Slowest unloading I had this year!Workers walk around without doing anything:)))How they get paid?!?!?

I would not recommend coming here to deliver freight. They are extremely slow. Been here for 2 1/2 hrs trying to get unloaded.

Dont even bother, they dont sell anything on their website and their customer service sucks.

I am a truck driver I had a 1pm appointment for Monday I arrived at 1225 went in receiving office to check in the manager said everyone is at lunch come back in at 1 pm. He said you can go ahead and unstrap your load and put everything up. I went back in at 1 pm and was advised your appointment isnt until 1 pm on Tuesday. My company had a confirmation email for my appointment they allowed me to drop the trailer and said we may unload it on second shift if not we will take it at your appointment time. I dropped and left my phone number on my bills. Came back on Tuesday morning at 10 am they said we have been waiting on you all morning so we could unload you I advised them you should have called me they advised I am not going thru all that. Well they took me in to unload me an hour later when I came out to get my bills the plant had shut down for lunch. Hence making me loose a full day of running. Luckily my company is not forced dispatch I will not be coming back here again

Working on a Hotel project less than five miles away. Needed two pieces of material to continue the job. Had to go elsewhere because the minimum order is $500. Sorry

Got here at 10:00 still not unloaded it is now 4:30 rain out of time

I dont believe I have ever been satisfied with their ability to produce. Seems to be the same thing every time, either they dont have the material or takes a week to turn the order around.

Love this place!! Always go above and beyond...

Showed up at 0800 for 100pm apt, had me in the bay by 0830 getting unloaded. They dont start receiving till 0900, great experience!

I been here for since 1100 it’s 2:00 and still haven’t been unloaded

No need for appointment unload when they get its now 1230 had a 1100 appointment and they still havent said nothing to me

Slow at unloading....😒 appointment was a hour ago and it’s 12:14!! No point of a appointment time, told my dispatcher I will not be coming back here..end of it 👎👎👎👎

As a truck driver. Even with a appointment time to unload one of the worst places to be ..They really do suck

They are my employer wouldnt be my first choice but its a good job for now
