Wonderful store and Michael the new Manager was wonderful. I will ONLY shop at the AT&T store in the future!

Under new management and its a great store. Safe and clean environment and a friendly knowledgeable staff.

Anthony greeted promptly and he was very professional and friendly. I would definitely go there from now on. He helped me with the issue I was having with my account and showed me multiple ways to better my phone and tv service at home which I was very happy that he did because I stopped at 3 other at&t stores and none of them even cared to mention any of the options he offered me. Will definitely come here for any of my wireless needs and will not waste my time with authorized retailers anymore.

Came. Into store for a new phone and j.p. was a pleasure he worked hard to get everything done and I felt bad his technology was slow but he never stopped. Until job was fone every go. See j.p. he is a gentleman professional and well manner. I recommend him this store to everyone. Ive been going to this store out of all my experience here he is by far the best. I hope you stay!!

This is the best store. I walked in with zero expectations of getting my plan fixed and getting a new phone and Thaddeus totally hooked me up! They put me on a plan that was better suited for me and took care of upgrading my phone from a Galaxy S6 to S10 with full transfer of my info.GO TO THIS STORE. Dont waste your time anywhere else. Thanks.

Very Friendly manager in this store. Thaddeus helped me set up a new prepaid account and put on a liquid screen protector for me. He said he used it personally and recommended for Galaxy phone.Very trustworthy, both gentlemen in store seemed to genuinely want to help me, even though it was just prepaid. Dylan was young man who initially assisted me and he had a great attitude. Thank you both for your help

Buyer beware! These guys promise one price and when your bill comes you wind up paying higher! They’ve also disconnected my iPad service and added a new line without permission so they can receive their bonus. Not only does my iPad have a different phone number now, but I had to go get a new SIM card for it too. Absolutely unacceptable.

Came to this store because i live in the Sayville area and was tired of over paying to Verizon. I could not have been more delighted with the experience i had, Angel the store manager was so friendly and helpful. Got me into a new plan with a free iPhone and i will only go there from now on!

The experience we had at this store with Angel was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He answered all our questions and made the transition from our old phones to the new phones totally stress free! We would highly recommend this Sayville location and the professional service that we recieved there . We are very thankful for the wonderful service and meeting Angel. :)

This place is a rip off . They promise you one thing in the store . And when you get your bill is not what they told you in the store. And they messed up my account . I do not recommend them at all .

I went to this AT&T store last year and was completely impressed with the improvement this store has had. The staff is great under this new management and I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo, who explained everything I needed to know about my At&t service. Great guy will come back

Quick and easy! Was set up with a new phone,service plan, and insurance by Ricardo, who was polite and patient with me while explaining the different options I had while setting up my plan. Will come again to set up plans for the rest of my family.

My wife and I recently purchased our new iPhone XRs from this location. The store manage Thaddeus was extremely helpful and hospitable from the moment we stepped foot in the store. His knowledge of the product was superb and he was able to point us exactly in the right direction on what we were looking for with our new Iphones. His trainee Dylan was also very helpful in the entire store process in transferring over our data from our old phones to our new ones. To sum it up, the level of service was exemplary. Definitely the best I have ever experienced at any AT&T location. Thank you Thaddeus for all of your help.

Store is an absolute scam. They speak on your behalf to ATT and are frauds. Employees never remain for a few months to avoid issues. PLEASE CALL ATT directly and bypass this third party, it will save you a lot of trouble.

Great time here at the AT&T store. Got helped out by Ricardo, who was smart, fast and courteous. He gave me a new Iphone and it actually saved me money monthly compared to what I was paying for my old phone.

I was having so many issues upgrading I was getting frustrated. Everyone on the at&t website/phone had no idea what they were talking about I got a different answer from everyone. I decided to call this store and the new manager Michael got it done for me. He is sooooo nice and helpful. He stayed one the phone with this woman and when she said she couldn’t help he told her they have to help me and when she got back on sure enough they did the upgrade. He was so great! Took the time to really help. And Ray who works there was also awesome. He got my phone set up for me, helped me pick out a case, and even helped me trade my phone in which I didn’t know I could do. Great experience and everyone is friendly and helpful! Def go to this at&t store if you need to go to one.

I love these guys. Raymond helped me with my Direct TV Setup and even went out of the way to call and help me setup my new Internet with Verizon. Im saving a lot of money ! But there was a customer in front of me that didnt understand how his phone bill worked and got frustrated with the new manager so I asked and they explained everything on my bill to me. I cant say I completely understand every part of it, but I do know that I pay them so i expect to and do get what i pay for. Highly Recommend!

Service with a big smile! The guys in the store were friendly and their attitude was infectious. I was helped by Thaddeus. He was friendly and courteous even while helping another elderly lady with her phone.I broke my old Motorola phone. He explained if I changed my number, he could give me a great deal on a new phone! I got a new smartphone and a months service for only $100!! He even got my contacts and pictures off my old phone and then set up the bluetooth to my car! What service!!!I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and if you are in area, go see these guys first!!

Originally came in at&t to buy prepaid service but the representatives convinced me to upgrade to the iPhone XR on a postpaid account, there were a bit a problems we ran into which resulted me waiting for a phone that was never even shipped but that’s not to blame for the representatives at this store, I finally ended up getting the phone all thanks to the manager Alexandra staying on top of things and going out of her way for customers, this retail store might get busy at times but your always helped with out a long waiting time, I recommend this store if your looking for great customer service and leaving with a smile

Fast and friendly service! I am visiting Long Island with my friend and we are staying on Fire Island. I came in for a prepaid sim for my phone, but the manager Thaddeus told me with my phone, an Iphone XS, I could use a virtual sim and have a number that would even work in Canada! The rep he was working with was very helpful as well, explaining features of my phone. Sadly, I did not think to get his name.I recommend seeing these guys if you are in the area. Professional, courteous and friendly, Thaddeus offered excellent customer service!

I HAD A GREAT TIME COMING TO THIS AT&T RICARDO WAS A GREAT HELP HE TOLD ME WHEN I CAME IN TWO WEEKS AGO TO WRITE A REVIEW AND I JUST REMEMBERED LOL!!! Ive had an Iphone 5 since it launched and ever since support ended a while ago it was awful. Was around the area saturday, decided to drop in and grab something. Ricardo helped me a lot, traded in a 5 for an 8 and got out of there in less than 50. Great guy, seems like a solid store.

An amazing experience at the ATT Sayville store! Ricardo helped me get my phone unlocked because unfortunately where I live we can only get Verizon, but when I move back Im certainly returning back to ATT.

Good Guys!I was jus in your store and the guys were great! Thadeus helped me with a new phone cuz I lost mine and he set up direct tv on my phone! Jordan was helpin some new kid, but he was really friendly. I told the kids how they should buy silver because it will help them out in future! I really got screwed over by thtat girl who used to work there, but Thadius took care of me and said he would in future. Great kids! Go see these guys

Be very careful with these swindlers. My wife went in for a phone replacement as hers was due for an upgrade. They showed her the contract where the iPhone 5s was added then subtracted from the bill but slipped in a 2 year purchase contract for $549.99
