Theyre a ways out but anytime my wife and I are in town in the morning, we always stop by. The donuts are just sooo good. The seasonal offerings are also super delicious! The few times were got coffee, it wasnt very hot or very good, but the donuts always taste great. The staff is super helpful and the service is fantastic.We do not have to wait long for donuts and I do like that they show you what it looks like when theyre done just to be doubly sure everything is as ordered. We always make a mental note to drop by and have never been disappointed in the donuts.

It was fresh and warm. I really love the donuts. On top of that it was really amazing. I loved how fresh and fantastic they were. The 2 people working today greeted my wife and I as we walked in the door. Very polite! I loved how they weren’t filling, like other donut places, no words to describe how good they were I recommend to anyone who loves fresh donuts!!

My girlfriend and I both got Donuts and we both couldnt believe what we just bit into with the first bite. This is a MUST-HAVE and MUST-EXPERIENCE!! Oh, and the coffee is delicious, too. Top-notch! One of my new favorite places!

Theres not a bad thing I can say about these, except youre sad when theyre gone! The donuts are soft, puffy, clouds of deliciousness! I love how theyre made to order, can customize them like no other, and are served warm! Definitely check these out!

Some of the best donuts I’ve ever eaten. The flavors are delicious. Usually cake donuts are dense and sometimes a little dry but not these. They were moist and loaded with toppings. The staff is friendly and polite. There was an unhappy couple at the store that acted incredibly rude. The staff remained calm and respectful despite the threats. I truly applaud the employees continuing to do their jobs and provide service with positivity.

Some of the best doughnuts in Atlanta. Highly recommend this location. Staff are extremely friendly and super helpful. Our favorite flavors were the Maple Bacon, Blueberry Pancake and the Peach Cobbler! Perfect blend of savory and sweet with a satisfying crispy donut base.

Outstanding doughnuts served fresh, customized to your order. They are piping hot and some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten. The chocolate with salted caramel drizzle and Oreo was my favorite, though the lemon raspberry and others were strong too. We didn’t expect to wolf them down, but they barely lasted 30 seconds.

They are pricey but very very delicious. I loved the bacon and maple and I made my own which was a plain donut with the icing and I added oreo crumbs (instead of the sprinklers). I tried about 8 of their donuts and only 2 were not in my favorites list.

Duck Donuts is truly THE BEST Donut Shop I’ve ever been to. It surpasses Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts(etc.) I’ve come to this place twice in one day and then came the day after. Didn’t realize this was in Savannah until recently. Usually went to ones in Outer Banks, NC. The owner was there for a bit and was so friendly and welcoming. We ordered our half dozen and it was the quickest we have ever gotten. Great, warm, fresh donuts! Nothing bad about that !

I always love the donuts they just are so fresh and delicioushowever what I want to convey is their customer service was awesome. I accidentally ordered duck donuts through an app and chose pickup not a delivery. So 3 hours later I realized my mistake and call duck donuts to see if my order would still be honored. It was definitely honored and they offered to make my order afresh. Just so sweet and amazing and I would recommend them over any other donut shop in town.

I arrived at the shop about 20 minutes before they closed and was greeted kindly by one of the workers. This was my first time trying Duck Donuts so she took the time to explain everything to me. I ended up ordering a glaze and a maple bacon. All donuts are cooked to order which was nice. Out of the the two that I chose, the Glaze was absolutely delicious. So warm with a slight crisp on the outside, super soft inside and the perfect amount of glaze. The Maple Bacon was not bad, but definitely not my favorite. I probably wont ever get that one again. In hindsight, I wish I would have chosen Blueberry or French Toast for my second. Overall, I give this establishment 4 stars. The donuts and service were good and the place was very clean and well decorated.

I cannot rave about this place enough. Their doughnuts are amazing. They are made to order, which means if you show up and want a single maple bacon doughnut with caramel drizzle, they will then fry the dough for a single vanilla cake doughnut (with the lightness of a yeast doughnut), smother it with the not-too-sweet maple glaze, pile the mound of real bacon crumbles, and drizzle the caramel sauce atop your fresh warm O-my-god piece of heaven. One of my favorites in the vanilla iced with cinnamon sugar. I ate it as tears welled in my eyes from knowing such deliciousness. I danced. They also offer coffees so you can be fully awakened in order to enjoy your doughnuts. They are all a vanilla cake base, but you choose a glaze, a topping, and a drizzle. Dont be afraid to let yourself be happy.

We sampled six different kinds and our favorites were the beach ball, bacon maple, and a custom maple, peanut, caramel. The donuts are fluffy on the inside, not dense, and have a nice layer of crunch on the exterior. In short, delicious and recommended!

This is an adorable mom and pop style donut shop. Its hard to find if you are using your GPS, but dont let that deter you. I really recommend going with one of their specialty donuts because just wow. So so good. But its cool that you can make your own. The fact that they are made to order and are served hot makes this one of my new favorite donut stops. I would definitely go if you have the chance while in Savannah!

Went to Duck Donuts while down in Savannah for vacation, very impressed. They had a wide variety and my family and I loved everything we ordered. Wonderful customer service as well from all of the staff members, even asking us if the donuts looked okay. Would recommend to anyone living here currently or just driving through!

My family Loves Duck Donuts but today really stood out. I had been shopping for a couple of hours in the heat and having to deal with people being either ignorant or rude in three stores but I made certain that Duck Donuts was my last stop before the house so that the donuts would be hot for my family. As always, the staff were polite, Talkative (and great to talk to at that), and my donuts were made fresh on the spot (as is their way), BUT... as I walked out of the front door with my dozen donuts, the wind blew the door back at me, knocking the box out of my hands and every donuts hitting the concrete. I went back inside, a bit disheartened at how my shopping was going and told them I needed to order it again. They didn’t laugh at me, despite the fact that most employees elsewhere would have burst out laughing and if they laughed to themselves I would completely understand. It was kind of funny if not for the rough day. I had used a two dollar off coupon the first time so I fully expected to pay full price this time. Instead, they walked away from the register and just started remaking my donuts. I asked if I needed to pay again since I had my wallet put, ready to do it but they said, No that they saw I didn’t even get to try one and they saw that I didn’t even get through the doorway. They would remake it free of charge and they said the donuts would really be worth it this time. They really lifted my spirits.

Cant believe this was our first time. The staff is very friendly. What a variety of donuts to choose from. I had a hard time choosing the last donut of our 1/2 of dozen. So thankful the lady suggested one she thought I would like. Cant believe theyre made to order. We will definitely be back. Cant wait to take family there.

Thats right these warm, delicious donuts are made while you wait (or call ahead) and come in a large and varied assortment of fantastic and unusual as well as traditional flavors. You really cannot go wrong here as everything is done right. Super friendly and fast, considering your donuts are made just for you, as you order them. You cannot get any fresher than that and all at a reasonale price comparable to those chain store donuts that have been shipped in and have been sitting there all day. In my opinion it is worth the drive to get your donuts crave on. I kid you not and will not lead you astray.
