Different...rolled ice cream. It was good too. Too much to eat in one sitting for me.

I had the best Taro bubble tea there and I had my first rolled ice there it was so good, definitely going again!!!

I appreciate the great service and allowing us to enjoy our strawberry shortcake rolls even though they were closing. It was an amazing treat. It was divine. I would suggest this place for a quick treat or Boba tea. Will visit again soon.

Took family there for some great rolled ice cream and bubble tea. Great flavors and many choices in both ice cream and drinks. My guess is that they are shorthanded as to why the cashier/ bubble tea maker was overwhelmed during the small rush while we were there. However, I still had to drop a star for her walking away from the register in the middle of our order to check on a drink in the shaker.

Great concept and a very nice location, great aesthetics inside and out, but the staff seemed a bit dogged...We went here at the suggestion of our daughter-in-law as a unique ice cream shop offering “rolled” ice cream. Intrigued by the idea, off we went. It’s a nice store front with a hip-style on the inside and the concept is simple. Choose from 10 or so flavors of rolled ice cream, from bananas with Nutella and vanilla wafers, to peanut butter and chocolate. You then choose an additional three toppings from your normal choices such as sprinkles, Oreo, and so on.The rolled ice cream concept is fascinating to watch, as they make it in front of you. You quickly realize you get quite a bit of dense ice cream in a small cup. Once these small rolls of ice cream are packed into the cup they pile it with your toppings of choice. The ice cream itself is super tasty and I reveled in the concept with every bite.One nit, though - the staff was a bit lackluster when it came to showing some excitement or even a bit of friendliness. On the flip-side it could have been some hyper-focus on the job, but sheeze, a little gabbing goes a long way in my book...

Finally good boba in Savannah! Oh, and they have rolled ice cream too, which is also good. Nice clean new place, fun friendly atmosphere, and the prices are crazy low. Definitely stop by asap if you like boba!

Ice cream is good. Not a friendly atmosphere at all no one greats you they don’t talk either just order and go pretty much. Got a mango tea was not flavorful . Also got a watermelon slush also wasn’t good. Paid 13$ for 2 drinks waste of money.

Got the Tybee Turtle rolled ice cream in a cup. It was so fun to watch them hand-roll the liquid cream with the chopped pecans and caramel sauce. You can choose 3 toppings and they have a great selection... I got whipped cream, brownie bites, and chocolate syrup. Very very good! You should definitely stop in for a cup whenever you’re nearby!

This is my first time at a Below Zero, and first time trying rolled ice cream. I ordered the red bean ice cream with mochi, lychee and mango boba, a large red bean boba tea, and a bubble waffle with powder sugar 😋. Everything was so good! The red bean tea in a slush version will probably be better. The employees are friendly and patient. They answered all my questions. My pups love the ice cream, too!

Cute & clean place to get rolling ice cream. tried their milk tea with boba once and was pretty disappointed. tasted very watered down. Would not recommend the Milk Tea.

Really good ice cream and a unique experience, the crepe was pretty good too. Definitely coming back for some boba tea. Couldve used something to drink with the very rich crepe, but they only have bottled water from what I could tell. Staff was very friendly and patient with our indecisiveness.

Not good, I ordered red bean boba. The bubbles/boba was not dough-y/chewy at all. Kindof slimey on the outside and crunchy inside. I assume they arent made in house so that might be why but it was gross. The red bean wasnt bad but I can make it much better. And like other comments have said, the staff was not friendly, regret tipping...

This place is amazing! A bit up on the price but totally worth it..especially the bubble waffles...my absolute favorite! I wish they were closer to Richmond Hill but absolutely worth the drive into Savannah.

Fun and delicious! I love watching them roll the ice cream. The kids like it too. They also have bubble tea and other desserts.

I got the pearl boba tea and I can honestly say that it was just an abomination to what it is trying to imitate. Anyone who has had the pleasure of having real boba before will just be met with disappointment in the first sip. It is as if someone just took water and added a single drop of the ESSENCE of black tea and added dye to make the correct shade. Although the tapioca pears were good consistency, it had less taste than cardboard.

We come in once every couple of weeks for bubble tea (the kind with tapioca pearls). This is the only place Ive gone where the pearls arent mushy and disgusting. They have a great variety of flavors and also a poping boba option if you dont like tapioca pearls.

Closed at 6 today due to staff shortage but I literally am watching five people sweep and clean.

I love the ice cream and the bubble/boba tea they have here!! Theres so many flavors to choise from!! I love the mango boba and bubble tea! I wish the sizes of the drinks could be bigger though lol! But they are all good! They also have free Wi-Fi in here! Its very relaxing place to enjoy tasty drinks or ice cream with your family and friends!

Always get the Savannah Bananas! With strawberries and bananas as my toppings. Not a big dairy eater but I love this style ice cream! BUT... the service is very slow, they only had one ice cream employee making the rolled ice cream.

Good service and decent ice cream. I believe there are other chains (Coldstone, Bruster) that are as good or better but this is definitely a novelty. While I was waiting for my order a family came in with several kids and they lost their minds in a good way. I think it would be fun to bring your kids and let them see their treats being made.

Boba Tea is one of the strangest and most delightful things I’ve ever drank. Never had a beverage I could classify as “fun”- Definitely a first!

I’m giving a 4 b/c this location has no paper menus. So versus grabbing a menu and getting out the way of ppl ordering and or waiting in line. You have to wait till you close enough to see what’s on the menu and hope no one is in a bag mood that day and give you dirty looks for lurking over their shoulders. Besides that, everything seemed ok. My ice cream was good. I would go back

I ordered this tea with Boba I asked for extra sugar it was awful not sweet and it tasted like water down tea no flavor was disappointed

They have some pretty unique desserts like crepes and rolled ice cream. Definitely a good option when you want something a little different.

Don’t order milk tea or Thai tea it’s very week just like sweet milk water.

Giving it a second chance “ we had one bad experience but the employees and manager have rectified or redeem that error and I’m a sucker for human Decency and kindness as a consumer I respect that !! Desserts are comfort food specially when you’re missing home so I do recommend this place to all its family and friends friendly the prices are not bad either !

Got the Thai and Pearl Milk tea. Awful cause it was so watered down like not even sweet. Just water milk tea.... Not sure what happened

I can’t explain how the service was. I have a T1 diabetic son and this company and staff was unwilling to provide any info about nutrition facts. We just wanted a close sugar/carbs count so we could give him insulin and let him enjoy a snack. They flat out said no we won’t do that. WOW!

I’m only giving 3* Because the menu was visible, inside was clean enough ice cream the shaved ice we delicious. I’m not giving 5* because I was not satisfied with customer from the Indian lady at the register. I think she need more training. The guy who made my order was great he should retrain the lady at the register.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean location, lots of seating. Everything was delicious (especially the egg waffle) and prices are more than fair. The only negative I had was that the service was a bit slow, and we were the only customers there. But the food was well worth the wait. Please check them out. Get a bubble lemonade. Enjoy!

The mango slush with the tapioca was good. Next time Ill try the rolled ice cream. It was a good consistency to the slush. Not as thick as smoothie king but thicker than sonics.

I received great service at this location. I got the honeydew bubble tea which was good. The only issue I had was that my drink didnt have the usual seal, instead, it had a regular lid and was messy.

Love the ice cream but they recently removed their weekday specials for no reason giving them a two star rating. I suggest you go to the one down town they have a snack bar which is good for adults who don’t want to eat only ice cream.

The service was quick and very helpful my friends had not ever been before, And she made great recommendations they loved the goober peanut butter rolled ice cream. Also the strawberry smoothie they had aswell. I always get the taro boba tea which they killed like always. The restraunt is clean including the bathrooms an service as i said before is super quick!

Honestly, this place is a bit overpriced. You can get nice treats here, but the boba tea isnt that great. Watered down and overpriced is how I saw it. Edit: after coming hear fairly regularly for the last year, they have seriously improved their boba game and have introduced new snacks and drinks. Now they deserve a 5 star review. Still fairly expensive for boba and such, but they are one of the very few in Savannah selling boba.

My kid & I have been regulars here a while. If you crave Asian flavors that are like azuki, taro, lychee, etc (SO hard to find in Savannah) then go here!! My only request is PLEASE start carrying Ube anything 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Very friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the ice cream freezing on the table and then being rolled. The kids especially enjoyed the three toppings you get with your rolls.

Me and the fiance visit here regularly for their boba. always delicious, always served fast and the employees are always nice. one of our favorite places :)

My little girl and I are regulars here. It’s not the cheapest per say, but their treats are unique and worth the couple extra dollars. I love I can find azuki, lychee, mochi and other things that are near impossible to find in any other Savannah sweet stop. (Add ube and I can die happy, lol). Staff seem to always remember us, despite staying so busy. Great music, plenty of seating & sparkling clean. Thanks, all!

Bubble Drink taste like crape.. I would not recommend this place at all.

Ive been coming here about 2 years now, on and off, and I have to say that their quality has gone down the drain. I ordered the bubble tea and it was very watered down compared to before. I also want to mention that Ive been to the one downtown where it first opened. You can tell that they are cheating you since their ice cream bowl size has decreased significantly while the steep price stayed the same.
