Small store with limited supplies but the staff is friendly staff, they have great discounts and curbside service is the quickest Ive ever experienced (within minutes of checking in on the website). So if its not in the store order it online.

Great store! Seems smaller than other JOANNS Ive been in though. They have good sales right now on everything including Christmas items. The location of this store is kind of hidden but still good.

The store is clean and well stocked. I find the prices high unless you shop their sales. They used to have easily obtainable coupons to help with the prices but not anymore.

Pros - fairly good selection of products, clean and well organized, friendly staff, great couponsCons - misleading signage for sales, incredibly rude managerI worked in retail for over a decade in management and as an hourly and I’ve never come across a manager so blatantly rude and disrespectful to customers. She refused to answer a simple question or to even talk at all (so so strange), instead just assuming I would follow her without her acknowledging that she heard me or even looking at me. I figured this was a one time event until I called the store to ask for a specific product and was told by the very sweet employee I spoke to that “my manager won’t let me hold it for you, she says you’ll have to come in and look for yourself”.Your store and employees might be great but your manager lost my business.

This is a very small store and has limited fabric selection. If youre a quilter this store will appeal to you. Fabric selection for draperies and other home projects is minimal at best.

This is an okay location. Pretty small but you might find what you need. Good customer service is a hit or miss. Line is legit always long which is annoying because they don’t seem to reasonably use their employees. Someone is always going on break even seeing the long line of customers.

One of the few Joanns Ive been to where the staff is nice. They seem genuinely curious about what im making and are usially available around the store for questions. I will say that the availability of certain items is limited right now but that most likely is due to covid rn.

Good source for fabrics at affordable costs, but everyone knows that already. Going to the store is the experience you expect, largely and independent search for products, and the staff generally seems pretty knowledgeable about what tools are used for what. Inside the store you simply look for what you need or want, get it cut, then pay and go. Totally acceptable, and with discounts, a great shopping experience.Online ordering is a total miss though, and thats what this review is about. It took about 5 days to fulfill the order with materials that they have on hand. They seem to not have enough in some of the materials I ordered, so they just cut it to whatever size they have with no regard to the possibility that my project has some minimum lengths, and then they didnt even let me know that my order was short 2 yards in a particular color. A phone call would have been nice prior to cutting the order so I could either refuse, accept or change the order. I see they are limiting the people that can come into the store and ramping up the online ordering and curbside pick-up. Id imagine improvements in the online services are underway, but theyre not there yet.

AVOID DURING THE PANDEMIC! I went the day before the forth of July, a predictably busy day. They had ONE person checking everyone out and customers lined up to the other side of the store. Many of whom had fabric cut out and felt obligated to remain in the line. While this was occurring two employees elbowed their way through the line to clock out saying it wasnt their problem. This made it IMPOSSIBLE to socially distance. They are also not limiting the amount of people in the store. AVOID.

We go here about once a month (mostly for cricut items) and we can always find everything we are looking for. Went in today and the lady who was at the register was very nice. She rang up everything then took her time to go through my app to see which coupons I could apply. I love going here and I will be coming back soon.

Great place for fabric and other hobby

Well this is one of my favorite places cause i like to make jewelry but unfortunately i dont found what i was looking for and it takes me 15 minutes to pay

Placed an order for curb side pick up, waited 2 hours for the email saying my order was ready before I called and asked about it. The woman told me it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow even though their store still had an hour before closing.The people seem unorganized and have no sense of urgency. She claimed there were only 3 people working, but with 3 people, 1 person could have been dedicated to fabric cutting and avoided any timing issues.

Great choices of fabrics and sewing options. Have everything from making clothes, curtains, and cushions, down to making the smallest detailed embellishments for bouquets. I havent been in this store in about 18 years but my latest trip sure was a good one. They often have great sales and they also have coupons as well.

Not a horrible experience because I normally go in and know exactly what I need. But I had a question with my coupons & the pregnant young lady at check out seem a bit agitated with me. When I went in a few weeks later, she didn’t greet me or any other customers. Maybe it’s the hormones. The store is always organized & the staff at the cutting table is always friendly & attentive!

Very long wait at the fabric counter but the employee there made it alright. She was a smiling person, worked quick and thanked us in line for waiting and called for assistance. Assistance hadnt come yet when my fabric was cut, but she looked me in the eye and said she knew that we had waited and that she appreciated it. That was all I needed - someone cared.

Craft store that is always very clean and well stocked. Its located right next to a Marshalls. The employees are very professional and kind. Employees are always open to helping you find things and get ideas for crafting. The store also provides crafting sessions are designated days and times. Such a great store!

I spend too much time and too much money here. Go for the sales and specials and try to wait on anything thats full price if possible. Chances are it will go on sale in a reasonable time frame.

I would like to see it, Im down south in sc working and need home here on water and very safe. Im working through criminal cases and inventing as side work. What does it cost and how much a month and down? Im dealing with a mail problem and identity theft. I just shut down all accounts, me in person until I get all documents in person, too secret, security, my hands and eye only where ever I am working that moment (law, little vi) Im being a banned by parliament it seems, no-one is coming to my rescue. Why do you people keep calling without text or coming to see me in person if you need and and are innocent, pure of heart, righteous for Lord God. This is not how my birthrights work, or how any one can go forward.

I love it that when I need items fast this is my ho to place but the prices are 5 times that of my favorite place.

Attempted to make Cyber Monday purchase, website would not function, called Customer Service, put on hold twice for 20 min plus.Went into my local store the next morning to report the situation, they basically said Tough scrap, well sell it to you for $150.00 more. $499.95 vs $349.95.Left the store, called Customer Service again, after a 35 min hold, got a supervisor who said Too Bad, you missed it. You can buy it at full price.So their website is faulty, they didnt answer the customer service line, the store clerk was useless, the customer service supervisor was unhelpful.My wife spends a fortune in this store because she is an avid quilter. Those days are over.If there were no stars, it would be too many.Bait and Switch, except no switch.

Staff always greets you as you walk in. Theres so much to look at and the shelves are always fully stocked. Even checking out is a breeze. I love this place!

Jo-Anns does the job, but doesnt have nearly as large of a selection as the nearby Michaels and Hobby Lobby. They do offer a 15% student discount. Ive never had a bad experience here per say. The employees have always been friendly. Theres just nothing about this Jo-Anns that would lead me to select it over the other craft stores in the area.

I like this Joanns. Ive been to a few others that I love. The one thing I wish this store had is more Tim Holtz products with good discounts. I would like to come here more often, but the selection isnt the best. I find myself going to Hobby Lobby for all my fabric and paper crafting products. Its all in one spot. But the staff is always very nice, clean store!

This JoAnns store caters more to crafters and quilters than it does to sewers. So it has a very limited range of fabric for sewing. The people are all very nice and professional.
