especially like how they take it upon themselves to get my prescriptions renewed without me needing to worry about it.

Would be a 5, but the Chop House butcher section was closed early when I went last time... And I go to Hy-Vee for the meat shop. Really good steaks for a big grocery store. Other negative is the self check outs are closed late nights, so you have to deal with whatever line may be at the one open register.

Second time using Aisles Online pickup at this location. They do a great job selecting my items (including produce!) and the customer service at pickup is great. They always greet me with a smile and double check I have everything before I go.

So I recognize that a lot of this stuff is really subjective. This place is massive. The selection is huge and they have a huge variety of foods. There are several restaurants that you can get ready made food and everything from sushi to bbq. You can take a break to eat while you shop for your food. On the flip side this place is massive. Bring your fitbit because you will get your steps in just trying to get from one side to the other. Make sure your list is well organized because if you need to cross the store more than once or twice, you will be here for a while. In terms of prices I cant imagine that they are on the cheap end.

I love the market grill. They have good crab legs. I actually grocery shopped today. Always wondered what it compared to Sams club and stuff. Deffintly better deals then I expected! I thought the portion of the store that makes the food for you as well there was very cool. Food was fresh from that as well. Panda express quality honestly. I would shop here again for sure, my aunt turned me on to it today. Was more impressed then I thought I would be looking around at everything available. I just felt like ALL the lines should have an ASSISTING bagger to help things go quicker!

They have the biggest variety of groceries in the area. They also have a lot of take-out restaurants including mixed Asian style food to Italian food. Not only do they have food but they also have a mini clothing and bath store. The store is also structured so well that allows you to move from one place to another efficiently.
