I originally reached out to order a tablecloth banner for an event that I had coming up in a few weeks. By the time I got a response back, they told me they could not make the tablecloth banner in time for the event and instead suggested a tablecloth runner that they could have done in time. I was told the product would be complete and available for pick up prior to the event and that I would receive a confirmation when it was available for pick up. I never received any confirmation either by phone or email and therefore never received the product for my event. I tried calling to speak to someone about my product and both there operations manager and customer service representative were extremely rude and condescending. I asked for a refund and was denied. I just picked up my product and the guy seemed busy but was also rude. The product is poor quality and the logo is blurry.

Just letting people know that the location can be hard to find off Google. However, I can say for a fact that Creative Approach is a thousand times more friendly and student oriented than FedEx, USPS, or Staples for that matter. They are so eager to help you here and even offer a service for your logo and a cutting area so you dont have to go somewhere else.I wont be going anywhere else again.

My granddaughter (age 7) & I co-authored a Chapter Book over the past 2 yrs. and her other grandfather did illustrations for the book. I spent hrs. trying to find a publisher and finally locked onto Creative Approach. The Project Manager, Molly, was very encouraging and helpful. But the bulk of the credit to Creative Approach goes to the designer assigned to help us, Jay Piper. His input and ideas were right on and his design work was outstanding. I cant thank Molly and Jay enough for their professionalism and their ability, and especially for their prompt attention to our project so it could be completed in time for my granddaughters birthday.

The staff is nice, but not knowledgeable, and not very talented. Ive run into issues here on several occasions because they would print on the wrong paper or in the wrong size. Once I got an alignment issue and asked them why that was, as it was perfect in the document, and the girl just shrugged and went off to help someone else. Other than that it seems fine, the prices are fair for a print shop, and the facility is clean. I really like that they have computers that you can use to set everything up instead of just handing over a flash drive.Update: Well any respect I had for this place is now totally gone after my most recent experience. Not only was the place totally packed to the point where I was waiting around for probably an hour before getting a station, but once there, I had nothing but issues. The print paper was wrong twice, then the ink bled and looked abysmal, then the images werent aligned front to back. When I asked to have it fixed the employee said Well, printers dont work like that, it can never be perfect. Which is, of course, a complete lie to my face meant to get someone out with nothing in their wallet and nothing to show for it. On top of that, I used their paper cutter and it was so pull it tore my prints to shreds on the end. This place is abysmal, try Fedex or Staples.

LOVE how quick this shop is at getting any job done...Ive needed anything from scans to brochures and business cards, and everything theyve either turned in 24 or 48 hours. SOOOO super fast. Beautiful shop, friendly staff, and affordable prices & quality prints, too! Since having found Creative Approach after trying a couple other shops a few years ago, I havent ever gone anywhere else in Savannah. HIGHLY recommend.

Ive always had good experiences with printing resumes, etc at Creative Approach. For fast jobs, theyre great! However, I just went to get a 75 page perfect bound book printed. They were nice and helpful! But, only when they werent busy. Unfortunately... It was an hour and a half before we were even helped. But, once we were helped, we finished printing in 30 minutes. Very smooth process once it was started! However, the hour and a half wait was just too long, and they didnt even warn us it was going to be that long. If I had just known it was going to be that long, I could have walked to a nearby restaurant to grab lunch while I waited!

Creative approach does such a great job! They are always quick and efficient. Nothing is better than shopping local and they do such a great job I dont know why you would go anywhere else.

The first time I went in to Creative Approach I had several questions to make sure I understood what I needed to do, but unfortunately the two employees working didnt seem to know the answers or want to help and directed me to contact someone else.I emailed the contact they gave me but I think there was still miscommunication and due to my work hours and their hours of operation, coming in wasnt always an option.Decided to make one more try and a wonderful young woman not only understood exactly what I needed, she helped walk me through it on the computer and printing was done in under 15mins! She absolutely saved my experience here, and I feel terrible I did not catch her name at the time.

Fast turnaround and great customer service! I also appreciate the extended hours so I can pick up projects early or late!

This place can be a bit pricy. Plus, you can only print business cards on weekdays before 5pm. To my knowledge this is not listed online but I could be wrong. The staff here are helpful and know what they are talking about.

Ive mostly had good experiences here but every once and a while they really miss the mark. I printed some art earlier and only realized when I got home that they were printed incorrectly. I went back to reprint them, explained what happened, but was charged again. Did not appreciate being made to pay twice for an employees error.

At first it looked like an internet cafe and it took a while to get customer service. However, you do not know how great it feels to have people who understand design and PDF/adobe programs. Employees actually know what they are doing.As a graphic design student, I had an awesome experience printing a large project and I look forward to getting future projects output here!Oh, and the prices are really good too.
