While I live in Texas, I was looking for a local Savannah florist to send a “thank you” arrangement to an artist there in town. After reading several reviews and looking at many photos of arrangements, I decided on Madame Chrysanthemum…I’m so very pleased that I did. While I’m sure there are many talented florists in the area, this florist created the perfect little thank you without me mentioning what flowers to include. She also found time in her day to make the delivery after her delivery person had already left.

The most beautiful flower arrangements in Savannah! Every time I have received or sent flowers from here they are always fresh and unique. The shop itself is so cute with lots of gifts from local artists. A true gem of a place!

Seriously the prettiest flowers I have ever gotten ! My fiancé had flowers sent to my mom and my hotel room during a wedding planning trip and they were stunning. So unique and I brought them home and they lasted almost 2 weeks ! I wish we were closer so I could get an arrangement regularly! Thank you !!!

Ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered to the B&B after a surprise proposal. There was a small hiccup in being delivered on time but the Inn Keeper at the B&B called them, got everything worked out, and they were there before we got back from dinner. As far as the actual arrangement I was blown away! They were beautiful and more then I could have hoped for! If you want a beautiful design with some healthy gorgeous flowers and greenery this is definitely the place to order! If I’m in town again I will definitely order from here again!

I had to purchase last minute birthday flowers for my “someday” future mother-in-law because my boyfriend forgot to do so lol!! I decided to call Madame Chrysanthemum to see what could be done in such a short notice. Let me tell you, Michele is a doll!! I had no idea what I wanted the arraignment to look like so I told Michele to surprise me with something colorful. Michele outdone herself, as always! She is a very talented florist💕

I gave her a budget for a funeral basket. Expressed one particular flower type I wanted ( asiatic lily).She created a gorgeous one of a kind arrangement that received numerous positive comments. The widow also decided was too beautiful to leave at the grave so had them bring it to house.Fast, friendly, A+ service. Some florists do half- a**ed job when you are calling from out of town because they think you will never see what you are paying for.NOT this one! Gorgeous job!

I ordered flowers from out of town and they far exceeded my expectations! Elegant and rich looking for a reasonable price- they also had them there in a couple of hours, I’ll definitely use them again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Last minute order for a Mother’s Day arrangement and my hard to please mom was thrilled with the quality and variety of the flowers (I did not specify what type of flowers). Also, the vase was much nicer than expected. Great job!

Ive been getting Michelle to create bouquets for the past eight years. I give her an amount Id like to pay and tell her to use her best judgement. She has yet to put together anything that was less than great.

She is AMAZING! I have chosen her a couple of times. Every time she amazes. This last time I called her while deployed to Afghanistan. She was super helpful and customized my selection to my preference. Her expertise was outstanding and she helped me decide what flowers to choose and the accessories to accompany the flowers. Again, AMAZING!

This is the best floral design shop in the city. The work that comes out of this tiny little shop makes a big impact. I have used MMC for all types of arrangements- everything from permanent, to wreaths, to birthday- you name it- she can do it! Her work is so creative, and so unique- and it is very impressive that you never see the same idea twice! I highly recommend. Her shop also carries fun gift ideas as well!

I called to order a mixed bouquet to be delivered to my wife for her birthday. My only request was to include 6 purple roses. I called to order at 10:26am and it was delivered by noon! It was exactly what I wanted, but much more than expected for the price...the 6 purple roses I requested plus 20ish coral/salmon colored ones, lillies, hydrangeas, etc. Very easy and efficient to order by phone, great vision for customer request, and very quick delivery! Ill be back! Thank you!

In August 2017 I worked with Michele to have a floral arrangement designed and delivered. I was clear in that I needed a photo of the floral arrangement before it was sent out, but I didnt receive anything. After a follow up e-mail I received a response (very nice one) apologizing, but assuring me the flowers had been delivered and attached a photo. Since then I have e-mailed and called (voicemail box is full) five times over 3 months to obtain a proof of purchase/receipt via e-mail, with no reply. Really bad business practice for voicemail box to be full! At this point, Im not even sure the flowers were delivered - and they were very important flowers for a high-profile client. Really poor experience.

I made a trip to Savannah for 4th of July weekend. While I was there with my boyfriend, we had friends coming by to celebrate her birthday on the 3rd. I purchased a gift from a tea shop, and all I needed was a gift bag, a card, and some flowers! It turns out that madame chysanthem had everything I needed! On such short notice she was able to put together a quick bouquet, just in time for the dinner celebration. Her service was very friendly and fast! She even made the bouquet to match the gift bag I bought, an incredibly unique arrangement! Thank you madame! I will be back next time Im in town!

If you need a place for flowers, be they real or not, this is the spot for you. I may not be the target audience, but couldnt really find anything that spoke to me here. The staff was friendly but felt a bit hovery while we looked. A little on the pricey side as well.
