Did this years ago, had a wonderful experience. Decided to try again with the local Savannah, GA place. First issue is I made an appointment online, show up, and they have no record of it. Only one person working. I spend over an hour answering questions, planning the first two menus. The associate goes and pulls my food for the first week. I give her the menu for the second week, make an appointment to show up today between 12 and 4 to pick up. I have a good experience, lose 4 pounds the first week, show up today, no food is ready. My menu isnt there, neither is the associate. This place is an hour away from my home. There was no apology or attempt to make it right for the waste of my time and the associate not doing what was agreed upon. I loved the food, was feeling good, but there is absolutely no interest in having a relationship with the customer so Ill be looking elsewhere for another program that will meet my needs.
