Have repeatedly called them about no shows for delivery or them arriving when we are at lunch or on a day we are closed. Have used them for over 10 years but the last 3 years they have completely dropped the ball. The lady we call is always very nice but the inability to deliver in a timely matter or be dependable has us looking elsewhere...

$5 for a 40lb bag of ice is the best deal in Savannah! Thankfully I caught Tim on his day off, he was just in to do some quick paperwork and was kind enough to help out a fellow businessman. Caliber at its best!

After setting up an account with them, I was told on the email local sales team with reach out to you. It has been 4-5 weeks, no one has contacted me regarding an order. Even after numerously emailing back, there is no response from them. Worst company ever to do business with.
