Vinyl industries started off good but ended up being disappointing. They had the nerve to put up some old rotten wood on my fence and tried to tell me to wait 30 days until it drys and it will look amazing after I stain and seal it. Then they didnt even have enough wood to finish my fence and they wouldnt allow me to keep some of the extra wood (that I am paying for). I am completely dissatisfied at this point.

Added a screened in room about a year ago. Quick install and good materials. But good luck in getting them to fix anything. I know this is a COVID era but it’s very frustrating 😵‍💫😡

We are so far glad that we went with vinyl industries. We had a patio cover installed with gutters and ceiling fan and it was super affordable. We were initially quoted a 8-10 week wait time however we only had to wait 2-3 weeks and job completed in 2 days. We’ve enjoyed doing business with them thus far.

The work was good but I didnt like the fact that my wife and I had to track them down to finish the work. Need to have better communication as well as show up when you say you are.

The company put a screen on the back patio area. It was a small patio and I was worried how it was going to turn out. I am very pleased with the work done. Beyond my expectations. Jeff did the whole installation by him self. He worked through a period of three days and custom built the whole thing. If you have a ceiling fan readily available, the company will hang it as well. The company took their time with measurements and color match for a job well done. This was a great investment.

We had a screened porch installed and absolutely love it! We cant imagine our house without it. Juan and his crew were there for us with some tweaks, and very sincere to work with.

The front desk service from Mrs. Carla Reynolds is unacceptable and I will never use this company again.

Juan guided me in making the best decisions in order to create the most beautiful screened in porch in the neighborhood! My calls were answered immediately and one gave me all the time I needed to answer any questions or give me great suggestions. Carlos was extremely professional and a meticulous builder. He built my screened in porch along with his partner Richard as though it was their own. My neighbor Recommended this company to me and he received $200 for the recommendation. This will always be the first company I go to when in need of any building!

I had a Screened in Porch finished today it is Beautiful and Im gonna enjoy it everyday. The Two workers were very good and did an excellent job. I am so very pleased how the porch turned out. I also want to Thank my neighbor Wayne for his referral of them to me.

Stated they are not building decks this year due to lumber prices. Probably should remove decks from website options then.

Beware of this company. I truly wish I had done more research before hiring these people. They will boast of lifetime warranty in their sales pitch but do not stand behind the sub standard poor quality workmanship of the installation, and will offer to charge you for a service call to fix what they could not do properly to start with. It is not surprising that they have no Better Business Bureau rating. I chose not to give them further opportunity to prove their unworthiness and hire another contractor to repair the damages they had done. I would never recommend this company and will certainly never hire them again.

Well, I have a porch that started out screened in and then was changed to all glass. I was thinking the change to glass would mean that I would have a rain-proof porch....Though they have come back many times to repair the leaks........it still rains on my beautiful porch and I feel like I may as well kept the screens in. I thought I was told that I had a life time warranty, but not in the case of the rain coming down through the ceiling, wetting my furniture and dripping on my head at times. I have had this problem every since I got the windows and its almost 8 or 9 years. I happened to have stopped by to complain and no one followed up or called me back or said one doggone thing. Im done......I guess theres no need to complain. I had always trusted them from my fence to my glass windowed porch, but never again will I use them.

I was hoping to not need to leave a poor review, but many of my inside frames were damaged during installation, some resulting in visible cracks to the outside. I have asked Vinyl Industries to take responsibility (as their promise to us ensured) for the damage three times and have been ignored. The windows look fine, but i will likely end up spending another thousand dollars or more in repairs.

Great staff always willing to give advice! Wonderful experience buying and installing through their company.

This company was great from the fisrt appointment we had to get a quote. Our sales person was Harry and he really helped us plan what would turn out to be the perfect outdoor space for our family. We had them build a screenroom and extend the roof out to make a covered patio area. The crew that built it was a father and sons team and they made it look easy. The workmanship is perfect and I could not find a single thing I didnt like. The job was also completed within the timeline they gave us eventhough we added on the extra roof area. They also required us to pay NOTHING until the job was complete so there was never a worry about money. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vinyl Industries to anyone.

This was my second (and last) contract with Vinyl Industries, the first one was for a good quality sunroom on my home.We agreed to a contract to install a residential fence in an HOA area. Part of the contract was to have Vinyl Industries obtain the approval from the HOA before build. For their 1st attempt, the supplies hauler shows up, but no approval was applied for from the HOA. We contacted VI, talked to Juan, and asked where the HOA approval was. The request went in that day, then 2 days later installers showed up again, but no formal HOA approval. We asked that the installers confirm the approval before installing (to eliminate any potential HOA fines). If they didnt have the approval, they could leave the material and come back when they did. Juan called me and cancelled the contract, citing that he was trying to work with us, but we were too difficult.Funny, I didnt know that asking people to follow what was agreed upon was too difficult.I dont have any issues with the installers, they were dispatched before they should have been and they were courteous and understanding. Juan on the other hand was not, and attempting to pass the blame onto the customer doesnt shine that company in a good light.I wont be using them again.

This company has lied to receive business. I called to inquire about getting a screen room and there sales person (Keith) offered a special that they were running at the time and I was glad to here that information and because of the promotion I decided to go ahead and do business with them. The porch was completed to only have my cable cord clipped with no heads up or nothing until I come home and my internet and cable service was not working. Well I received a bill the next month from Wells Fargo stating I have a payment due. When I called Vinyl Industries I got the run around for a couple of weeks, the original sales person never would call me back and to only have the final results of We have no control over payments. from a nonchalant guy who gave two rats a**...about honoring what was offered. So they offer fake promotions to get your business but do not stick to there agreements. There customer service is horrible. Will not be recommending to anyone!!!
