Dont go there with your boat!!!!!! Got a service there for our old Johnson motor and had the impeller replaced and everything went down hill from there. Long story short, they put the wrong impeller on and almost blew up our engine. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR INVESTMENT. They are not honest, lazy and corrupt!!!

He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we asked for and more. From meeting us after business hours for a test ride to taking care of all of our requests. I strongly recommend this boat dealer for both new and used boats! Very happy with our purchase.

I have not purchased a boat yet but Rick has been very helpful. I first met him at the boat show first part of March. Explained to him with my growing family that we need to upgrade from our Carolina Skiff to something more family fun oriented. We have exchanged emails and phone calls. I am going in to today to look at the boat we have been talking about. I havent felt that he is a sleazy salesman and has made me feel very comfortable. And I feel that I should state that I am a woman, and so far I havent felt taken advantage of. I will update my review if I purchase the boat.update on 4/8/13I have had a great experience. I purchased the boat, got what a feel is a great deal. I didnt feel like Rick was a sleazey salesman. I felt he was an honest, upfront person. I am very excited to be picking up my boat.When I mentioned to him about previous bad reviews, he told me his side of this stories and I must say, I side with them. If you dont actually put a deposit down, you dont have a hold on the boat you are interested in.I highly recommend using Coastal Boating Center.

I went here with someone purchasing a boat. No where for people to sit of your not signing the paper work. People seem nice the deal with.

Great dealer pre-sale and during purchase. Absolutely AWFUL afterwards. I was promised a new table to replace the chipped table on my new boat - never received. I ordered a full cover - never received. Fortunately, I didnt have to pay up front for the cover. Early on I called several times (office, salesman and service). Left messages and/or texts - no responses. Im having my boat serviced at another dealer now and come to find out Coastal Boating Center didnt have the courtesy to warranty register my brand new boat. Now Ill need to figure it out so my service can be (hopefully) covered. Coastal Boating Center is all about the sale, but doesnt seem to care afterwards.

Terrible customer service. Never answers phone. Never calls back. Bought new Robalo 206 Cayman with Yamaha 150. They never registered the outboard with Yamaha USA. So there is no warranty on my motor. Lawyer up.

Dropped my boat off for service. Mechanic very knowledgeable, answered several questions that make me feel comfortable leaving my boat there!!

Two years ago I bought a brand new 2016 Keywest FS203 from Coastal Boating Center because they had the best price in town. My experience after purchasing the boat has been awful. Any warranty maintenance Ive had then do is meet with long lead times and awful customer service. They do not answer the phone and will not call you back when you leave a message.This time I brought in the boat after calling them because the digital fuel gauge does not work at all. I was told it would take them 2-3 days to look at the boat and repair the problem. After 2 weeks went by with no call I stopped in and the owner informed me 2-3 days was just an estimate. No biggie i know this is the busy season, so I wait. Now the boat has been sitting in there lot untouched for over a month and tomorrow I am picking it up still not fixed.I notified Keywest directly to inform them of the complete lack of professionalism and customer service at Coastal Boating Center, they apologized and informed me to take my boat to Butler Marine in Beaufort SC.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COASTAL BOATING CENTER!!!!

Beautiful view great place to check out the boats

My father has dementia and now lives in a nursing home. Prior to entering the nursing home, he went alone to this boat lot to dream about owning a boat - an activity he loved during his younger (pre-dementia) days. While there, the owner of this lot conned my Dad into giving him $500 to repair a boat on the lot. When my family realized what happened we contacted the owner on three separate occasions in hopes of recovering the $500. The owner refused to return the money. I cant think of a lower form of human. I do not recommend doing business with this dirtbag.

Went looking at boats after looking went inside and talked to the guy that sits in the desk on the right entering the door talked for a second told me he would be outside in a few minutes walked around looking and others walked in and he went out with them needless to say he never helped me

My husband and I purchased a new Sea Fox boat last month from this dealer. The price was the best we found on this paticular model with the equipment we wanted. We went to a Sea Hunt dealer first, and the salesman was very disinterested in showing us the models we had researched, and then blithely told us if you like the seafox, then you should just go buy it. I dont want to try to compete with a dealer who has No OVERHEAD. I thought that was rude and inappropriate at best. So, we went to Coastal Boating Center and was helped by a nice and knowledgeable salesman named Robert. Very professional and got us the boat we wanted at the price we needed. Highly recommend them!

Had a hydrolic steering system put in. Turned out nice. Price was fair.
