AlphaGraphics has been my go to for personal and professional printing for years now. Jessica and the staff there are so good to me, always catching items I miss, running a last minute job to save us in the nick of time, or taking our sketches and putting them literally on paper.Recently, they were even able to print everything I needed for my very COVID wedding. They were able to produce invitations, stationary, custom monogram stickers, and everything was perfect.There is truly never been a time when I have given the AlphaGraphics team some crazy idea and they have not been able to produce it better than I could have ever imagined. I cannot give Alphagraphics enough stars! We own 2 businesses and have always had high quality products and amazing service. From designing logos and signs to business cards and pamphlets we have always been extremely happy with the designers, staff, and owner of this awesome local business! During the Covid-19 crisis they have also created a coloring book for local kids that was so beautifully done with colored pencils free of charge to be delivered to local kids in need....amazing compassion and generosity! One Terrible Experience!We needed to have an image printed for a production set. When working in film production there isnt time to waste. However we wasted a lot of time with this company. Who seemed to over complicate the issue of simply printing an image. Why we could not get a simple, yes, we can print your image is beyond me. In addition the sales person was condescending and somewhat rude. While suggesting that the terminology we used to explain the design process was incorrect. As Full-time design professionals I found his comment odd. As established, published designers who represent alumni from the New York School of Visual Arts, Pratt Institute, the San Francisco Art Academy and Pasadena Design Center just to name a few. A print shop worker felt it correct to define for me what design is. Word for other production teams in the area, steer clear of this place! They are not professional and will waste your time. Especially when time is quite precious. I would however highly recommend Savannah Blue Print Company. They are straight forward, professional and on point. I get the impression that they have worked with architects and other professional industries printing detailed schematics versus things like mugs and brochures.

Quite honestly, the best experience with a print partner I have ever had. The first opportunity we presented them was on a very tight turn and included everything from vinyl banners to yard signs to custom flags. There were no less than 50 unique prints needed on a variety of materials and we received nothing but the best customer service from the time we sent the order in until the time we received all the items (which were all flawless and a day early by the way). After that first job, they have earned our business for as long as we have needs for the custom events we produce.

Wouldve given ZERO stars, if were possible!!!Ive been in the graphic design industry for over 25 years. Having interacted with local and national printers, around the country. Never have I ever been soooo insulted by the lack of integrity and the obvious inexperience and incompetency like KC, the sales person at this location. I simply asked for a printed quote for an out door sign, 2 feet by 16 feet. She quoted me a price of $875, the neighboring vendor quoted me $275. What made matters even worse, she refuse to listen to reason, being rude and abrupt, she stated that this was their best price, clearly uneducated and uninformed of the industrys actual cost regarding this item. Please note, Alpha graphic is the same untrusted company, with a new look! Oh Yeah, if you are BLACK, please stay away, as there isnt any compassion for the high melanin type!

Last month, I was in a crunch and AlphaGraphics went above and beyond to help me out.A bit of a backstory:I have had the pleasure of officiating a couple of weddings for family and friends. The first time I did this, I was shuffling around and having to handwrite my notes, and then have my daughter handwrite a copy so that the bride and groom had something that they as a keepsake.This time around, I had typed my speech/notes so that they would be easier to read while standing in front of everyone. I thought that it would be neat to turn these typed notes into a book using the wedding invitation as a cover. Since it was now only a few days before the wedding, I knew that there was no way for me to have something ready in time to bring with me to the wedding, but I could always mail it to the couple afterwards. I had some digital art I needed printed on quality paper. I just got my prints back, they were of terrible color, the edges were crinkled, there were indents on the paper, and even had some bright red/orange ink splotches. I will not go back there again. I regret having paid their terrible prices.
