The owner Rachel and employee Amber both hung up in my face and was being rude when I was trying to ask questions. Amber was helpful at first until I spoke to her again and they all were unprofessional and rude for no reason.

We had an issue with our floor drain, and within an hour of calling, Don stopped by and figured out the issue. Not only was he professional, he knew exactly what to do, and took the time to explain it all to us. Wow, very impressed, and will be using for all of our plumbing needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Very responsive. Quick service. The technician listened to my description of the problem and focused directly on appropriate troubleshooting diagnostic methods. Got right to the problem and had the supplies necessary to fix it right there in the same visit. Price was reasonable. No complaints and very happy!

Fast and friendly.. any is very knowledgeable. I had work done on my air condition after house got hit by lightning.they had new system put in fast( couple hours) . very professional. Shopped a few other companys but tri-star was the best. I would highly recommend.

These guys were my 5th quote to replace my A.C. unit. Their prices were fair and they were professional yet very personable. They educated me on all of the different equipment, they showed me examples and they also really helped me choose the best option for me (since I was on a budget) from what they provided which was NOT their most expensive, which I really appreciated. I was not there for the installation but everything was smooth, they cleaned up and one of the guys even went back to my house to walk me through setting up the WiFi remote thermostat. Lance, in particular, was extremely helpful!

Had a terrible experience with the technician not being completely honest, they were 3 hours late, and a lot of miscommunication happening. Called the office and spoke to the manager 2 weeks ago and still have no resolution . Had to hire someone else to do the job honestly and professionally. Very disappointed.

As a property manager they are the best, scheduling appointments, sending timely estimates and executing work timely and always beating competitors pricing. Excellent service from start to finish.

After reading reviews and getting some estimates, we selected TriStar. We are very pleased with everything. Starting with person who answers the phone and sets up the appointments, then Lance (who gave us the estimate) and ending with Trevor and Bubba who came and did the work. Quick, efficient, clean (placing rigs down because it was raining) and quite (surprising since it was duct work) It is also nice to see employees who work well together-they really do have team! We had a slight issue with one vent a few days later-they came back quickly and are coming back soon to adjust a few things. Great team, good company. Will be using them again as we do more upgrades/maintenance to our home.

Emailed them about setting up an appointment 2 weeks ago and got no response. Called them this week and the lady at the dispatch office took my info and said someone should be calling me shortly.....still waiting on that. If you dont want to conduct business, close your doors. This city seems to mostly full of two types of people when it comes to anything construction related. 1. They want to make a fortune off of one job or either their employees need to go back to school and learn how to bid a job. Or 2. They dont want to work. Imagine what this city would look like if people could actually do their job. Instead your first view of Savannah off of I-16 pretty much sums up what you can expect from contractors here, dilapidated houses in disrepair...Pathetic!!

I have had Tri-Star Mechanical do system replacements on 4 properties for me as well over 15 service calls. I have found them to be very professional, and they always showed up when they said they would. I bid out the system replacements, and they were best price based on the quality systems they install. You may can find a system you never heard of for a few dollars less, but good luck finding parts if it breaks.

Awesome company and very professional. Had problems with my air conditioner and 2 different companies come out and couldnt determine the problem. I called TriStar and Lance came out the same day and showed me the problem and had it fixed within minutes, just in time for the summer heat.

I had thought Id found an honest hvac contractor but somehow a little clogged filter in a shower head ended up costing $440 by the time they finished and I was never told it was going to cost that much until I got a bill in the mail a month later. If you agree to write a 5 star review theyll cut your bill in half but the owner is quick with insults and threats of a lawsuit if you you dont call him back. Ive worked with the same electricians, plumbers and carpenters for 12 years and never had even a minor disagreement but Ive not been so lucky with hvac contractors. I have a $35,000 quote from Tri-Star for another project so Im kind of glad this happened now.

Five Stars for Tri-Star. Tri-Star did a great job. Showed up on time for the estimate and the job. From rerouting the drain — using multiple 90s — to the finishing work of installing the final fixtures and the clean they were professional and helpful. They are willing to do the entire job or just the parts you ask for. They provided thoughtful advice for other parts of my projects that the average home owner does not necessarily consider. (Tri-Star should get royalties from Red Guard — it is undeniably a good product too) We even had a small issue with the fixture because of its design and our existing supply line where it began leaking due to the pressure and connection type of the fixture. Tri Star came back quickly and worked out a way to get behind the wall by creating an access point through a wall in the closet. The crew cleaned up and closed the hole with a removable panel for any future needs to get back into the space. Well done. It has been my experience that finding professional contractors in Savannah that show up on time, communicate well with home and business owners, do quality, clean work — and most importantly, are honest — are not easy to come by. I have recommended Tri-Star to a number of friends and associates and will continue to do so.
