Celebrated Dads 91st Birthday in Heron Room at the Savannah Country Club. The room was beautiful overlooking the golf course and lake. Kirsten arranged floral table center pieces with hydrangeas flowers that were just beautiful. The food was well prepared, delicious, and warm. Our event included sound and audio-visual presentation that went perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the bar and dinner in a beautiful setting. The Savannah Country Club Team were warm and friendly. I couldnt recommend them more highly for your special event.

The Savannah Country Club was the host for the Summer Swing fundraiser for the Fresh Air Home on Tybee Island. The fundraiser was a success! The food, staff, and location was great. Our guest had a grand time. Thank you for supporting the Fresh Air Home on Tybee Island.

We hold a yearly golf tournament here and they could not be more professional! Updated golf carts and dining hall. The staff were helpful and made everything run smoothly. Looking forward to 2022!

The Savannah Country Club (formerly the Wilmington Island Club) was the most perfect venue for our wedding reception! The ballroom was remodeled over the summer with neutral tones and looks very classy. Our reception was very elegant and it was everything we had imagined it to be. The outdoor area is beautiful and made for some lovely photos as well. Ashli Godwin, who is the food and beverage director, was a dream to work with. She was very helpful and responsive during all the months of planning. She helped coordinate our food tasting, design our dinner menu, and pick out what we wanted to serve at the bar. You get so many options to pick from and she will make sure its everything you want. Dinner was by far the best part - we did a multi-course meal that started with two plated appetizers, soup, and a choice between two main entrees. We also had options for our few vegetarian guests. The chef, Frank Schuman, did an incredible job with the dinner course and the clubs staff executed the dinner service so perfectly. It was very important to us to have plenty of food for our guests and we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and tasted even better than we expected. The club was fantastic with working with us to fine tune our reception until it was perfect. We cant thank Ashli, Frank, and all of their staff enough for a perfect night.

Just enjoyed a beautiful Easter Sunday Brunch in the ballroom - Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese, Deviled Eggs, Salad, Fresh Fruit, Prime Rib, Shrimp & Grits, Fried Chicken & Waffles, Crab Stuffed Flounder, Country Ham, Au Gratin Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Haricots Verts, Brussel Sprouts with Bacon & Carmelized Onions, Savannah Red Rice, Squash Casserole, Carrot Cake, Coconut Cake, Key Lime Bars, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lemon Bars, Muffins, Bottomless Mimosas, and the Easter Bunny - all accompanied by great service and a beautiful setting.

Beautiful setting. Food usually excellent but the shrimp salad sandwich had no taste. They use the small frozen shrimp to make it. Live and learn but still a great place to come. Home-made chips are wonderful.

Fun course which is well maintained, especially in the hot months. Cold wet weather in Nov-Jan make it tough to play because it doesn’t dry out very quickly.Overall a great golf club with a nice clubhouse, pool, food, and tennis. Highly recommended.

We were so pleased with our food, service and venue. It was an outstanding place for our celebratory lunch for 50. Everyone agreed the food was delicious and beautifully presented.

We visited the pool with family and the pool was great. We ordered a couple of mixed drinks and some burgers and fries, and it was all very delicious. The server/cook was very friendly and courteous.

Cough is tougher than you would think and overall is pretty well maintained. Not sure if its worth full price, but sometimes you can find discounted tee times. If youre on the islands and dont want to drive far its a great option

Very close tight holes. Poor layout. Tons of nats and not well maintained. Greens very sandy and near unplayable conditions on course. Would not recommend. Poor pace of place close to 4.5-5 hrs.
