I have been going to Kelli for years, and she is absolutely fantastic! I was not blessed with great hair, but every time I sit in Kellis chair, I know Im going to leave looking and feeling amazing. Kelli has a true gift, and her passion and attention to detail is obvious from the superb quality of her work. On top of that, she is such a sweet and fun person! She makes getting my hair done a pleasure.And I would be remiss if I did not also give a shout out to Anthony. He is as talented as he is funny, which if you have met Anthony, you know is saying quite a lot.Ulta is lucky to have you both!

I was visiting from out of town and needed some new foundation. Although the brand that I normally wear was not available, an angel named Elise convinced me to finally try a new brand and also committed to doing my make up for an event the following day. She was professional and informative regarding the products she used and made sure that I was pleased with the outcome! I was very impressed and purchased many of the products she used.

Everyone was amazing. Multiple staff members asked if I needed help. Brittney H did my hair. Shes amazing. She was friendly knowledgeable and my hair looks and feels fantastic. Im so glad I made my appointment there. I will definitely be back.

I can not express how grateful I am for Courtney at Ulta beauty. I went to a salon downtown and had my hair ruined. It wasn’t what I wanted an they showed me animosity and gave me a memorable experience in all the wrong ways.I went into Ulta where I ugly face sobbed and begged the hair gods for mercy. Courtney got me in the next day and color corrected my botched hair. She was patient, kind, supportive and made me feel safe and understood.The entire salon rallied around as she worked to fix an extreme purple/red hair mistake.She not only saved my hair by creating a beautiful master piece but made me feel extremely confident and heard during the entire process. I can not thank her enough for the kindness and her talent that saved my hair. It wasn’t a problem she created but she fixed it with class and skill. I can’t emphasis how amazing she had made me feel.The hair dressers are Ulta beauty are highly skilled professionals who care about you and how you feel. Courtney is an angel.

I went to the hair salon, Brittany is amazing! Got a cut and a deep conditioning, everything was super clean and she was good convo too! The store overall was clean and the girls at the front were really nice. Good overall experience.

Anthony was the best. Ive been visiting Savannah since February, and needed a haircut badly. He did a great job, and recommended some products to use on my heat damaged hair. Hes awesome ... I highly recommend him.

ULTA wasnt to bad. Any time I can take the old lady somewhere and watch her smile then thats good for me. They also had guy products in there too like cologne and hair care products. Didnt realize war paint cost so much, Im just glad I get to be the referee.

What an experience!!!! I wish I had more stars to rate. The first party ever at Ulta my daughter turn 14 and we decided to give Ulta a try. we was going to sephora in the mall but went there previously they had limited services and they were good. my mom and i went to ulta before making the final decision so we met the Fabulous General Manager Jen coming through the door no appointment did not know she was the General manager we just needed help. Start to finish Ms. Jen and all her staff was amazing they was more excited than we was. it was a surprise party for my oldest daughter she had no clue. Ms. Jen took alot of stress off by decorating the party came in on her day off allowing me to drop off decorations that week. Finally the day has come we took over the whole store Ms. Jenn decorated it was sooo pretty the staff was amazing with the girls. The other staff members was wanting to come join too with some of the customers. They empowered the girls and guys that they are beautiful build their confidence and made them feel like Royalty all in one. we ate and we tried to feed the whole staff because they were amazing. All staff had patience and they was magical. My daughter and her friends wanting to do it again. I had the total of 18 kids. They planned something for everyone no one was left out. My new family and friends at Ulta on Abercon. Clean store Awesome service just magical and amazing!!!! Corporate should be proud and they all need a raise!

Due to the pandemic we are unable to test and swatch products in order to perfectly match to your skin tone. It was my first time buying a high-end foundation and I was super nervous about my purchase. After I checked out the manager Danielle allowed me to apply a little to my face to see how I liked it in store so I wouldn’t have to make the 30 minute drive back to return the item. She literally allowed me to return 3 or 4 different foundations back to back just so I would be happy with my purchase. The staff at this location are always usually helpful but yesterday Danielle was my angel. She maintained the safety guidelines while still ensuring my satisfaction with my purchase. She is really the best person I’ve ever worked with at Ulta.

This Ulta Beauty is a clean cut salon/ beauty store, conveniently located right off Abercorn Street. They seem to stay well stocked in practical products of the very best value. Everything about this shop is amazing.. Except the staff.I hate leaving a bad review but I always feel compelled to be honest, so I will be..The snobby Ulta store associates constantly display poor customer service as they gossip in groups by checkout. Its very distasteful so thankfully their products are amazing enough to keep me coming back.

Very helpful staff

Walked around the store about 15 minutes until someone finally asked me if I wanted help. 4 employees gathered talking in front of one display and I passed them 3 times. I was finally asked by a 5th employee. Employee was bothered that they had to offer. Very rude and short. Did not describe product or why I should buy it just said this one is good. I come to experts to get the reasons to buy a product. Left with a bad taste in my mouth and will probably just order from Amazon next time and save my self the insult. My two 20 something daughters shop often and Ulta but for this type of assistance we can just google for information about products.

I felt like their inventory was really low in comparison to the last time I was in there. Their waiting line to check out was very confusing and you couldnt tell who was next. I know they were attempting to follow COVID guidelines but most retailers have it much more organized!

This store was awesome when they first opened, now not so much. Evidently the associates think that the plastic screens up to protect them from covid block customers from hearing them make fun of them - spoiler, they dont. I was in the aisles near checkout is why I heard. They all just stand in a little group behind the counter and say nasty things about the people who walk in. Not like its the first time Ive seen that happen there either, I think the plastic screens and masks just make them bolder. Im so glad theres a sephora in town!

This is the best Ulta I’ve ever been too. I’ve been to Ulta’s in several different states but this is by far the best one. There is such a huge assortment of products from all over the world and the staff is incredibly friendly and extremely useful. They know so much about their product. I would highly recommend this Ulta over any other one.

I came here to get my hair done before going to a wedding since I live out of town, and I absolutely loved the experience! Anthony was a blast to work with and made the experience even better. I cqme unprepared, and gave him reign to make my hair beautiful and fun. He did an amazing job, even when my hair was being cooperative. He helped my hair live the extra life! 😂All of the staff at Ulta was very helpful, friendly, and fun! I will definitely be visiting Anthony again whenever I am back in Savannah!

Mindy was amazing! This was my first time at Ulta. I came in for makeup and a quick flat iron after my makeup artist canceled on me. She was quick and professional! Sorry in advance this is a long review: The Salon is small and a little worn, but the services are well done. I had my hair deep conditioned and cut there yesterday, it had been far too long. She did a beautiful job and I will be back. As far as accessibility its varied. The building is easily accessible, so is most of the salon. However the bathroom is difficult to get into without assistance.The Store, while well kept and neat is very small. They dont tend to carry the variety Im used to seeing in an Ulta. It is seriously understaffed making it hard to get the help you need. This is the fault of corporate, they should put more into it. As far as accessibility they keep the aisles clear and the floors clean. Over all its a good little store that could use a bit of a face lift.

Had my hair done by Courtney again and as always left happier than before! Another salon had done a lesser job so I went here to have it fixed. We talked about options on how to fix it and went with an overall color that Courtney was able to match exactly to what I had in mind. She gets what I want out of a cut and takes her time with the task at hand.

Great store but rude employees. I had this one blonde girl I was Trying to ask about a Pump applicator to add to my nars foundation. She walks past me down another isle talking to herself. I was Just left by the nars display very confused. She came back and said you said NAIR. I said no i said a foundation pump for Nars. she put her hand out at the spelling and said this is NARS and you said NAIR. I was Like okay whatever I’m no expert I’m just asking do you have this pump? And she was like nope we don’t. ?? Okay sorry to inconvenience you if actually looked me in the eye and wasn’t walking in front of me the entire time you could have understood me. Just really rubbed me the wrong way. Asked if i wanted to order from them but I declined As I wasn’t going to be talked down to anymore.

Worst customer service! Stood waiting to check out while I was completely ignored by several clerks and the store manager for about 5 minutes. When a clerk finally came to check me out, she rang up my sale, tried to convince me to get a loyalty card (really?) and then told me it was no problem to have sold me my items. I agree with that...no one had any problem trying to help me in any way. I was greeted when I entered, then studiously avoided by a number of clerks who passed me as I walked through the store. Next time I think Ill go elsewhere.

I went in looking to buy my perfect shade in a foundation, sadly I dont know how to match them. One of the ladies helped me. All she did was look at me for a few seconds and pulled my shade first try. She was like a wizard so thank you wizard lady. I will be back 👍

Called for a major dye job. Black hair to not black. David booked me with very short notice and spent the whole day working on my crazy multi colored mop! He was also juggling the entire salon himself the entire time about a five hour period but that didnt distract him from making sure I was comfortable and taken care of. David is a star, and he shines bright!!!

They have a pretty good selection of items and youre able to test out most of the products but their sales people on the floor hardly know what theyre talking about. Theyre not versed on new products, they dont know restocking schedules and they dont follow whats trending in makeup. Its as if they took the most basic of into classes and just threw these people out there. Also, it wouldnt hurt hiring people who actually have a passion for makeup and beauty. Youll see the difference, I promise you.

I went to this place in tears because of another salon that had messed up my hair so bad the day of my photo shoot. They not only fixed it for me but made me feel 10 times better about my situation! The staff was amazing and I will definitely be going back there soon!!!

My hair has never looked better!!!! My stylist Kelli is very talented at what she does and just knows hair, plain and simple. My hair can be difficult and challenging but she works with her clients to achieve and exceed their expectations. If youre looking for a stylist in the area definitely go see Kelli. Also if you have a tough time deciding whats best make sure you talk to Holly as well. Shes the salon manager and will do her best to see you are taken care of and get exactly what you want.

I would love to give a shout to Holly and David at the Salon! Holly, the manager, did a wonderful job of mitigating what could have been a disappointing experience and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. You do not see that level of service much anymore, and especially in Savannah. She listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and made it happen. For the first time in three years, a hairstylist in Savannah was able to recreate what I am used to back home in Atlanta. I am looking forward to seeing the two of them next month!

Went there today for a haircut. They had a event going on and all proceeds were going to a breast cancer foundation. The staff inside was extremely friendly and helpful; making sure that you were taken care of and treated with expeditious service. Mrs. Kelly cut my hair. Although it is a female dominate customer salon and beauty store, she did and outstanding job. i am very particular about my hair and how I like it to be cut and it came out perfect. So pretty much to sum everything up I give 5 stars to them for outstanding customer service and skills in their field which I would say is well above other Salons and companies. Thank you!

I just called in to see if I could get my hair done today and I was told I may not be able to get it done but I can come in for a consultation and I live kinda far but I said I’d come in anyways. I get here and there’s suddenly no one available until tomorrow or 7:30 tonight. YOU SHOULD HAVE SAID SO WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE SO I DIDN’T WASTE MY GAS AND TIME! Thank you ulta for that.

Not one, not two, not three, not even four, but FIVE associates talked to each other, put on makeup, and did not even acknowledge my presence. I even had to excuse myself to look at products as an It rep was draped over the display. I purposefully did not ask for assistance to see exactly how long it would take for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Upon checkout there were 9 people in line for 1 register. This is a service business... training / management most definitely needed.

Way better freebies than Sephora. Im a believer in Ulta! I have made the switch! Great to try on makeup on stores. They always have good coupons, too.

I love Ulta. They have a really good selection of makeup, hair care, and fragrance. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I had a girl help me find a make up brush that would work well with my bareminerals concealer. They also have a salon here that cuts, colors, or styles hair and does nails as well as face masks and stuff.

Terrible customer service. I purchased expired sunscreen ($52 COOLA SPF 30 Organic BB cream) and it took half the day to attempt a return. I finally gave up.

First off Im a professional Makeup Artist and walking in this store not once was I asked if I needed help.The Model I had with me so we could get a foundation for was asked multiple times in which she would refer them to me.Customer care isnt professional here at all. Not only was I written off as a guy there for not helped I also overheard them talking negativity about me when I was in there last. The model I was with over heard them more and as soon as they saw she was listening they went to a whisper.I dont normally complain about things but this being my second (and last time) in this store and not once asked if I need help and just written off for being a guy ticks me off. Sorry Savannah Ulta you wont be getting my business nor will I send anyone to you.

To the Ulta management, you still have time to improve on your customer service...TO ALL RACES and ALL ETHNICITY in order to multiply the number of your satisfied customers.Today, Dec. 8, between 3 and 4pm, my daughters and i are browsing around Ulta store to shop for a birthday present for my daughters friend, a concealer for my eldest daughter and a lipstick for my younger daughter. We were excited and happy to have found what were looking for in no time at all. But it was disrupted when one middle aged sales lady asked me if she could help me find what i am looking for. It was a very nice gesture or so i thought. I looked for my eldest daughter to check if she got what she was looking for or if she was ready to check out. We were assisted by the said sales lady. Then i noticed another middle aged sales lady, seemingly a manager, was there too and two more sales ladies around. Then when my younger daughter approached us and tried to ask me if the lipstick she got was ok, a nice young sales lady approached my younger daughter and asked her if the color was what she was looking for. My daughter said yes. I even thanked her since i thought we were receiving a good service. But when she started asking my daughter again about the tester she gave my daughter i began to feel annoyed. We were then headed to check out when she approached my daughter again about the tester she lend my daughter. My daughter went back to where the tester was and that was when the lady found what she was looking for. It was when i felt very much upset but tried my best to contain myself since i dont want to make a scene. But what i felt about being surrounded by 5 of their sales ladies made me think that we were being watched since they were thinking were some kind of shop lifters since we were different from the white shoppers and because we were not dressed like them or who dont have money to buy from their store. This was the second time i experienced this kind of treatment which they were trying to conceal as service. But the only reason i keep on voming back is because my daughters liked the product and that was it. There were even lots of times when we were not greeted at the door since we were not whites and even if we dress nice we wont be at par with white people.

The salesperson was extremely pushy!!! I told her 3 separate times I didnt need help I was just browsing and she kept on trying to sell me stuff I wasnt even looking at. Then I went to check out and a poor lady was trying to make a return with a newborn baby and the manager (assuming.. Very unprofessional with blue hair) was being super rude to her) then Another customer came up trying to do a return and Im guessing the sales associate was not properly trained which caused her to have to wait until the manager was finished with other customer. Such a cluster. Waited nearly 30 minutes while there were 3 other sales associates on the floor doing absolutely nothing (prob harassing other customers) and multiple registers open!! To make things worse another sales associate thats shift had just ended (assuming since she was still in uniform) was right behind me talking very loudly on the phone about her very inappropriate wild night with a random guy the night before... I understand the employee might have been off the clock but was still representing the company. If I didnt absolutely need what I was buying I wouldve walked out. Complete trash. No apologies. Nothing. Will not be back. Get some new employees and some class.

This Ulta has the worst customer service ever! From the store manager all the way to the lousy rude cashier. It all started because they posted the incorrect price on the shelves. When I questioned it they didnt like it. I will not be back after the experience I had today.

The ulta beauty in Savannah was really good, they were also very helpful with finding beauty brands. If you want to go to ulta I would definitely recommend going to the one in Savannah or pooler.

Some of the cashiers are so stuck up and rude but then some are nice. I dont ever feel comfortable in that particular ULTA so I go to other ones. 😟

Wow. I just called in to book a brow appointment and had a little bit of a hard time hearing the woman on the other line. When explaining what i was asking i got an OKAY. ALRIGHT. and was hung up on.i honestly dont even know if i want to go in at this point.

Terrible customer service! The employee snapped at me that if she had time to stock their ulta collection that she would and then continued to be rude to me for the rest of my visit. I left without purchasing anything because stock was low and customer service was awful!

Went to the Brow bar, waited over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged our presence. Employees walked by, looked in our direction, but no one spoke to us, not even a someone will be right with you. Will never step foot in that store again. Customer service must be not important.
