All though they did not have what I needed.They were every helpful

On their website it says nothing about a mask but they have a sign on the door you need a mask to enter, so I walked back home came back asked why it is not on the website they said that they have not been on the website in a long time, could it be because you work there, maybe you dont go on the website but your customers do. If someone were to open a mobile home parts place on Ogeechee Rd you would easily put them out of business.

The guy didn’t bother to measure the glass properly. Overall very rude and not helpful. Didn’t have a good experience.

I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. I have ordered a shower pan and walls for 3 weeks. I was not really upset the items still were not delivered; I am upset on how I was spoken to. I inquired on the timeline and I was told, “mam you are the most annoying customer I have ever had.” I told the guy I would like my deposit returned and he informed me that he needed my card. I told him I paid cash. He got angry and told me to F)&&! Off”....I am beyond upset with the customer service and how I was spoken to☹️ Statesboro Mobile Home Supply Store was worth the drive. Please do NOT give this place your business!!!!!!!!

Because of the nature of a smaller specialty niche store they dont always have the exact thing you need but they will happily order if they have access to it. Friendly!

Bought a new door here and the woman who we talked with was very helpful. We are new to trailer renovations, but she led us through the store and made sure we picked up everything we would need to get our door set up. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Easy to see .easy to find...right on 17.ogeechee rd...the staff is very frie dly...very knowledgeable about their product..the prices are competive a d they do what they say will do...got my door on the day I was told ... it was a hard to find quality product front doorfor old mobile home. !!!You can trust what they say, soIf you need supplies for your mobile home, this is the place to go..theyve been in business many years..if they dont have they will get it..!!!.I highly recommend their service to all who have mobile homes a d ESPECIALLY IF ITS OLD. !!!

Not friendly at all and basically rude. They should be happy they are the only mobile home suppliers in the area or they would be out of business. Will drive 100 miles out of my way to not use this place.

All mobile home supplies in one place..very affordable

We drove 40 plus miles for the most rude service ever. The long hair jerk in there cant even figure out how much skirting we would need. Wont look up prices for something Other than the cheap plastic junk. Waste of time!!

I forgot 2 floor vents on the counter after paying for them and a door; vents of a total of $12 and after 3 calls and 2 trips back to the store, staff couldnt help without the owner being there. Finally when I got the owner and asked her, she looked at me like I had horns on my head; I said I had the receipt. she literally told me Thatll do you no good; go ahead and pick two. I dont think she believed me and it made me feel that I was lying right in her face. So I left without them anyway. Not a good thing to tell people anyway, but thats my opinion. Will not do business here again.
