I usually shop here for all my cricut needs but I have to say they keep their store stocked very well. I also really like the curbside as they get the orders out in a timely manner

Love this store! So many different craft supplies! From cricket supplies, beading/jewelry making, leather work, yarn,sewing,drawing,painting,clay, home decorating, baking to miniature, and doll house making with accessories. And so much more! Plus there a reward system!

Very nice store, had everything I needed and Cam was very nice at the register.

What a fantastic dinner we had! The food and service was excellent! I hadnt been there for a few years and it was just as nice as remembered!We were there on an overcast day and lights in the trees were lovely. The Edison style lights on the porch would have been great, too ... if theyd been on!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Idk if theyll ever have the yarn selection AC Moore used to but if they did it would be my go to store. For now theyre just a sometimes stop.

It is ashamed that AC Moores closed...because Michaels shelves are empty and they lack so much. I am hoping it is just a current temporary reasoning due to lack of employment.

Store was half empty of merchandise. Selection very limited or didnt even have items.

I thought the prices were high except for sale items. I guessif you use coupons it helos with the huge mark up.

Had them frame a few very old oil paintings for us. They workes with us to match the frame to ones we already had, while still staying in budget, and the final product looks great!

Found the items we were looking for and at good prices.

Stuff is anywhere rather being where it really goes. Appearance to the customer is horrible, dust is piled high, floor needs mopping or better yet a shine to it and nobody can not live off of the hourly wage even with a second job. I have had problems with roommates stealing stuff and money so I cant trust people and concentrate on my job. Store in South Portland has all of these problems that I listed above. Also, that store closed earlier than what the sign says on the door which deters me from going in that store.

Most of the employees were properly masked and maintaining reasonable distance from others. One employee was wearing the most ridiculous four inch triangle of of bandana cloth, flapping loosely in front of their face. This does little too protect others and nothing to protect her. When I was directed to her register, I carefully positioned myself with the plexiglass barrier between us. She moved it out of the way for her convenience, forcing me to move again, to keep some level of protection between us.I wont be back.

My favorite craft store. Always helpful, great staff.

Okay picture this, I go to Michaels on Monday January 19th, with the hope of scoring a 5$ grab bag that is to say box, and I see none, so I ask one of the workers If they have any, he says, We dont have any now, but we will have them by Friday. Fast forward to now, Thursday the 22nd. I go in to Michaels, hopes high, and guess what? They. Are. Out. Of. Boxes. After a week spent in excited anticipation, I am told that they in fact, DID have grab boxes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and are now all sold out. I am extremely dissatisfied, and will now have to wait til next year to buy one.

The majority of the shelves were bare, they didnt have any of the items I went in looking for, and the things I did find were a little more pricey than I would have hoped. Most of the other craft stores went out of business due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but I cant for the life of me imagine why THIS one is the one that lasted. I ended up spending over $40 to put some small chocolate pops the size of a quarter on my daughters birthday cake.

It may be due to being post Christmas, or perhaps due to the ongoing pandemic, but the store seemed to have a smaller selection of items I needed than I have found in other Michaels stores elsewhere. Many shelves were empty.

Kinda messy and lack of stock in the framing/matting department was disappointing.

I found what I was looking for when A C more did not have it, But A C more is so much more inviting and i would go there first. Sorry Michaels but you need more stuff and a better display. Take a walk through A C then re design your layout just a bit. Dont get me wrong Michaels is a good store.

I havent been to the store in a long time. I went looking for scrapbooking materials. The shelves seemed low on stock, but Im not sure. I struggled to find the stickers I wanted, but settled on a few good ones. The cashier was amazingly helpful because I was having trouble with my phone. I couldnt get my coupons up at first and she offered to use her phone to get her discount for me. I thought that was so nice. Then, when I did get my coupons up, she talked me through getting them available for her to scan. I appreciated her immensely

The store was very discombobulated. They really need to take a whole day and clean up the store also stock the shelves. Also the people working there werent very friendly and didnt offer to help me

Ive been into a CPL diff Michaels I didnt care for this one, they didnt have a very good verity of things for crafts....they had a whole bunch of fake flowers tho,lol

Probably the most disorganized Michaels Ive ever been in! Staff here do not enforce the mask policy, so if thats important to you, I wouldnt recommend coming here until the pandemic has eased.

Inventory was extremely low… Only one cashier working, looks like the place is being shut down...

Not exactly thrilled by the experience of Michaels. Looking for end caps for jewelry making for a memory wire bracelet. Not seeing any, I pushed the call button for service. When someone arrived I asked for help in finding this item, showing this girl the wire and asking for the end caps to close it off. She brought me to an actual end cap of the store where selected items are presented. She says this is an end cap. At first I thought she was joking then I realized she was serious. I told her to go help the other lady.That would make one hell of a heavy bracelet. Im done here.

Everything was sold out...miss really wanted..what kind of business is that..yes it was 5 days before Christmas.. still had a great coupon .....but not there was going to be available now or even 5 months from now...until spring....huh????who the hell wants to wait that long ..Shame Shame Shame on you Michaels!Plus, ...they didnt give me my discounts like I asked them too..they paid no attention to me.. when I told him things why not bring it up on sale I had to go back and fix it again! I make handcrafted jewelry. Michaels has expanded the products they carry for my craft, but the selection is somewhat limited, especially when looking for high end (Swarovski, Darice) beads

Teeny tiny leather section, by no fault of theirs, floor staff seems to be more interested in stocking shelves, racing past you, I leave empty handed sometimes because I just answer my own question I guess they dont have it.

Should I be digging through the boxes on the floor in every isle to find what I need? Probably because theres nothing on the shelves

As always, walked to the counter with my purchases and found out two of the items were half price, so I got an additional one of the two, and I ended up winning a nutcracker. I am always surprised at the amazing customer service and deals you can get at Michaels when you are least expecting it!

Good place for copic ciao markers but really kind of just nothing interesting for artists that need a higher quality supply. its good for just quick supply grabs for like canvases, they have the best coupons for that stuff.

I absolutely LOVE Michaels! I shop here every Tuesday. They have great deals.. almost always a 40% coupon and they accept military discount as well.

We enjoyed scrapbooking and they have a lot of selections. I would of given a 5, if they had more scrapbook albums to choose from.

Even though my coupon, cut out, was a day late, I was saved by others accessible on phone, with employee guidance.
