Quality of Ethan Allens work is phenomenal, top notch, top quality workmanship. I went into their store in Savannah to think about ordering a fabric bed frame, designer, Martine, had clients she was taking care of and I had no problem waiting, as I had not informed her what time I would be stopping by. After she was finished with them she approached me and just as we started to go over fabrics, and wood trim she gives her attention to the other designers clients. Im sorry but do they not have their own designer to work with and is your client not sitting right in front of you! Twice she did this to me and had me wait. If there was going to be a third time I would have walked out. I find that extremely unprofessional, obviously her attention was more centered on the other people who had their designer taking care of them. Next time I WILL speak up!

The sales people were very helpful and kept us informed all along the ordering and delivery process. The furniture arrived in great condition and everything is very well made.

Olivia is a GEM! I was walk-in to the Abercorn store when I met Olivia. She was professional, pleasant, and organized. This was 6 months ago and since then she helped us design a beautiful living space in our new home! The contractors also love what she did with the open floor plan! Even while under construction, she had the vision for the space, and asked the right questions to generate floor plans. She exceeded our expectations and is a true example of the Ethan Allen brand and quality.

My experience with Martine Louis at the Savannah EA location has been wonderful. My mother and I rushed in about 5 minutes before closing on a rainy Saturday evening after stopping at about 7 previous furniture stores that day. We just planned on quickly walking through because we knew it was late but Martine was very welcoming and insisted that we spend as much time as we needed looking around. She was patient and very helpful in distilling what I wanted and she was just pleasant to talk with in general because shes a genuinely nice person. We exchanged info, I sent her some pictures of my living room and a week later I went back to pick up some fabric selections Martine recommended to try out. I now have a beautiful new sofa and chair on the way thanks to her excellent guidance. Ive been in and out of the store a few times now and ALWAYS enjoy chatting with Martine. I look forward to working on additional rooms with her in the future.

Ethan Allen provides exceptional quality furniture and decor. I continue to be a long-standing customer. Their service is superb. I have been working with Olivia Amato for months now acquiring new furniture and items for our new home. Her design expertise and her willingness to go the extra mile for the customer makes for a more pleasant shopping experience. Olivia continues to make design decisions less stressful for me, and it is a pleasure working with her.

Going through a kitchen remodel is not easy and trying to find the perfect table and chairs to go with your wonderful new kitchen is no easy task. However, when I arrived at Ethan Allen in Savannah I was met by Michelle Gordon who listened to me and walked me through their process. I was able to create the perfect table and chairs with gorgeous material. Everything I had imagined in my mind is now in my new kitchen. My husband and I could not be happier with our table and chairs, the quality is beautiful. Michelle was with me every step of the way either follow up via email, text or phone call. We were so happy with their service, we decided to replace our living room sofa and of course worked with Michelle again to purchase the perfect pair. She also worked with me on window treatments. So grateful to Ethan Allen for their quick delivery, great service, wonderful quality and of course a sales person like Michelle who listened and helped me find exactly what I wanted. If you cant find what you want, I recommend Ethan Allen because they will just create it for you.

Olivia was a big help getting living room designed. The furniture Is beautiful and she was here to make sure everything was placed correctly.

I have been working with Mackenzie (Mt Pleasant) on a new living room and have been very pleased with her design service, the fabrics and furniture choices she helped pull together and the comfort and style of the room. The sofas and leather recliners are very comfortable and well made. We are waiting on one piece that had a delay, but we feel that it will be worth the wait. I would definitely use Ethan Allen and Mackenzie when were ready to update more rooms in our home. Pictures to follow when the room is complete.

Looking for a new sofa is a complicated process (at least it is for me). Olivia Amato at the Savannah Ethan Allen store was extremely helpful. She took the time to discuss all of the features of the various sofas and all of the fabric options. I cant wait for my new sofa to arrive!

I have been an Ethan Allen customer for many yearsDuring my prior purchase about one year ago I had a very bad experience with the EA Bluffton SC store. These folks were of no help to me and my problem.One day I happen to again go to this store but met a lovely designer Olivia Amoto. I have to say she was wonderful but actually works in their Savannah GA store. My one piece of furniture that I ordered through Olivia arrived with no issues. I then decided to purchase an area rug through Olivia here again EA wanted to just ship the rug to me via UPS which was not acceptable. Olivia got on their case and was able to get me their white gloves delivery. Thanks to Olivia I am again back with Ethan Allen

Upon my first visit to the Ethan Allen design center in Savanna I was greeted by Martine. Although i was just browsing Martines assistance was greatly appreciated.I want to acknowledge the outstanding quality of the Ethan Allen consultants...Martine provided several at home visits, color and fabric recommendation, symmetry in design and placement of furniture. It was exciting coordinating accessories and choosing furniture to create a new modern fresh look.I am excited to continue working with Martine in the future. Ethan Allen is fortunate to have such an outstanding design consultant.

Kaitlyn was the designer that helped us and she is amazing. We had a challenging space and a budget and she found the perfect peices for us. We absolutely love it. We have plans to utilize her expertise for our next room upgrade. Highly re ccomend.

The quality and design excellence of Ethan Allen furniture is well known, so that goes without saying. We were fortunate enough to work with Kaitlyn Koehn at the Ethan Allen store in Savannah. She is such a creative person and listened to our likes and dislikes. Ms. Koehn visited our home, made wonderful sketches, and developed a plan for our space. This wasnt buying furniture. She advised us in truly designing OUR space. She saw things we didnt see until she pointed them out to us. She had great ideas that would never have occurred to us. Thanks to Kaitlyn Koehn, we now have a comfortable, beautiful space that we enjoy every day. I cant praise her and the Ethan Allen products enough.

My husband and I downsized from a Victorian and living on 3 floors to a one story 2 bedroom townhome just shy of 1000sf. It was a bit of a culture shock. The antiques and large pieces of furniture we’d lived with previously just would not work in our new home. I gave nearly all of it away, contacted an Ethan Allen’s designer here in Savannah and we began the process. The furniture I purchased ( sectional sofa with several custom pillows, swivel rocker, large ottoman and armoire) are beautiful custom pieces; I couldn’t be happier with the quality and that was what I was after: beautiful, good quality furniture. I got that and my designer was instrumental in helping me put together my style in my living room and den. I could not have done this without Sarah. All of this was ordered in August and was in my home by October, a reasonable time period for custom made furniture. However, I couldn’t give that 5th star because of extensive issues with the soft goods. Draperies were ordered in September or October and were not finally installed until mid February after the wrong size had been delivered for the den and the wrong draperies for the living room had come too, and when the plantation shutters came in, they were not the style I ordered as well and had to be reordered. We were pretty frustrated since we’d hoped to have installation by Thanksgiving when our house would be full of company, but the holidays came and went and no window treatments appeared. Our designer, however, kept us informed along the way, although for the most part much of the soft good issues were beyond her control. That said, it is the end of February and the drapes are up, the shutters are perfect, and the space sings to me, but I cannot recommend purchasing drapes and shutters from Ethan Allen unless you don’t mind paying high end prices (for beautiful stuff) with questionable delivery. Furniture and design service? Absolutely! Window treatments? Although the quality is A+, the delivery system does not match it.
