Really cool store first time in was looking for colors trying to find a variety pack found this the colors that I needed separate but equal I guess away from the other color pencils and everything

The quality of their flowers is a 100x better than Hobby Lobby. I was looking for flowers for centerpieces for my wedding and did not leave disappointed.The employees were super helpful and attentive and it was just overall a really good experience.

My grandfathers funeral was today. he was a veteran. we stopped in between the service and the lunch to surprise my grandma with a flag case. the cashier lady gave us a huge discount without even saying a word. i really appreciate her because it made me feel better. i had to stop myself from crying. i wish i got her name, but she is a great person.

I went to Michaels a few weeks ago for some water beads. If you do not know what water beads are, they are like acrylic beads that swell up in water and are used in ornaments. What I did not know was that before you let them set in water and swell up they are small little grains that look like raw sugar grains. Well, I had asked a cashier where they were, and was she point to an aisle and I walked over and uselessly look around. By the way, water beads do not say water beads on the bad. They say something like ornamental beads. So, I did not even know that were what I needed. So, I bounce around the store foolishly for awhile and finally decide to ask someone to help me. The person I asked happened to be the store manager. She was very kind and helped me find them. So, thank you for helping me. I also posted a few pictures of water beads. Very pretty and not so expensive to make an event even more special.

I love a good craft store and Michaels is always worth the time it takes to browse every aisle. Their holiday decorations and crafts are some of the best I see among the famous craft stores. I always love their dollar section the most!

I love the store when I was a teenager I work here. They have everything you could possibly think of as far as crafts are concerned if you have a project that you want to do you could find anything from glue to sewing thread to material highly recommended Michael’s is a great store and they have amazing snacks you can buy. There are always great sales here. The employees are always very friendly when you can locate one (unfortunately they seem understaffed ). Parking is adequate but tad bit tight in certain areas.

It took for the newby to help me make a return when the other worker and manager couldnt...sad!! I have never had a bad experience at Michaels until this visit. The store was messy and now that we know that you can use your military ID to enter info into system...please train your employees!!

A good place to shop

I was looking for sturdy wall hooks for heavy picture frames and art (12 pounds and greater). I could not find any. So I searched for 3M hooks. I was surprised they did not have a full line on 3M adhesive picture hooks. It seems 3M is moving away from standard hooks to Velcro.

Good place, but being that covid is floating around i didnt like that some of the customers werent wearing mask also were rude when I ask them to step back from me in line.

Less expensive as hobby lobby.lol. but dont have much to pick from when starting a new program. But then again it may be due the covid.

I went to buy oil paints and supplies for my husband. I was pretty much clueless! The three women I dealt with were extremely helpful and friendly. They alleviated a lot of my confusion and frustration.

On this particular visit I was looking for my big planner items and they just happened to have 30% off when I went. The selection of medium sized planners was great but the large planners left a little to be desired. They had a nice selection of stickers and rings as well.

Everyone here is always really friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and organized making for an easy shopping experience.

Went in to look for halloween items. The selection there was very small and the items that we did like were outrageously overpriced. $99 for a halloween wreath? Seriously? Found one I liked at homegoods for 1/4th that price. Even with their 40% off sale the prices were still a little high. But I guess if you want some decorations you can spend the money.

Absolutely incredible aummer sales going on. Got a $70 2x3 ft frame for 35 bucks and a bunch of summer games for 5 bucks a piece. Customer service was through the roof, the stoee was clean and orderly. Amazing job!

They did not have the product I needed. I found something similar, but it was very expensive, I was going to get it anyway. I put it down when I realized they had 1 cashier and a line going all the way to the back of the store.

I absolutely love all Michaels store locations in the Savannah area! They have the best variety and good stock! Michaels is Savannahs best, most affordable craft store, not always the friendliest employees but you win some ya lose some. Still my favorite craft store, get your bang for your buck!

Michaels is pretty good for general craft items and all, but if youre looking for something specific, like a good range of Xacto handles, their options are limited.This particular location is really a pain because its always unreasonably warm inside, and they have no consideration for handicapped shoppers. If you need a wheelchair while shopping, you had better hope you are tiny enough to fit into the one wheelchair they have, and lucky enough to snag it before someone else does, because there is absolutely nowhere to sit if you try to brave it, but need a rest here or there.

We bought some Glow Brille Brillo, but none of the 12 glowes. We try it with 2 Packets more. Perhabs there was no price written.

Jus out looking and got so much good crafts n science kits. All for a little r nothing being that they have a really good sale going on. Go there for arts n crafts plus what ever else u may need r want. Get lots of crafts that u can do to bond with ur children with😀.

One of the associates was very rude and disrespectful! I hadA Ups return and its was a major disruption. I had no idea everythingThat was necessary because I didnt want the modem in the first place! Then comcast told to take it to the ups store! I could have saved time and money had the associate been honest about the process! But no she had to be mean and disrespectful!

Michaels is one of those places that is a necessity. Do you like going there? No. But do you have to go there from time to time? Yup. The people that work there are nice and I almost always find what I need but I always wish it was a better store with more to offer. Thats what the internet is for though.

Shopping for daughters school project and ended with a craft class. Huge discounts and the staff was so friendly. The manager gave my kids a gift after class and talked with Ma. Donna during the class craft. They were wonderful and we look forward to other events at the store for the kids.

Sandie in the Custom Framing shop is excellent. She took the time to go through my order and make an excellent presentation for my custom framing. She also took the time to get some coloring sheets and crayons for my kids to give them something to do while we processed the custom framing. She provided excellent customer service.

Making jewelry is not just a hobby, its a passion! Love making keep sake boxes and homemade cards! Any and everything to create! One of the frist places I search for after moving is Michaels. The staff are fantastic about helping find items, answering any questions, or even contributing ideas, tips, and materials. I Love crafting!!!

Meet someone who worked not on the floor to assist me with what I needed to find, he was very thoughtful and helpful. I wonder how many customers leave, because of no customer service.

I had trouble finding some cake boards and was milling about looking lost but one of the associates walked by and helped me by walking me directly to them. Very sweet woman. Cashier was nice as well

This is definitely my wifes haunt. I will say though that the staff is always great and the store is clean and well organized. Its a smaller location so they are not as well stocked as some Michaels Ive been to, but otherwise a good store.

Rudest employees and customer service. I simply asked why a coupon didnt work on a Christmas tree when the coupon itself said it applies to everything including sale. They were rude and kept rolling their eyes. I understand Christmas is a stressful time for retail employees, however, there is no excuse to be rude to customers
