Who doesn’t love Ben and Jerry’s. Great selection of ice cream, great staff, very clean. And if you sit in the window you get a show. Like the lady trying to parallel park in front of a fire hydrant, or you get to look at all the wonderful doggos as they walk around.

Clean. Friendly staff. They have a variety of ice cream flavors. I got a waffle cone of the Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz and it was delicious. If you love coffee flavored ice cream. I highly recommend this flavor!

Although it was packed they got everyone in and out quickly. I had a large waffle cone of Double Chocolate Therapy and it was phenomenal!

Lovely employees and amazing flavors. This small shop is churning out delicious ice cream for tourists and locals alike. They usually have a few amazing vegan flavors as well which I love (lactose intolerant). Cant go wrong here.

Great store for classic ice cream. I didn’t eat anything, but my daughter enjoyed the vanilla ice cream. A little bummed that the tie-dye Ben & Jerry shirts were unavailable when I went! Overall a fun time. 3 stars because they could use a wipe down... crumbs and ice cream everywhere.

Delicious ice cream, and generous portions. I got a sugar cone and ended dumping it in a bowl rather than lose it. Had Whiskey Biz, which was good.

Its ice cream! It tastes great! It makes you fat... or perhaps fatter. :-)Why only 4 stars? The freezers, like the front doors, were open non-stop and every flavor had a layer of soft, melted ice cream on top, so the servings were partially runny and partially soft frozen.

Great Ice cream flavors and smoothies, the employees were very helpful, so 👍 up, we tried Ben & Jerrys instead of Leonards because the line there was hours long. B&J did not dessapoint. I had the Seven layers coconut bar, it was delicious 😋

I took my daughter here after passing this store a million times, she loves their ice cream. Its a small store but just enough. The selection is great, the staff were amazing, they were about to close when we got there but they waited on us. The store was very clean. Ice cream was excellent!

Easy in and out for great ice cream! The way the store is laid out, its hard to stay 6ft away, but the line moves fast thanks to the great scoopers behind the counter.Beware dieters! Ask for a small and youll still get a lot of ice cream. (Not a problem, at all! Just something to be aware of.)

We had great icecream at B&J and the line was short. The line at the famous place down the street... well take a look.

I popped in here because there wasnt a line and I needed an ice cream fix! They werent able to do samples because of COVID, but said they would exchange anything if I was unhappy with the flavor. I told them its impossible to be unhappy with Ben & Jerrys! I got Oatmeal Cookie and Whisky Biz in a vanilla sprinkle waffle cone. I loved the oatmeal flavor best and the cone tasted so good. I was very happy with my purchase! I also got the cookie because I run a cookie blog/review page on IG. It was tasty, but very thin and flimsy, so I had to fold it in half to make it easier to eat. Thicken them up a bit and I would enjoy them more. Overall, I was a fan and would good back!

Had a great mint chocolate milk shake. If you have been to Leopold’s before and are to impatient to wait in the line, this is a great option given how close it is.

If Leapoles and places that role icecream is full then this place will clam yor sweet tooth. Ok variety and limited toppings.

Service was wonderful considering the place was packed and there was only one worker. Ice cream was good but the waffle cone was stale and chewy. Not what you expect from a waffle cone. The smoothie was more like drinking a fountain drink then a smoothie.

Normally we don’t really do chain places when traveling cities so as to taste the cultural and local foods, BUT it’s Ben & Jerry’s and I haven’t been to one in Years! It was very pricy...as our 3 ice creams (the kid and I split that cookie sundae) was $28.The staff was friendly and they moved a line out the door in 5min (thought I was at chic Fil a for a moment!)

Took our kids there on a Friday night as a special treat. The line wasnt terribly long and it moved quickly. My kids dont get treats lime this often, there are 4 of them, but the employees were ever so patient with their questions and sampling to find the perfect ice cream! Highly recommend the dipped cones with sprinkles!!

7 layer... politeness. I was there and I got the 7 layer coconut and it was amazing. People are polite, and they seem clean. I wish they had more tables but for a downtown Savannah location they are good. The ball we got was huge, so no complains at all.

We were visiting Savannah, and wanted something sweet and Im so glad we stopped here!! The staff was amazing, and very helpful. The guy behind the counter always had a smile and an uplifting attitude. When we come to Savannah next, we will definitely stop here again!

Most tourist were in the very long line for Leopolds. We headed just down the street to Ben and Jerrys. It was very clean and we were able to get a seat inside. It was delicious as well!

Absolutely loved it, we went in for a little break while on the way back to the car, my husband is lactose intolerant so he didnt think he would have anything, little did we know they do 3 amazing flavors in lactose free! The man who served us was so helpful and kind, he engaged in a conversation while doing our order and we didnt know they also offer military discount 😊 very happy with the cleanliness of the place too, we would definitely go back!

The ice-cream was awesome, a million flavors, the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was shocked how inexpensive my total was for 5 people. 10/10 Recommend!

Whats not to love? Lots of amazing bold flavors, you can taste test as many as you like, and they dont make you feel rushed to choose. I go to Ben & Jerrys every time Im in the area.

What can you say... Ben & Jerrys makes great ice cream which I love the chunky monkey and my wife had the chocolate peanut butter. The gentleman who waited on us was a student at scad and also a Lancaster based resident. We had a great time reminiscing about Pennsylvania and the Amish. Haha!

This location was very dirty when we visited and we noticed immediately that the server was not wearing gloves and asked her to do so. We wont be going back.

Its nice, but missing something, most the flavors you can find at the store doesnt have the same appeal, as undoubtedly they wont have everyones favorite.The service was friendly & expedited. The flow of customers through the building was better designed than some of their ice-cream competitors nearby. I thought that long-lines elsewhere were an indicator of quality, but it seemed like I got in and out of B&J faster than lines moved elsewhere and B&J was relatively packed.I especially liked their waffle cones, which I believe they make fresh. I mean, its simply a wafflecone, but not something you normally eat with Ben & Jerrys .If you enjoy walking around downtown, why not do it with an ice-cream in one hand?

Go there if youre in Savannah and you like ice cream. Ben and Jerrys is my favorite! Strawberry cheesecake!

Stopped here for a couple scoops and as you can see, my wife loved it! She got Americone Dream and Tonight Dough and both were delicious!
