Everyone at Speros was very friendly and helpful. They communicated with our existing software/hardware management company and made it out to work on our network quickly on short notice, and had the whole issue solved in very little time. Will use this business again for our network needs. The tech that came out was amazingly easy to work with and was respectful of our hospitals covid-19 policies. I would recommend him specifically, but I cannot remember his name.

When Im not working on my career as a superstar, Im a mild-mannered accountant at a trucking company. Speros is always quick to respond to our requests and always rectifies the issue. Our rep has been Sarah Pritt on most occasions. She is SO professional, but also personable! She quickly and efficiently corrects whatever issue we may be having with a great deal of patience. I have to say that shes been the best part of the experience for me. :)

I asked for technical help at our facility for a meeting with other vendors. The request was made that morning because our IT person was out of town. The expertise that was given was very comprehensive and to the point. This will likely save our institution money over the next few years, and will allow for a very good working relationship between our vendors and Speros. This was very good from every aspect!

We bought a new piece of equipment recently and called Speros. They sent a technician who really went above and beyond to see that not only the new piece of equipment was properly set up but that all our other technical wants and needs were taken care of.
