Horrible customer service, nothing but rude comments and sass. When I asked why an item couldn’t be ordered, her response was “if you wanna pop off go talk to someone else”. I just wanted a foundation in my shade.

Understocked. Out of 7 items I needed I only got 3. The lady there is unprofessional, has a bad attitude and doesn’t know her job. She has no patience at all with anyone who passes by to make an enquiry. Her make up is horrible too, not like anyone who works at a MAC store who usually have very nice make up on them. First time to have a horrible experience at a MAC store

I went to MAC for a simple lip and some eye liner, seems weird but I’ve never worn makeup in my life! Not even on my wedding day! I wanted to try lipstick because it was my husbands birthday and I just wanted to do something different. Latoya (I hope that’s how you spell it), gave me my entire life!!!! She was so sweet and so patient, even when I was trying to fight her about the mere mention of touching my eyebrows; she gave me a full face in 15 minutes! My husband absolutely loved it! It wasn’t too overwhelming, it was just enough and I can’t thank her enough! I felt so beautiful last night!

Ive always received great service here. Im currently eight months pregnant, and Nicole went above and beyond to find the right products to make me feel less like a sweaty manatee and more like a human. Im very thankful for her help!

Samson has done my make up many times and always leaves me in awe with the final results. Never have I met an artist that utilizes their canvas in the same ways as him. If youre interested in creative makeup looks, look no further. Samson is guaranteed to make you go Oh wow when you see the final result. On top of their skill as an artist, their attitude and bed side manner is on point, and theyve helped me to feel supremely comfortable every time Ive asked them to do my makeup.

The experience I received at this MAC counter was by far one of the greatest. It was my birthday and I wanted to try a more daring look wth my eyes. Steven did an amazing job with my entire make up look, which made me feel sexy and beautiful for my special day. Anytime Im back in Savannah Ill be sure to visit this location. I love Samson. He is very professional makeup artist and loves what he does. He explained to me how to apply my makeup, for the shape of my eyes. He also taught me some tips about how to use MAC products in a different way : eye shadow use it on my checks and lips.

Service at the MAC downtown is so so much better. Was not pleased at all with their customer service. Very mediocre. Will not be back. I will drive the extra distance to the MAC downtown receive great customer service.

My visit was okay, they was nice, I just didn’t like how they charge you for doing your makeup, instead of letting you purchase the makeup for a set price....

They never seem to have any makeup. You are better off ordering online.

Right in the middle of helping me the sales girl walked away to help someone else with concealer. I waited for about 5 min too long for her to return. I obviously had already requested 5 items and wanted a few more. I was so frustrated with the lack of professionalism that I walked away. I ended up in the middle of the mall on a comfy couch got out my phone and placed my order online. I spent 185.00 in product, a sale she lost. I dont know if Ill return for a sale at the counter but Ill be back to check out whats new and order online again.

If I could rate it lower I would. I called the store on November 9th to schedule an appointment for December 2 .2017. I spoke with a male and female representative. The rep assured me that they scheduled me for December 2 at 2pm. It turns out they lied and If I had shown up with out confirming I would have been out of luck for the ball Im scheduled to attend on Saturday. By the grace of God, I was able to book an appointment at the Broughton Street Mac location. Claudia was very nice and accommodating. The customer service at the Belk location is substandard and they keep you waiting for minutes before they acknowledge your presence. Spend your hard earned money where you will be treated with respect. I plan to add a picture after my session with the broad street team. This shot is from a make-up artist in Atalanta.

Went and there was only one rep working. All I needed was some lipstick she finished with the person in front of me then bluntly ignored me and began on doing a full face. She asked did I need help I said yes, she said oh well is it anything I can help with from over here I said no then replied oh well, itll be a while till I am done with this. Like are you serious? She couldve have helped me with a simple thing before starting that project. They are rude! One time 4 of them were having a full blown conversation in my face and ignored me while one was looking at lipsticks all in my way so I couldnt even look. The worst customer service. Hopefully the one they are opening on broughton st downtown will be better but I highly doubt it.

I literally waited around an hour to be taken care of...I had to ask for help and still felt invisible after 10 minutes. One of the sales girl walked right past me like if she ddnt have any clients waiting.
