These folks are great! I was sure I would be without my car for much longer than I was. Other places had me wait days to get fixed. They did it in one day. Will recommend them. I should have went to them the first time.

While on vacation, our car popped a transmission error. Panic set in since we were nearly 20 hours away from home with 4 kiddos. Rincon was able to squeeze us in and take a look at the car. They helped identify why the error was popping and that our transmission is ok, just needs more breaks since its a smaller one and overheats easy. They were patient, kind, and understanding. They also didn’t charge us for their time. While, we live too far away to use them for all our service needs, I would recommend anyone in the area to do so! Thank you so much!

I cannot recommended this place enough. I am an out of towner and my transmission blew during vacation. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. The transmission needed to be rebuilt and cost 4200$. Well worth the price. Everyone was super friendly and understanding of my situation. If I ever have transmission issues I will gladly drive or tow my car the 4 hours to have these guys work on it!

These guys are awesome they replaced the clutch in my 2003 Dodge ram and I am pleased with their service I couldnt be happier.

I stopped in this morning needing about 5 minutes of help disassembling a U-joint that had been kicking my butt for hours. Bare in mind this was after two other places in town turned me away saying they couldn’t squeeze me for at least a week.... for 5 minutes of assistance. But the guys at Rincon Transmission helped me without hesitation. Kind of reminded me of the kind of ‘drop what your doing to help someone in need’ kind of thing you only find in small towns.

Super transparent and helpful folks. They explained what was going on with my transmission and gave me a price over the phone. They explained that I had a leak coming from a pressure port and was 4 qt low on oil and that it would cost around $135 for labor and oil. I DEFINITELY recommend these guys if youre looking for honest work.

Took my truck in on a Friday at 3:30 pm knowing my truck wouldnt get looked at until Monday. Received a call right around 5 that same day saying they diagnosed the vehicle and told me my options. They encouraged me to go with the cheaper, faster option that should fix the problem. To my surprise they called me at 8:30 AM on Monday and said my truck was ready to go.They completely rectified the problem and saved me thousands. The dealership charged me $270 just to diagnose my truck and wanted to replace the torque converter. Rincon Transmission completely fixed the problem with their own diagnosis for less than $100 more.

Great Service! I thought I had a serious Transmission problem. They diagnosed the problem before the time promised. Turns out that it was just worn out U-joints. Had the repairs done quickly and at a great price. Didnt try to upsell or push any other Services.Paul and his crew are very friendly and deliver what they promise.

Dropped my car off on a Monday with a leaky transmission. They called early Tuesday describing the problems. They ordered the needed parts to make the repair and I picked it up Thursday. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again.

This is the only shop Ive ever been to that didnt try to screw me over on prices. They helped me troubleshoot my self installed transmission after it was giving me trouble post-installation. Extremely knowledgeable staff that were a pleasure to deal with. Just great people doing great work. We took one of our RAM Promaster campervans for a transmission service and we were very satisfy by the owners service and honesty.Highly recommended.

Was having issues with transmission not shifting so took it there and they got it right in to do testing and check fluids, took for drive couldn’t find anything wrong and didn’t even charge for there time. They all where very courteous just a great group of individuals.

Cant say enough about our experience. Do not live in Savannah but have two daughters in school there. One needed transmission serviced, so I called and set up appointment for her and got a quote. They did exactly as I asked, got her in and out quickly and my daughter loved how she was treated. Ann was so kind to her and gave her a lot of advice. We will definitely return when we need to. Oh, by the way, they charged about $30 less than the quote they gave me. Thanks so much!

I have had my truck sent there three times to get work done they did a very good job the first time but here’s the thing they lie about their diagnosis and they triple double charge you after they fixed my truck the first time and I went to my friends and told them they did a good job I was informed of their criminal activity on how they overcharge people and why when they do their diagnostics The bottom line is I took my truck back up there and they gave me a diagnosis to charge me $1000 to screw one bolt on the transmission and weld one bracket good health my exhaust them up I did not have $1000 at the time I was going to let them do the work but I called my friend and you told me to let him look at it and after you look at my truck he showed me exactly what was going on I was so mad I couldn’t believe it they lied on their diagnosis to charge me $1000 for one little bald and one little welding that would’ve took someone probably 10 minutes to fixI called Rankin transmission back and I cussed them out do not take your vehicle to this place they will rip you off

Most transmission places will tell you the transmission needs to be rebuilt after a diagnostic but this place told me it was just a dirty filter so my transmission was fixed for only $200.. So glad I got a second opinion. My truck is running like brand new.

Good work just took 2 weeks to get my vehicle back to me

Best service and most knowledgeable staff I have ever experienced in Savannah! Took my Mini Cooper to another shop in town and was told the transmission was bad and it would cost a minimum of $5,000 but could be up to $8,000 to repair/replace. Thankfully I sought out a second opinion from Rincon Transmission who diagnosed a pinched wire in the electric system that was tripping a fuse and messing up the computer in my car which in turn was throwing off my transmission. Total cost for repair $439, MUCH BETTER than the initial diagnosis and estimate. My Mini is operating perfectly and I cannot recommend Rincon Transmission enough!! All around OUTSTANDING automotive service!!!

Called around and got a bunch of try back next week or its going to be $100 just to put in on the lift for an inspection. Came to here and I could immdently tell they wanted to help me and not just make money. They inspected the car for half the price as other shops in Savannah. They also where very helpful on showing pictures and talking me through what the problem was. They gave me a couple different options that were all fairly priced. At the end of the day this shop cares about the people more than just making a buck like most shops around. If you are in need of car service I would come here before you even think about shopping around.

As long as I live in the Chatham county area I will be bringing my car here. The way the staff spoke to me and handled issues with my car was incredible. They are an outstanding group of people.
