Churro soft serve with churro crunchies is MUST have. All Carvels get 3 stars because itll just never be as good as the way we remembered it as a kid - Friendly helpful staf - they get 5.

I went into the shop and was not greeted by either two associates. The couple behind me was greeted immediately upon entry. I was not asked if I needed assistance with the cake order I wanted, but again they helped the same two patrons who came in behind me. I would give negative stars if I could. I walked out and refuse to spend my money at poorly run establishment.

I would give no stars if I could. The woman behind the counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. She is rude and gets nasty if you question the bill. She screws up whatever order you give her and has an attitude when you correct her on what you originally ordered. My 7 year old son was looking in the showcases and she had the nerve to tell me to get him away when he was doing nothing but looking in. There are other Carvel stores with much better customer service and better people running it than to go back there.

First they were not wearing masks or gthoves even though they were behind a plexiglass screen. The woman is very nasty! She thinks answering a question is a chore! I will go elsewhere the next time!

Amazing desserts and even better service! My husband went to pick up desserts for work and the staff was so attentive and helpful guiding him on what to bring and what will stay fresh overnight. Love this place and will keep on returning!!!

I go to this spot all the time, here’s a warning... watch the amount of ice cream they put in the cup. Constantly shortage of ice cream. Always looks full. when you get home it melts down to half a cup. $8.50 every time FILL UP THE CUP!!!!!! When I was in school I worked at a carvel store in sheepshead bay for two years. The owner would grab the cup and add more ice cream if she thought it wasn’t full enough. Sorry about the bad reviews, but stop robbing the customer. And by the way, the owner never responds to and review good or bad. It’s a shame because the son does a great job he’s friendly courteous and never shorts me. The mom (owner) never smiles, says thanks, hello, and she doesn’t train her carvel team members at all

This place was so bad the service was absolutely Horrible, they completely messed up our CUSTOM cake order. The employee was giving a real bad attitude with no respect for her customers. :( :/I will never go back to that carvel ever again
