My wife and I went into the store to purchase LVP and the salesperson was very helpful as we tried to pick out a design and color. We was originally told that the product we chose had padding attached and we would not need anything else. Once the product was delivered we discovered that it did not have padding as told. The store offered us rolls of padding at cost because they made the mistake, so we purchased what they said we needed for our application. After installation we found the product (LVP) to be both defective and the padding was wrong for the product. I informed the sales teams and my wife and I tried to work with the store to resolve the issue. After 4 weeks of calls and emails we found that both the manufacturer would not stand behind the product nor would ProSource. In the end I was told that no matter what there was NO returns and if we wanted a resolution I would need to try to work with the manufacturer and I was on my own. I do not feel that this is proper customer service or support. If you purchase from this store make sure that you understand that they have a strict no return policy even if you have extra materials or their are issues with the product on delivery.This is an example...the owner stated that they would be reaching out shortly, and it been over 3 weeks with no word on trying to help resolve our issue. I have lost a lot of money and time that I can not afford.

My final review will be a function of how well you resolve a problem that you are responsible for. We went to Pro Source to purchase laminate flooring for a remodeling project. We advised the sales rep in no uncertain terms that we wanted a product which came with stair treads. At the show room we said we did not want to look at anything that did not have stair treads. We did find a product that we liked which met our requirements. At delivery, we were told that this style did not come with stair treads. However, we were told that it came with a nose piece which would match the color and pattern perfectly. On the basis of this representation my general contractor accepted it. However, when the material was delivered the nose didn’t even come close to matching the flooring boards. We now have material which is unusable. After Pro Source misrepresented us twice they now want to put this on my general contractor and not take any responsibility. This is an example of customer service at its worst. That said, they can turn this around and offer the best of customer service if they make good on correcting their misrepresentations. We will see. Lastly I will say it would be nice if the rep at at Savannah store who sold me this bill of good does the right thing and return my call. Again, not too late for redemption but we will see. Stay tuned. I will update me on the outcome

Great showroom and very knowledgeable service for both our kitchen backsplash and tile for our porch. Both were installed by Salomon Lopez who was prompt and efficient. The finished product looks great. We would highly recommend both Pro Source and Salomon Lopez.
