I was ripped off.. They charged me for a car battery over $200! When normally for my Nissan they run from 85. Then they did a terrible job on fixing my exhaust/muffler. 6 months later it was making noises again. Took it to a Nissan dealership. They told me that whoever did my muffler/exhaust didnt do it right. Which cost me another $900.So yeah. Never going to Rutters garage again..

Excellent service. I brought in a 2001 honda accord for some suspension work (ball joints, sway bar and bushings). They were professional, thorough and performed all of the work quickly. 3 months later when I heard a rattle i brought it back and they discovered a loose nut and fixed it for no charge. Highly recommend their work.

If you want to pay $50 to have an oil changethen go here. not even syntheticjust NAPA OIL 5W30 which is the cheapest oil grade you can get other than VIP.then they use Napa PREMIUM filter. this seems to be a conflict of interest..I was quoted $500 to fix a 1×3 hole in rocker panel. said about 4 hours to fix at $125 per hr.thats ridiculous.this does includes $80 in parts. What parts ? come on ?Ill never go here again and already told somebody else, that was going there to find another establishment.Hopefully, this will enlighten others.I wouldnt give even 1 star, but cant post review .This place is a total rip off.
