Went in to have the pressure checked on my tires. My light had been on. One tire was very low. Asked them to check my tire. Had a nail in my tire. They fixed & plugged my tire. Only had to wait about 30 minutes or so & they didnt charge me anything. Cant get any better than that! GREAT SERVICE!!!Ill be going back for future service & repairs.

The service is unbelievably great!!! I arrived at 5:58 p.m. with a flat and thought I would have to wait until next day as it closes at 6:00 p.m. but Sam the assistant manager told me to wait and ten minutes later I left with a new mounted tire. When I complimented Sam on the incredible service, his response was “that is why we are here.” Amazing. So rare to receive service like this.

Tristan helped me from start to finish. He was very professional and a great communicator. Thank You Tristan!This location is very clean and the employees seem very happy.The only odd thing is that the place is new and the parking area can not be accessed directly from Abercorn. You have to turn right on a street, prior to getting to the building. Currently, there is not a sign for directional reasons but I can only imagine they will be getting one soon.

My wife and I are FT Rvers and needed one tire replaced on our travel trailer. We were going to be in Savannah for several days so I called ahead to see if they had the tire we needed. The manager T.J. was so very helpful in assuring us they had a comparable replacement, so we set up a late afternoon appointment. I made a call that morning while we were enroute to reconfirm our appt. and spoke with Davon who was the most customer service oriented person. We arrived an hour early and they were able to replace the tire right away. I do not remember the courteous young gentleman who did the work but we want to let all know that THEY ALL ROCK! God bless them all for being who they are. A big, big thanks!!!!

I’ve had good experiences with Discount Tires across the country, so I want to believe this was an isolated incident, but documenting it just in case…I ordered a pair of tires, and (due to delays in shipping and scheduling conflicts) discount tire held onto them for about a week before my eventual appointment. Somehow during that week they managed to install one tire from that pair in another car.On a positive note, they ended up refunding me for the tires and labor that I had paid for in advance, and even offered to install the one remaining tire for free (a I had a slow leaking in my current tire, so I accepted). I want to give the manager props for how genuinely apologetic he was, but I’m still a little nervous about the lack of quality control.

[EDIT: Aug 6, 2021] Came back again for my tire pressure, which I was worried about. They saw me same day and Tristan helped me out, fixing the problem with the least amount of wait time. Where do I begin?! I had to make the drive from Atlanta to Savannah for my grandma’s funeral. In doing so, you know my car had to give me trouble, right? My tire pressure light came on but I brushed it off as being fine. Fast forward, I walked out to a flat tire and immediately went yo the gas station to put air in it. Once I left there, I immediately called Discount Tire and told them my situation to see if they could help me! Eric graciously made me an appointment to check my tire to see if it was patchable. When I arrived they took my car in for service. There were two nails in my tire that caused it to go flat. When I explained to them I was staying 40 miles away and that I still needed to travel back home to Atlanta, Tristan couldn’t let me drive away with my tires. Both of them checked the Used Tire Rack and they gave me a tire for FREE to make sure that I could get to where I was going safely! After experiencing this customer service, I reached out to my mom to see if there was anyway we could just go ahead and purchase my tires from Discount Tire. I didn’t want to leave this location and take business elsewhere even though my dad wanted me, too! I am so glad I was able to purchase my brand new tires from Tristan! I am also so glad Eric was able to install them for me and help me out. What really stood out to me was that the customer service I received here was UNMATCHED! So much so, I’m now a Discount Tire customer for LIFE. I hope the techs in Atlanta are half as good as Tristan & Eric! Thanks so much for taking care of me.

The day that I went to your store, I had gotten a flat tire on the way down to Savannah from Charleston that morning. The sensors on my tires, that were working perfectly, had warned me that one of my tires was losing tire pressure fast while I was on I-95. I put a spare on it and went to discount tire to get a new tire. While I was waiting for my tire to be changed, I noticed that EVERY customer that you had was told that they had a sensor that needed to be replaced. I heard them tell about 5 customers this while I waited. So, I wasn’t surprised that when my car was ready, the technician told me one of my sensors was burned out and needed to be replaced. What I was surprised about is that I couldn’t believe that your technicians would purposely tamper with, and break, one of my sensors in order to upsell me!!!!!! What you didn’t realize is that all of my sensors were perfectly working up to the second I pulled my car into your parking lot!! I know this because I had my tire menu on my dashboard on the entire drive to your store because I was concerned with driving on a spare. All of my sensors were reading PSI. Not only that, when y’all broke one of my sensors, which was on a completely different tire than the one I had replaced, it now disabled all the sensors on every other tire. When I took my car back to your store the day after to reset my other sensors, your technician told me that unless I replaced the broken sensor for $60, the other sensors would be disabled. I will be sure to put this online as a review to warn all other customers of your dishonest technicians who try to upsell everyone on getting new tire sensors at $60 a piece and will even tamper and destroy a working sensor to force you to fix the sensors. Unbelievable!

They provide awesome service. Today, as usual, the workers were kind, attentive, quick, and thorough. They attend to the details, including carefully torquing my wheels lug nuts. They take me on time every time and finish quicky and efficiently. A huge thank you to David, Mitchell, Eric and Sam!

This place and its parent company are simply the best spot for your tire needs. Their warranty is unmatched and this locations service is top notch. I called on a busy afternoon about a rebalancing and the manager squeezed me in right away. I had previously purchased tires here and was having issues after i did my own rotation. Erick went above and beyond and fixed my issue right away. He even called later that day to make sure all my concerns where addressed. Look no further if you need tires/service!!!!!

They really take care of your needs... Great new location with friendly staff. Paul was great to deal with!Only issue is that you have to get to them by turning right after Olive Garden off Abercorn. No direct entry to their parking lot. If you miss it then you have to do a U turn at the next light.

Thanks to TJ and Utah Joe for helping us get a couple new tires. I called a few other stores that were a lot closer and they couldnt get us in for 4 days! When I spoke with TJ, he pulled up my purchase history and said he had the tires in stock and to come on over and theyd work us in fast.They did and they they were fast and professional. They replaced the damaged tire under the road hazard warranty and we were out in less than an hour.The store was clean and safe and you could tell that everyone working there was having fun. On 4000 mile road trip and had a tire belt blow in St. Augustine and another in Savannah. These guys made time for us and found the problem. Apparently whoever sold the Van to us did not balance the tires correctly. The rest of the trip went smoothly until the A/C broke. Another story for another dealer. Def recommend.

Samuel is the nicest! I was traveling from out of town around Labor Day and Samuel made sure that I got back home safely to South Carolina with new tires. He deserves a promotion for his professionalism and compassion towards customers. Without him I doubt the road would have been so smooth for us. I would have bought tires from them if they had something in stock, my experience Started off as a one star review because a lot of my time was wasted when I was under a crunch due to the proper questions not being asked ahead of time. But they redeem themselves by helping me find a solution to my problem. Overall, the staff is polite, and Honest. They follow instruction and stick to company guidelines which is good and I commend that. The only problem was not asking the proper questions to ensure they were able to help me when I got there. Other than that I think it would have been a five stars.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a set of tires for my Jeep. They had to be sent from another store, but they were not a normal street tire. Once in stock they mounted and balanced 5 tires in 20 minutes! I will definitely be back!

First time at this brand and location. Had a slow leak in left front tire. Scheduled appt on line (easy), ran 10 min late arriving, still greeted, polite and professional. Found metal staple in tire, plugged the leak, tightened all lug nuts on all 4 tires, and used a tire shine to clean all tires. Car brought to the door for me, no charge (what?) all in about 30 minutes and they were super busy. No doubt Im buying new tires from Discount Tire!!!!!!

Discount Tire is a life saver! I got a flat while hours away from home and I was so stressed. I called Discount Tire and they honored my warranty in an entirely different state! The staff of Discount Tire in Myrtle Beach made a stressful situation so carefree and easy. My tire was free because I had a warranty, so it didnt cut into my vacation funds! Getting my tire replaced was quick and easy so it didnt cut into my vacation time!

Ordered exact tires I wanted online on Wednesday, Had them installed on Saturday, took less than an hour. TJ was great, way better experience than another tire place in the area.

Highest rated Tire Shop in the area so I decided to check it. Got a good price on my tires. Ive never used Discount Tire before. Purchased the tires online, as well as the labor and other fees. Pre-paying for labor was a little weird, but it made the process on-site very seamless. Scheduled my appointment, but they called me the next day and were able to get me in sooner than the website allowed me to book. Super friendly and professional team all around and the shop was clean. Honestly, this is a 5-star establishment. I gave 4 stars because they didnt move my chrome valve caps from my old tires to my new ones so the process was perfect. This was a minor inconvenience, though. I only had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes after I checked out but I did have to go back and ask. Would highly recommend.

If you buy your tires here they will stand by them for the life of those tires. Staff is always helpful and their prices can’t be matched. I had a screw in my tire on Hwy 17 just south of Savannah so I called and 15 minutes later I was checking in and 25 minutes after that I was leaving! The guys were super nice! I stopped in for a tire repair for a screw in my tire. Everyone I spoke to there was super friendly and they got it fixed quickly. I came close to six and they even stayed a little late to finish. I would recommend this company for all your tire needs!

I can not stress enough the positive experience I received from Samuel at this location. I was jilted on an appointment at another service shop leaving me badly needing tires an hour before close. Not only did they accommodate me, they worked 45 minutes past close to complete it so I had 4 new tires for my hour daily commute. Huge thanks to their team.

Went here today for a tire that was slowly losing pressure. They found a screw lodged in the tire that I had missed. My tire was patched up and ready to go in barely 10 minutes, all free of charge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They seem to enjoy what they do! I will definitely re-visit them in the future.

Hubby showed up with nails in the tire and although they told him it be about an hour before getting to him, a team member met him about 5 minutes later.They were very thorough in finding the leak...having to put tire on and take it off a couple of times.Hubby was impressed they didnt immediately try to sell him a tire.They fixed the tire at no charge to him!Discount Tires is our new go to place for any tire place!And lunch is on us!! 🙂

One thousand miles from home, and two tires that threaten my life, they need to be replaced now! I am a long-time very satisfied customer of Discount Tire in DFW, but theyve just opened a new store in Savannah, GA. Im the first customer in the lot on a Monday morning, and TJ Freeman greets me with a smile, I told him of my disaster, twenty minutes later I had two tires replaced, at a competitive price, and Im on the road SAFELY, headed home for Texas. I am a dedicated customer and fan of DT, and this only increases my loyalty and my incentive to tell you to be a customer of DT too!

This afternoon I made a 4:45pm appointment but was running late so I called. They told me as long as Im there by 6pm they can get my tires done. I pulled up around 526pm and Joe comes outside to meet me (he recognized my SUV). He immediately checked the pressure on my tires. I went inside and he got me pulled up on the computer then I paid w/military discount. We had a friendly conversation throughout the check in/check out process. AJ came in to confirm what two tires I purchased. Literally, in less than 30 minutes my SUV was complete. I inspected the tires and was on my way. Wow, in less than 30 minutes total time I was in and out with two new tires. Im highly impressed and will return to purchase my other two tires. AJ & Joe did a great job installing my tires.
