My experience with Acoustix AV has been exceptional. I had first contacted a competitor which was a horrible experience. I decided to try a local company and found them to be unbelievably responsive and helpful. The prices were also very competitive. I would absolutely recommend Acoustix without any hesitation.

We purchased a small lake house in middle MN & have been remodeling. We wanted to add the final touch and installed the Nano Box remote control blinds. AWESOME product!!! Love how quiet the motor is and how smooth they move. High quality & cuts the sun down from entering home with many shade variances to choose from. Had Kevin and his team install a new TV + audio (Home theatre setup) in my basement living area. Service was excellent. They also assisted with fine tuning a few follow up items. I will absolutely be using them in the future for any Audio/Visual installs I do or to recommend to friends.

This doesnt always guarantee the best results and experiences. In this case however, Acoustix was phenomenal and I along with my staff and users of our audio-visual system are extremely pleased.

Very professional and skilled team. We set a time to meet, and they were punctual. We have had multiple others (at least 3) try to fix an AV issue on our main level who gave up, but after about 5-10 minutes Acoustix identified what was wrong, and fixed it in under 30 minutes. They also installed a new tv and sound system in our basement. My kids were all home at the time and they worked around that well. Great group. Would definitely use them again for additional projects.

There is a lot of competition out there for quality sound and home theater equipment, it was daunting when I first started my research online and asking for word of mouth referrals. We were looking for a nice (but affordable) home theater and audio system for our new finished basement, and I really needed an expert to tell me what would work best in our space. The photos online and their portfolio of work with home theaters and even security systems were very impressive, and the staff at Acoustix were friendly and knowledgeable about what system would work best for our basement and our family. I had a home theater and audio system already but it was old and not working so asked that they give me a plan that used my current setup and only added what I really needed.
