Major Rip Off!I brought in 3 bags for repair. The first bag simply needed the straps to be reinforced with new stitching. The owner wanted $48 just to stitch it. I asked him to add a new strap to another purse and he wanted another $48 just to add the strap. I also had my daughters backpack which had a small 2 inch rip in the bottom seam that needed stitched up. He said that would be $20 to stitch, which I thought was a fair price, but when I asked him to go ahead and repair the backpack, he laughed at me and said he would only repair the backpack for $20 if I paid him $96 to stitch my other 2 bags.

I brought in a new pair of leather-soled shoes for rubber sole protectors. The work was completed within two business days and they charged $45, which is not a bad investment for a quality pair of shoes. The finishing around the edges is clean and precise. No complaints!
Great service! Very quick and knowledgeable! Had a belt that was too big and needed more holes in it.. I was in and out in 5 minutes and it was very reasonably priced!
I have these laceup spiked boots with false zippers on the side. I wanted him to turn the zippers into working zippers so i dont have to use my laces anymore. He only fixed one zipper where where it came apart i also asked him to clean the shoes so they look good. But he didnt do what i wanted.
Excellent service. Reheeled my wife’s pump twice, second time free because it popped off a few wears later. Highly recommend this gentleman for his quality work and commitment to our satisfaction!
The owner is very gracious and welcoming. He put new soles on my work boots in 3 days, exactly when he said theyd be ready. I highly recommend this shop!
Great service as always!Pros: Max is a great family guy and will work with you to get what you want. I have always went back to him for any repair work.Cons: Store is in the corner of the plaza, kind of hard to find the first time.
I have taken three different pairs of boots in to be repaired, and I have been pleased with the results each time. They were fixed according to my specifications and in a timely manner, and his workmanship is excellent.
I stopped in to see if they could fix a watch strap that another shoe repair shop butchered. The owner offered to fix it on the spot if I was willing to wait a few minutes. I was out the door in 10 minutes with the repair completed!
Very nice and kind owner and professional service!
Very polite customer service. Quick turnaround for service provided. Support your local business!
Would not recommend for service reasons whatsoever. The heel of my husbands dress shoe had almost totally come off. Of course he waited until the last minute and the week of a wedding we were attending, so he dropped the shoes off and agreed to pay $20 (outrageous) to have the heel glued/stapled back on. The shoes were in good shape otherwise. When he picked them up, he saw that a whole seam of the shoe was cleanly ripped along stitching. Since he knew this happened at the repair shop, he thought for sure the owner would apologize and repair it. Instead, he got very defensive and argumentative and said that it would cost my husband another $20. Seeing that my husband was quite angry at this point, and had just spent $20 to repair not terribly expensive shoes, he left and will have to be purchasing a new pair of dress shoes now. We will not be back and could not believe the owner did not fess up to the shops mistake
The owner was so nice to fix my shoe on the day I took it in! Great service
Repaired my Gun holster for me. Did a Great Job!
He does good work--just have to pay In advance for repairs
Way over priced, wanted $75.00 to repair shoes. Compared to $25.00 in Statesboro
When to have a handbag, dyed. it was supposed to take 5 days, just got it after 1 month and the work is terrible, the color is not even and the leather is not flexible like he put a lot of spray paint on it. DONT GO THERE
A friend recommended me this place for shoe repairs and they were very friendly and easy to work with. Not to mention the level of repair work, will be returning in the near future
I brought in a pair of new high heels that needed a rubber tip on the end of heel. When I picked up my shoe they nicked the silver leather heel, which has ruined the shoes appearance. I really find it hard to believe that this man is actually a craftsman in this field. Dont trust your shoes with this supposed shoe repair service.
Always trust my repairs of my heals and scuffs on boots with these guys. Max rocks!
I wore the rubber tip off the heel of my favorite ankle boots. He fixed my shoes while I waited!!!!
Very good Service
I always take my heals here when needing repair.
