The customer service was excellent and they repaired my bike the same day I dropped it off.

Will not service a Giant bike under warranty if you did not purchase it there. This was after Giant USA told me to go to the nearest Giant dealer. I had tried to purchase the same bike from this ship only to hear yeah we dont have anything like that. So when I went in for a warranty issue I was told Sorry...cannot help you out, twice on two separate issues. Luckily the bike shop downtown is helping me out, albeit I am going to have to pay for it possibly. They also prioritize their customers over all others who come into the shop for repairs. None of this first in, first out kind of service order. As I was leaving with my bike, they said let us know if there is something else we can help you out with....yeah no thanks. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

This is a great bike shop located off of Montgomery Xroads. We take all of our bikes here for service. Their repair prices are affordable and their ability to fix almost anything makes them our preferred bike shop.They offer sales and service. Typically they turn things around in 3-5 days depending on the repair.

Terrible customer service. As I waited outside to receive service in the heat, only two people were working. Once it was my turn, the red headed kid asked me what I needed and after I told him what I was looking for, he simply said, “Sorry, I can’t help you.” Then he just looked at me, offered no other explanation. I left flustered, but said nothing, then called the owner or manager. Got Mike. He was better, gave me something more to work with, but ultimately defended the kid. The kid never gave a reason. He lied to his boss. I was not believed. I guess if you’re tall and over thirty, you won’t be helped.

We just purchased two bikes from Quality Bike Shop to give us something to do during the quarantine, and we could not be any happier! All of the people at the shop went above and beyond to make sure the bikes were exactly what we were looking for and that all of our questions were answered. They are incredibly nice, genuine, and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone thinking about getting bikes or accessories!

I purchased 3 bikes from Quality and about to get a 4th for mountain biking. I needed carrier racks installed on all my bikes for my 8 month old son and they just went ahead and installed everything- the front basket for my wifes bike, water bottle holders, my Yakima bike hauler for my truck...all of the little stuff adds up. I was in there for several hours buying multi tools to service the bikes, shorts, a rear chair and helmet for my son to ride with me. I received help the entire time by Wayne and staff. There was a persistent noise from one of my front brakes that swapping pads didnt fix but they figured it out and now its fine. They also offer tune ups n tweaks for life for ppl that buy from them. All of that stuff adds up. You WILL need help tweaking your new mountain bike, or adjusting an XYZ on your city cruiser...buy local from a local biz and you will get awesome service, prices and tech advice from these guys. Couldnt be happier.

We had multiple issues with our bikes after driving from Maine to Georgia on salt-covered winter roads. We’re so glad we chose Quality Bike Shop to troubleshoot our issues. It turned out we had to buy a bike, and got a good deal on a bike my husband likes much better than his old one. My deraileur had to be replaced, and the bike now works like new. From start to finish the staff worked with us, our timeline and our needs. We highly recommend this bike shop!

This shop and all of its team members are amazing. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. I have not ridden a bike since I was 12. I am 28 now. Current circumstances in my life require me to utilize a bike for my everyday transportation. I am also very broke. Quality happily tuned up my bike for lower cost than other shops and took the time to describe many of the features on my bike. Monday of this week, 7/3, I woke up to a flat tire. I took the bike up to quality and they repaired my bike same day. I will most definitely use this shop for all of my biking needs.

Ive been needing a new bike for a while now. I went in to Quality Bike because of the high rated Google Reviews. I walked in only to look at a few bikes and start my information search about what kind of bike I wanted. While I was looking at bikes, Alex who worked there greeted me and asked me what kind of bike I was looking for. He had a LOT of great information about both the bikes and the bike brands, and that really helped me understand what kind of bike and brand I wanted. He was so helpful that I decided to buy the bike that day! I also bought a bike rack, which he and one of the owners of the shop installed on my car. Owner Mike Maynor & his crew are great! They’re always eager to help with whatever your biking needs are. They don’t sell junk, if they don’t have it, it’s because they’ve already tried it out, found it didn’t work well & didn’t keep it around. I’ve bought 3 bikes from Mike, and bring all of my other bikes in there for service too. If something’s wrong, they’ll make it right.
