From the beginning things were just wrong. The delivery driver gave us a free package if bottled water for our first delivery only to find out he charged us for it, now delivery shies up if they feel like it. If not water bottles just sit outside and we have to go purchase water.

Do NOT sign up for new services from these people! They will take your new customer call and new customer money but once you get your initial service (you can assume that will be late and/or rescheduled from your original appointment time) you may never see or hear from them again! They are a week late with our delivery and have repeatedly blown off our rescheduled deliveries! The average hold time is upwards of 30min just to be given more false promises of service/delivery. I understand that there are a lot of issues everywhere with businesses being understaffed but don’t promise performance you can’t give! Don’t accept new customers when you can’t keep up with your current customer base or at the very least make your customers aware of the situation and maybe offer a solution! A, “hey, we are only able to schedule services once a month let us help you plan accordingly” or something! Anything!

Not a great way to start business!! My first set up date was 1/28 it the. Changed to 1/29 called customer service and they said the route manager would call me and NOTHING!! Of course this was a Friday so had to go all weekend but my date changed to 2/1. Well 2/1 comes and I noticed the date changed AGAIN!! I call customer service again say the manager will contact me but she will put in that they need to deliver today! We will see still waiting but how is someone supposed to have someone home for delivery when they can’t even give you a date they will be there! Get it together as a manager myself I hope the company can see this route manager obviously isn’t doing their job! Customer service goes a long way even if you just call!!

I very seldom write poor reviews but after dealing with this company lately I just had to. I’ve been with their company several years and until the last year and a half I had no problems. I order water as I need it and not a set schedule since I live alone. I usually order 4-5 bottles at a time and when I get to the last bottle I put in my next order. Last week Monday I ordered 5 bottles of water. The lady told me they would be delivered on the 3rd of May. The day comes and late afternoon and no water. I call them, they have me on hold for more than 30 minutes. While I’m waiting on hold I go onto water.com and look at my account and it says the delivery is going to be delivered on May 6th. So I hang up and decide to wait until the 6th even though they told me the 3rd. Today, the 6th comes so early this morning I call to confirm that the water is coming today. She assures me that it will be there today before 5pm. I also went on water.com and under my account it said “were on the way”. 6:30 pm, no water. I call them (on hold again for an extremely long time) and the lady says she doesn’t know why it wasn’t delivered but she’ll leave a message for the district manager(?) and try to get it delivered tomorrow (May 7th), as soon as i hung up with her I went onto water.com to look at my future deliveries and even though she told me the 7th, she put in the next delivery scheduled for the 10th. 4 days from now. I called back, got a different person, went through the whole story again. She told me that she sent an email to the district manager and when she hears back from them she’ll call me back. It’s after 8pm and still no call. I did let her know that if the water isn’t delivered by tomorrow I’ll go get my water from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Crystal Springs is convenient but it’s not worth this aggravation. This isn’t the 1st time that this has happened to me where deliveries don’t get delivered when they say from this company. Hold times on the phone are way too long also. The first time I called last week when I ordered the water, I was on hold for 55 minutes.

I have been waiting for my delivery for over a week. Every evening the site would update that delivery would happen the next day. The next day came and went and the water never arrived. When I called they said it was due to the water selected is no longer in stock, when I changed it, still nothing. When I called again they tried reaching the branch manager and no answer. Most of the reps I’ve had are very nice and great customer service, but with delivery being an issue it’s not worth it. Seems like the branch manager can care less about the customers.

Worst experience ever!!! Website showed delivery setup successful but never received water. Then called in for delivery and the day they confirmed 3 times including day of delivery they were a no show. Asked for supervisor and waited 20 minutes on hold and still waiting for a call back. Does not fullfil orders or seem to care about customers.

I called Crystal Springs because I was having major issues with another company. Apparently it is impossible to find a water delivery company. I have spent countless hours trying to get answers from this company. The Branch Manager has NEVER called me despite my countless requests. Deliveries dont happen as stated. They get rescheduled with no notice. In 2 months, the delivery truck broke down twice. The driver is stoned and has no clue what to do. I have wasted the last 3 months on this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have had several water delivery companies and this is the worst. Set up for 2 week deliveries and they keep changing it to q month. I call and the service rep says I will have delivery manager call you and no call. This week no delivery by noon I called and once again it was q month. Asked to have it delivered Monday. Called and checked not on schedule for Monday. Poor poor customer service. If I could give 1/4 of a star I would.

The water itself is great but the delivery process is terrible. We had the same delivery person for about 10 years and when he left there has been nothing but chaos. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Great service, decent pricing and quality products! The only thing that could be better is if they cleaned the rental dispenser from time to time, other than that.....no problems whatsoever!!

My company decided to use Crystal Springs for our office. We were scheduled for delivery on 9/18 and no delivery. I called customer service and was told they changed our date for 9/19. However, we were not notified of the cancellation or reschedule. I was told that they didnt have any water available; and that they were waiting on a truck to come in. Then 9/19 comes and again no delivery. I called customer service back and was told they changed our date AGAIN for 9/20. Today no delivery! I emailed the sales rep Kamilah Rucker and she didnt respond. I call back to Crystal Springs and the service rep said she would have the regional manager to call me and no call. Poor poor customer service, communication and followup. If I could give 1/4 of a star I would.

Never delivered, just kept rescheduling. I wanted water, I ordered it but they never called, never emailed, never came. I called several times only to be assured they would be there, but each day came and went. Went I called to find out why, they did not know why but the delivery guy rescheduled it without ever contacting me. looking for another option now. Their loss as I drink a lot of water.
